Hi Nairolf,
Did you use fresh DB or imported? For my server as soon as we view second page, it takes more than 10 seconds with only 50 visitors on site. as soon as i hit 100 the site dies even with high CPU hardware spec. I’ve done all the optmization required and using Akamai CDN system to ensure the speed, But yet i’m getting the error i shared.
Any idea Catalin?
Hello barnisayz,
There was a conflict between mobile theme plugin and SEO By Yoast. Try to delete the mobile theme plugin and install this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know ho it goes.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
This type of errors is usually caused by a javascript error. This in most cases is a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again.
If this does not fix it, then please also check for any js optimization or custom code added in the child theme that can cause problems with our theme. Try to get the theme as close to the original as possible regarding customization (through code. theme panel settings do not count except for the custom code boxes)
Thank you!
Hello,
The sticky sidebar does work on infinite scroll if you implement it correctly. Here is an example: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/homepage-infinite-scroll/ Even without the load more button, the sticky sidebar will work as expected. Please use this guide to implement it on pages: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
The smart sidebar will also not work if you have a plugin conflict affecting the theme js. Please also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can also disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files in order to make sure there is no plugin conflict affecting the images.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please remove your custom css added on the header that makes it 80 px. That is where the empty space comes from. http://screencast.com/t/oI6V3RaQpXc
If you did not add any custom css then please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again.
Thank you!
Hello,
You seem to have lots of errors in your browser console. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. This is most likely a plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hi @Liz, I check out few of your URLs (including the one you posted) and all are showing perfectly on Rich Pin Validator. Just be sure to purge your CDN and those remaining pins will start to show post title automatically as they get rescraped by Pinterest.
By the way, your website is quite appealing.
Hi @listsy
Thanks for the reply!
Those two lines don’t show up in the source code. (only: itemprop=”name” content=”Non Stop Destination” which is my site name).
I also haven’t removed my author box on the site, since I’d like to keep it there.
I purged the caching plugin, but not the CDN, so maybe that’s why it didn’t work?
I just checked Pinterest again, and some of my pins are now showing the title again. Instead of half of the pins showing my name, it’s now around 1/3rd.
If you’d still like to take a look, one of my articles showing my name is this one:
http://www.nonstopdestination.com/summer-wanderings-on-grouse-mountain/
Thanks!
We are using latest version of Newspaper theme and using different servers for Frontend and DB. Both servers are 32GB RAM, 900SSD, 16 Cores.
Whenever our site reaches 1000 people it will die right away. Sometimes Error in connection and sometimes the front end server just dies. So I found out that the CPU load is 100% all the time.
We are also using CDN and WPsuper cache as recommended by your forum.
The first page opens within 3 seconds but the inside page takes more than 10 seconds to open. Kindly advice how do we fix this.
Hi Liz, Did you check the source code? Are these lines are still on the source code after you follow the procedure.
itemprop=”name” content=”admin” in the bottom lines
&
<meta name=”author” content=”your author name”>
Here are few more suggestions-
1. Try to disable all plugins and expect yoast SEO and try to rescrape.
2. If you are using caching plugin and CDN, purge both and rescrape.
3. Check to make sure og tags are getting inserted correctly.
Please note that in my site, the author name is not shown anywhere and it is turned off from theme panel.
I won’t be able to do it for you but if you can tell the site name I can check it out for you.
Hey @freddre did it worked for you?
HI
I am not sure why this happens but it could be an issue caused by some plugins. Try to deactivate all plugins excerpt Visual Composer, deactivate the child theme, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test the site again.
Let us know ho it goes.
Thanks!

Hello valkoprod,
Please try to clear all your caches, server cache (if you do not have any access to this you will have to request it to your hosting provider and clear it), purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks for the message!
Hi Team
I was followed this post https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/blogpost-sidebar-question/

How to fix it ?
Thank you
Hello,
Do I answer you:
1. I tried to disable plugins and nothing.
2. I have no custom code on the logo.
3. The images’m trying directly without going through WordPress.
4. Do not use Photon or cdn.
Can you please try to see the web from your phone? The size of the logo is exaggerated. The size are 272 and 544, I do not use the mobile sizes.

Thank you.
