When I invalidate a URL to clear the cache on our CDN server it only clears the Desktop version of the URL and not the Mobile version. The only way to clear the mobile version is to clear the entire site’s cache. Which is not the preferred method.
Hello!
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again. Please check the console in the TagDiv Composer, and make sure you do not have a 403 error. It’s possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Then please try this custom css
.wp-image-171839.alignleft:not(.td-post-image-left) {
float:left;
margin-right: 10px;
}
If is still not working, please provide 3 different links that have this image https://cdn.eronite.com/wp-content/uploads/lese-tipp-eronite-online-maennermagazin.png
Thank you!
Hello!
You need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

Hi,
thank you, but I don’t want to apply this on one single post, I only want to align left this single image (https://cdn.eronite.com/wp-content/uploads/lese-tipp-eronite-online-maennermagazin.png) in all posts, but only this image, no more.
Thank you and best regards,
Luke

Hello!
@PatWire You are right.
@PIF21 It depends which version you prefer, so that one will be suitable for your needs.
You can improve a better score with any version, but you need to take into account some factors:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Thank you!
When clearing CDN cache we can specify a specific URL to clear only. When doing so it does not clear the mobile version of the page and only clears the desktop version. We are not using the plugin tagDiv Mobile Theme. The only way we have found to clear the CDN cache for mobile content is to clear the entire site cache. This is not the optimal solution. We would like to know if there is a different URL for the mobile version of a page/post.
Hello!
Make sure you assigned correctly the mobile page to your desktop page: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so the latest version of the theme is 11.4.3. Make sure that all the plugins are up to date too.

Hi,
the image at the desktop view is on the left (that’s correct) – see: https://cdn.eronite.com/images/desktop.png
The image at the desktop view is on the middle (that’s wrong) – see: https://cdn.eronite.com/images/mobile.jpg
Please view the settings here: https://cdn.eronite.com/images/settings.png
What can I do to set the image to the left side at the mobile view?
Thank you and best regards,
Luke
Hello,
You can download the version 11.1 from this link -> http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Newspaper-11-1.zip
Thank you!
Please read above, I was already stated that –
Mobile new look/version is seen on desktop (already shared screen shot), but on mobile device it shows old look/version.
I was already cleared all chache from browser, wordpress cache plugin, CDN and from hosting account.
But, If “I deactivate tagDiv Mobile Theme”, then only it shows new changes/look on mobile device.
and When “I activate tagDiv Mobile Theme”, then site shows old version on mobile device.
Pl. Note: I was not created Mobile page with tagDiv Composer and here is the proof of that – https://www.screencast.com/t/RKTEORAy
I was also tried to deactivate all pulgins and activate one by one. Also uninstall Newspaper theme and install it again, but no works.
I also checked on different mobile devices, but it shows old look.

Thanks for the help. I did as you told me, and now the footer is fine. But there is still a problem with this. Footer is not showing full in mobile previews, like weather widget & policy pages, please tell me about it also, how can I fix it now. I am giving you the screenshot.

The way you mentioned, I have disabled the mobile theme plugin. But after that, the footer on mobile is not working properly. Whereas if I look at it in live edit preview, it’s fine here. Please tell me what should I do now. I am giving you the screenshot.

Hi,
Is this problem happening only for one page or for entire mobile? Did you had some translation before? if yes, then it is possible to be a cache, object cache, cdn cache.
Thank you!

Hello!
The tagdiv Composer is the main plugin for this theme and it has a lot of customizations. For example, if you have a lot of elements on a page, then it could load a little bit slower. Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
