Hi, thanks for answering. I figure this problem out, I used Ezoic’s CDN and that was the problem, since I changed the nameservers to my web hosting everything is fine.
Hi bengyeow, please make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3.8 and you have set the youtube api key ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ after that clear all cache and cdn (if you are using) then the option should work.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Thank you!
Hi,
Normal, when you click on author name, you should be redirect to author page.
For the problem with the author links, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin, if they are author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case – http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk after that clear all cache, purge CDN(if you are using) and check the results.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi patrickrodo, the Wp Editor is saving the content automatically, but the option Rocket Loader from Cloudflare breaks this option, that is way we recommend to disable this option -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If you have other questions, let us know!
Have a nice week!
Hello !
Unfortunately, we have no solution for now. We’re sorry for the inconvenience! It is a misunderstanding. This issue is not related to the Super Cache plugin or a CDN service.
Theme mobile devices are detected by user-agents, so the mobile templates where designed to apply on all these devices.
Thank you !

HI,
I have been using Newspaper pro from 3-4 months; I have been facing issues with page speed and the no. of request are around 90-100. this kills the speed.
As Per Google Page Speed tool;
1.32 s – Remove Unused Javascript is showing
0.6 s – Remove Unused CSS is showing
2.7 s Eliminate render-blocking resources is showing
And this I am not able to remove or troubleshoot;
I am using WP Rocket plugin and Bunny CDN also; but still the page score for mobile is poor (around 25-35) and around 80 for desktop;\
Website URL – https://www.placementoffer.com/
Your theme is awesome, no doubt; but is very heavy and slow also;
Please help
Hi. We have a problem. In in mobile version on homepage thumbs are not displayed. And in desctop version images in block of the related posts have bad quality. Now we activated this sizes in thumbs on modules and blocks: 218×150,80×60, 100×70, 324×160,324×235,356×220,533×261.

Hello again,
I have now checked this by turning off Cloudflare caching and/or WP Super Cache.
I have also checked with turning of JetPack and it’s CDN.
Turning off WP Super Cache helps. Even if all other plugins are active.
But with WP Super Cache active, the mobile pages starts to show, not directly but after some time. And not all of them at the same time.
Maybe you can test with this plug in a little more.
Thank you
Jan
Dear team,
I am writing to point out an issue that already occurred several times, and that seems to be related to core plugins (composer and cloud library). It seems that PHP fatal errors are triggered by slow queries caused by the mentioned plugins (see logs reported below).
We are on cloud hosting with optimal resources for the average traffick we have, and we accomplished all the system requirements/settings and opmitizations (Leverage Browser Caching, Gzip compression, Optimize images, CDN, several caching levels, etc.).
Today we experienced the outage apparently for a very small peak of traffick (50 sessions), that in terms of resources is considered not problematic for server capacities by the hosting technical assistance. In any case we upgraded memory limit to 512mb (from 256mb) to mitigate the issue for the future.
However, I would kindly ask you to check the logs below to understand the root cause of the issue.
Looking forward to receiving your feedback, I am available for any test or additional information.
Thank you,
regards
Pietro

Hello!
If you use a CDN service like Cloudflare and you have some cache on html page, mobile pages won’t work. Mobile templates were only tested using the WP Super Cache plugin and in this case you need to activate the Mobile Support function.
For example, check this: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021023712-Best-Practices-Speed-up-your-Site-with-Custom-Caching-via-Cloudflare-Page-Rules
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hi bucurestiamenajari, I’m glad that you mange to solved the problem.
Hi pepperandplatinum, so you change the logo text from here -> https://i.imgur.com/nZfxkHW.png clear all cache and cdn and the problem still persists, if yes, please provide a link to your website.
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked the website on desktop and mobile and for both there are no problems -> https://i.imgur.com/XrcaWCR.png now I do not know how that app should work, also our theme do not include any app, therefore I do not know what can be the problem.
Make sure that you have clear all the cache and purge the CDN, then should be no problems.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that is all about the SEO title, this can be edited using Yoast SEO -> https://yoast.com/help/my-seo-title-isnt-displayed-as-i-have-entered-it/ after all changes, you need to clear all cache purge CDN and re-index your website in google results.
Hope this will help you!
Hi,
I can see that now you have set the responsive version of theme -> https://i.imgur.com/sH1WvAe.png
Are you used the mobile theme plugin or the new option for mobile page ? Because right now is non of theme (it is the responsive version).
If you use one of the above options for mobile, please make sure that you clear you cache and Cloudflare (if you are using).
Thank you!
Hi raventaz, like norbiQue said, make sure that your cache is clean and your Cloudflare, also make sure that the Cloudflare is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also if you are using the mobile page it will be helpful if you are using a cache plugin with a special option for mobile device as the WP Super Cache plugin from our guide -> https://i.imgur.com/jo2TQ2L.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Normal if there was only a theme update, then there should be no changes, pleas clear all cache and purge the CDN (if you have CDN).
Check with tagDiv Composer that you have set the code set in post content -> https://i.imgur.com/YJGdxPC.png
Also the code that is apply (the one from your example) can be set like that only from elements, also check if you have set in theme panel a custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/Om2NrVm.png
Let me know the results!
See the screenshot. I want to set the actual post time in the red marked position. how can I?

<!– Google Tag Manager –>
<amp-analytics config=”https://www.googletagmanager.com/amp.json?id=GTM-xxxx>m.url=SOURCE_URL” data-credentials=”include”></amp-analytics>

I’m trying use Lifestyle Pro. installed demo but doesnt work sidebar or some sections. https://hairist.com.tr/homepage-lifestyle-pro/ can you check and help me about this?
Hi,
This can be a cache problem. Please make a test only with tagDiv plugin enable and see if the problem still persists (also if you have cache plugins on your website/host or CDN, please disable theme during the test).
If the problem persists, please provide a screenshot with the layout when you are login and a link to see how it is displaying for users that are not login.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked your website and that extra inline html is add by a plugin, please disable all plugins except tagDiv plugin, also disable the cdn, make sure that all cache is clear and the featured image should be display. After that you need to enable the plugins one by one to find the one that is setting this inline html.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi andrevaz,
Yes, it can be that too, if you are using cloudflare please make sure that is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thank you!
Hi! I have deactivated all the plugins, saved the permalinks and deactivated any CDN. I’m getting something like this:
Image width, height and src are empty.
Best regards
