In most cases this is a plugin conflict. It could be because of the latest theme update as if you use untested plugins, the new version could no longer be compatible with your plugins.

Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

It seems like you have a second footer showing up after the standard footer and content. This is strange. It could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Unfortunately, the main functionality of child theme is to overwrite only the theme’s files and not the files of the plugin, sorry! The mobile theme is a plugin and that’s why it cannot be overwritten by a child theme, sorry!

I think that you insert a custom css in theme that force the width of website to be set to full, please remover all code that you have insert in theme panel.
