We got a critical error in hispanicla.com
I deactivated all the plugins and activated them one by one and found that allegedly tagDiv Cloud Library was the one causing the problem.
Once all the other plugins were activated the web is fine with exception of the header, with turned into code in the frontend and the sidebar in the posts which disappeared.
Please help
Hi nathan.justice,
The infinite loading can be set only on single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/6YWjtED.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Y5zE4gW.jpg
If this is not what you mean, please let me know!
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello !
Those settings will work only on standard templates as that were available befor Cloud Library feature being added. Since TagDiv Composer and Cloud library is available those options will not work on the new templates. So theme panel will mostly work on standard templates. And Cloud library is related with TagDiv Composer.
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello !
It looks like you are using a Default PRO template. All the PRO templates or the cloud library templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer.
The top bar most likely you will be able to edit it by simply opening the composer on any page: https://www.screencast.com/t/zss1GgKE
In order to see the reviews you will have to add them when editing the post here: https://www.screencast.com/t/TGY1EXZ9p and then using tagDiv COmposer simply add the element on your template: https://www.screencast.com/t/hCYE7ehv
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hi,
No, all the code that is set in theme panel will still be there after theme update.
What you can do is to use that category cloud template-> https://i.imgur.com/48yzaoO.png from tagDiv Cloud Library or use a custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/vqiOJcY.png
.category .td-category-siblings .td-category a, .td-category-siblings .td-subcat-dropdown {
color: #fff;
}
Hope this will help!
Hello !
That option is possible when using Cloud Library post templates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1R3j1QYod0 And you can activate or deactivate the infintie scroll from here: https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/
Thank you !
Hi,
The problem with search results page: this situation can appear when is set an offset in the cloud templates, please edit it with tagDiv Composer and check if there is an offset on posts loop element -> https://imgur.com/WE37H6O -> https://i.imgur.com/1csC6yd.png
Also I think that the same is with the cloud tag page, edit it -> https://i.imgur.com/INApxkC.png -> make sure that you remove the offset number or set it 0 -> https://i.imgur.com/URofmxX.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to add some code in the head of your website, you can do this using this section -> https://i.imgur.com/zcxYm5L.png
Also the theme has now more header.php files.
Now I will try to explain how the header file is working. Our theme has 3 header files, on in theme, one in tagDiv Composer and one in tagDiv Standard Pack, now if the standard pack is enable and you do not use a cloud template then you’ll use the file from standard pack, if this plugin is disable or you use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library then it will be use the file from composer, if both of these are disable will be display the one from theme.
But if you set a header file in child theme as in our guide you can use each header file you want (from composer or standard pack) these will work.
Now in tagDiv Standard Pack are set the default templates and tagDiv Composer is just a builder that can edit pages and cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hello !
Please note that at the moment you cannot use Cloud library templates with Custom post types. Custom post types only work with standard templates from theme panel.
Find out more about CPT here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
Thank you !
Hello !
Please take a look in Theme Panel – Theme colors and you can change the colors from there or if you are using tagDiv Composer with a PRO demo version or a cloud library template you will be able to edit it like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/fBWa9aCeFcjD
Thank you !
Hi jayadesh,
As I can see you are using right now a standard header template, to add the date on this you need to make changes in theme files, now you are using header stile 1, therefore you need to edit this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/header/header-style-1.php you need to set the code for date under the logo code -> https://i.imgur.com/ya6U3Sp.png
Also there is a better way to do this, use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can set the elements where you want -> https://i.imgur.com/FB6AKCb.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zYhoMBk.png
Hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!
Hi Tuxon33,
It looks that now the mobile version is displaying correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/kVv8JHL.png -> https://i.imgur.com/3S7vAFh.png
We still provide the WPBakery plugin with our theme, but we do no longer use it for our demos, for example for pro demos these are made only with tagDiv Composer and cloud templates.
If there is still a problem, please let me know!
Thank you!
After I updated my site from version 9.8 to 10.3.7 my server always reaches its limits (CPU and RAM) and it goes down.
I have a 3 GB of RAM but it seems not enough for this theme. When I updated I changed all my pages for using only the Cloud Library and I expected my site was blazing fast, instead it is not more reachable.
Log file often shows errors like:
– [fcgid:emerg] (22)Invalid argument: mod_fcgid: can’t lock process table in pid
– (32)Broken pipe: mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request_ipc function
Hi,
I’ve created Custom Post Types using a filter plugin. But, when I create a post using “custom post type” with “filter plugin”, I am not able to see the chosen post template which is created from Cloud Library.
As far as I understand, this is related to my single post template. I tried to include the custom post created with the filter plugin to my single post template. I don’t see any code in a single.php file related to Cloud templates. I see only default template information.
How do I change the view of the custom post with my own theme created with a cloud library?
I searched the Template ‘Single Post Template 60 – Beauty PRO’ from Cloud Library, Clicked on it but nothing happens. Please direct how to download the Template and implement that.

Hi
i do not know why but plain <html> opening tag has vanished.
`
<!doctype html >
<!–[if IE 8]> <html class=”ie8″ lang=”en”> <![endif]–>
<!–[if IE 9]> <html class=”ie9″ lang=”en”> <![endif]–>
<!–[if gt IE 8]><!–> <html lang=”it-IT”> <!–<![endif]–>
<head>
rest of hypertext
`
/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/header.php is like
<!doctype html >
<html <?php language_attributes(); ?>>
Can this be caused maybe by the fact I am using a cloud library header?
Any other clue?
This is causing Javascript error:
VM8:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘ (line 1)
Hello !
For that now you have cloud library templates as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/qtKydngMnJrL
You can import and customize any post template that you like.
Thank you !
Hi,
“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases, that just notice that the last time that page/cloud template was not saved using tagDiv Composer. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
When this message appear “Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this situation we made a guide for how to investigate this problem and fix it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide and you do not get any good results, you can contact use via email and we can investigate the problem on your website.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
