Hi,
Usually this problem appear only when you are using a pro demo made with tagDiv Cloud Library and you have enabled WPBakery plugin. We recommend to use only one of them, not both, please check the plugins that you have enabled and let only tagDiv plugins.
Let me know the results!
Hi bappedagarutkab,
I think that the problem is that you have set an overlay header as global in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/aL31ECR.png this will apply on entire website.
What you can do to this this, is to set a different cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library as global, then edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/383IVrI.png select the header manager and set that overlay header -> https://i.imgur.com/4FVw8Xg.jpg
Or if you want to set the overlay header to a fix one, edit a page/category/single post template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/DJ7oULy.png click on logo, then one header menu -> https://i.imgur.com/safAshz.png then set to display the menu as default -> https://i.imgur.com/Smuj33u.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6y3gete.jpg
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi kelsjc,
The widget section will apply for footer or default sidebar only for standard demos -> https://i.imgur.com/L3FjWCk.jpg, if you are using a pro demo, these are build using tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, and it can be edited entire with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
I tried to import a new section with ‘cloud library’ on an existing page with content. It didn’t work and since that time I can no longer edit the blocks on this page (but it still works on the other pages). What can I do to edit existing blocks in TD Composer?
Hello !
If you are using Cloud library templates you will need to edit this file: wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_comments.php
If you do not use a cloud library template then you could use a child theme for this.
But if your setting is overwriten it should be because of the first option presented here.
Let us know the result !
Thank you !
After I create a new template from my theme’s cloud template library, save it, and close it, I can’t edit it anymore because the button “Edit with Tagdiv Composer” disappears. And that’s strange because at the first two templates I have installed, the button appears. I think it may be a memory limit of some sort.
To make it clearer this is what are the options on my current templates.
Then, I create a new one.
And these are the options.
Hello !
I am sorry for the misunderstanding !
At the moment there is no option to preset a template for each page but what you can do is to create one template, save it and after that you can copy the code of the page: https://www.screencast.com/t/R8MPhANso ; https://www.screencast.com/t/dvLw4KzZB and you cna use this shortcode on the next page you. Please note that when you will open the new page using tagDiv Composer you will receive a notice that states ” This content has not been created with Tagdiv Composer” simply resave that page and that will work.
Unfortunately for the moment CPTs cannot be used with Cloud library templates, only with standard templates from theme panel. You can make them as you can see in our guide here:https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
I hope this was more helpful !
Thank you !
Hello !
Yes, unfortunately at the moment all the viewports are as 1. You can hide an element on one viewport. You can now edit your mobile viewport if you choose to use a Cloud Library Mobile template. Find out more about it in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-themes-cloud-library-v10-3-7-update/
Thank you !
Hello !
There are 2 categories:
Cloud library templates
Standard templates.
Everything that is found in Cloud Library templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer. Flex Blocks are fully editable using tagDIv Composer and. You cannot add author photo on blocks.
” How do I change the default on pull quote and block quote in posts from centre align to left align and not capitals? ‘ this is a wordpress / gutenberg feature.
Newspaper theme will not affect on post content only on post template.
If your category pages are cloud libray templates you will need to edit the template using tagDiv Composer, right click on the element and press delete.
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !

If the problem persists, please make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hello,
There is a possibility to preview homepage templates in the cloud library without downloading them to the server. Unfortunately, there is no such possibility for homepage mobile templates. How can we preview on the mobile device without downloading the mobile templates to the server?
Thank you in advance for your interest and help.
Regards.
Hello !
The mobile viewport will use the same content like the desktop one.
You will have to either create a mobile template. For more information follow our topic here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-themes-cloud-library-v10-3-7-update/ Or you can use the mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Hi,
If these errors appear only when tagDiv Composer is enable, is possible to be something internal, as I can see in your screens our builder can not find some code for @tdb-modal and #tdb-modal-website-manager, these elements are cloud elements from tagDiv Cloud Library, we’ll make some more investigations via email.
Thank you!
Hello !
Now the best way you have the new mobile templates which are cloud library templates fully editable with tagDiv Composer that are designed only for your mobile pages.
Take a look in this topic for more information: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-themes-cloud-library-v10-3-7-update/

Hi, I’m not able to access cloud library for template.
Hello !
IF you don’t see it it means that you are using a cloud library header template and you will have to add you weather element using tagDiv Composer on your header template as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/SD2QkFTn
Thank you !
Hi,
1. If you are using a pro demo that was just installed, then you can disable the standard pack without problems. Pro demos contain only elements from tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library.
2. Unfortunately in tagDiv Cloud library the standard blocs do no longer has the same “name”, for example this one is is related to block 11 -> https://i.imgur.com/MMDDXxX.png and a similar block for 22 are those -> https://i.imgur.com/AcyRTDg.png also those flex blocks can be edited using tagDiv composer and has a lot of options.
3. On that list are the elements that can be use when tagDiv Standard pack is enable, if you disable the plugin these will no longer be available, but most of theme can be replace using tagdiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, not all but most of them.
4. If you want to build a site with out standard pack the simple way is to disable the plugin from start and use the elements that remains, but if you want to change an old website with standard pack in cloud templates (pro) it will be some work to do to make it the same.
5. The objective is to can edit the entire website using the frontend editor, there will still be some settings that need to be done from theme panel, but in this way you’ll be able to do almost anything, just select the element and edit it how you want.
6. Usually we recommend to set the css in theme panel> custom code there are two sections, css per device or global -> https://i.imgur.com/74zB1XV.png also you can use the live css -> https://i.imgur.com/2JRDhN8.png the css tab from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/8YULOVL.jpg or the css element from tagDiv Composer that can be set in page / cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/e1bxYnZ.jpg
Hope this will help you!
If there is something that you do not understand or you need help, just let me know!
Also let me know the rest of question one by one!
Thank you!
I have developed a customer category template within the Cloud Templates feature. I am able to set the blocks in my template to only show posts from the “Current Category” using the “Category Filter” feature. However, I also want to exclude articles with a particular secondary category or tag, and so I also tried using the “Multiple Taxonomies Filter” feature in which I added the ID of secondary category with a negative sign in front, such as “-12”. When I did this, the desired secondary category was excluded, but the main Category Filter was ignored. Is it possible to use these filter features together? At present, I fear my only recourse is to create a separate template for each category so that I can solely rely on the “Multiple Taxonomies Filter”. Any recommendations are appreciated.
Hi,
1. That is a section from tagDiv Cloud Library, if you have this plugin enable in Newspaper plugins, then you can import that section from here -> https://i.imgur.com/1VPoDeP.png (it will be set at the bottom of page) or in a new page from here -> https://i.imgur.com/1lmBd39.png and you can adjust it using tagDiv Composer.
2. I do not quite understand this question, our theme has only one search that will display the results in the way you said above, all you need to do is to search for it -> https://i.imgur.com/YwNDzoE.png
Please let me know if this is not what you mean.
3. You can set a text, but this can not be set only for a specific word/result it will be display for all of them.
I think that you want to have it as a category, where each category to have some description, for example -> https://i.imgur.com/bf3zQqb.jpg this can be set per category and when you access a category page it will be display differently for each category.
4. You can edit the search cloud template with tagDiv Cloud template -> https://i.imgur.com/GU3g8Ch.png but the text will not adjust per search results, sorry.
If is something that I do not understand correctly, please let me know!
Also if you have other questions, please do not hesitate to let me know!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
I will create here a quick resume until the official documentation will be released.
– In order to run Mobile Template you will need to deactivate the Mobile theme plugin !
– AMP is not compatible with the mobile templates at the moment !
What are the mobile templates:
Independent template for the mobile Viewport ( NOT for mobile theme ).
They can be edited using tagDiv Composer exactly like the normal cloud library templates for desktop.
How to create a mobile template:
1. You can do it from any page by using the admin bar as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ljppfXpXXnM
* Side Note: I personally suggest you to check the COPY CONTENT option because it will create a new mobile template with all the elements from the page that you have copied the content. Please note that the 2 are NOT related. So for example, if you delete an element on your mobile template, it will not affect the desktop version.
It is easier for users to start with a base. For the advanced ones, they can design a page from 0. All this using tagDiv Composer.
After creating your page template you can find it in pages as you can see and edit it from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Yq2F2Tg5J. Also you can see your page and you can edit it from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/2bevGosmXqCH
Everything should work pretty much as any cloud library elements.
Also please do not forget to always refresh your pages when you look at them.
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hi elvisfrog, unfortunately I’m do not have the proper skills to can explain exactly how this is working, but I will try to do it using my words.
All templates from standard pack and default are using individual php files for each one in part -> https://i.imgur.com/D87NhTh.png but for cloud template are individual php files for each element from single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/LS1s7hs.png -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single
Now this is the best way that I can explain, hope this will help a little!
Thank you!
Hello !
For the header it might have been an issue when installing. But it is good that is now fixed. You can edit your footer by accessing the website manager and scrolling to the bottom of your page ( it can be any page where that footer is set ): https://www.screencast.com/t/u9nHxfjshIVu
That is just a new option which allows you to create a cloud library template for your mobile viewport. You don’t have to use it if you do not want.
Thank you !
Hello !
Please provide a link to your website. Also if you are using a cloud library template for the header you can use adbox element as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=1s
Thank you !
Hello !
