I want to throw this one in as well, please.
I have been working on our staging site, redesigned it using the Default Demo Pro and upgraded to the latest version of the theme. However, I can’t deploy the changes to the live site because of an error.
Post preview from draft doesn’t work anymore. I read all the forum posts to look for related topics. I did find some and tried out the instructions you gave, but nothing worked.
I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled tagDiv Cloud Library.
I disabled the schema from the theme under post setting.
Yet, it displays a fatal error whenever I try to preview a post from the draft. This all started after I upgraded to 10.3. Meanwhile, my live site uses 10.1 and doesn’t experience all that.
Thanks.
Hello !
Cloud library should work flawlessly even if you deactivate the plugins / theme your settings will still remain since they are stored in the database not in the theme folders.
We recommend using Cloud Library because that will be the future for this theme.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look !
Thank you!
Hello, there is a bug on cloud templates. I imported a review template and used the new feature that a specific category has this template selected on “POST CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE”.
The link on “Single Post Comments Counter” is pointing to https://horrormovies.gr/tdb_templates/single-post-template-1/#disqus_thread instead of the real url of post.
Hi,
Indeed a plugin for multiple authors will be very useful, but this is not quite simple to be integrate in tagDiv Cloud Library, what I can do is to write it on our list and our developers will check the plugin and we’ll decade what to do.
Thank you for your message!
Hi,
The Pro demos are using cloud templates and for these the theme panel settings will not apply, the theme panel will change only the standard styles/templates. In order to edit a cloud template you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer, for example if you are using a single post template you can edit it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/2nR57lo.png after that you can add and remove the elements.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make a quick test, deactivate all plugins except tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, clear all cache and check again to see if is display the right font.
If there is still a problem, please make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Additionally, with the Cloud Library, the Default Pro footer gives the error ‘Invalid Template Type!’
And, the Cloud Library Default Homepage template (not the demo template) times out (but loaded).
And, there’s no ‘Default Pro Author template’ to match the Default Pro theme option.
And, there’s no ‘Default Pro’ Header template to match the Default Pro theme option.
Why so little support and attention to the Default Pro theme options and Cloud Templates?
Can you fix this and add the appropriate pieces to match the Default Pro theme?
Here is the error log

This happens when I try to preview a draft article.
I already tried this solutions:
– Deactivate the schema articles;
– Modify the files:
– wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/single/tdb_state_single.php
and add this “|| is_preview()” without quotes. And the files already have that on the condition start;
– Deactivate and uninstall/delete the tagDiv Cloud Library
And unfortunately nothing worked for me. I have the latest version (10.3) of the template.
If everyone have a solution that I can try I will appreciate.
Best Regards,
Tiago
Hi,
The path for the posts loop shortcode is -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common/tdb_loop.php
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
After the new update and as per your instructions, I decativated the TagDiv Cloud library plugin, then deleted the plugin, then installed and activated it again. You had told me that all the templates that I have created with cloud library wont get affected due the above action.
Today I discovered that all my 38 single page templates from cloud library have reverted back to default template of the theme. I am now having a tedious time trying to redesign them and I do not know for which post which template I had used. If that is the case there is no use creating templates using your cloud library as it will all reverse back to default template whenever ther is a theme update.
Please clarify whether I should use Cloud Templates at all or not waste my time implementing these templates as they are going disappear with a theme and plugin update.
Hi,
I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, please deactivate the WPBakery and the sidebar should work again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be achieve if you are using a pro demo or cloud templates, you can set a global header -> https://i.imgur.com/JtJIjtc.png that will be display on the wholes website where is not set an individual header (edit the page/single post template/category cloud templates.. with tagDiv Composer and set the header -> https://i.imgur.com/JnNdJIP.png). In these headers you can set the menus you want.
Also if you want to have a menu with anchor you can set the anchor like in this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/one-page-site/
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
Please notice that tagDiv Composer is a page builder, this can be use on pages and cloud templates, it can’t be use on posts.
You can still use the WPBakery with our theme, but you’ll need to choose between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of theme without to create a conflict, we recommend to use tagDiv Cloud Library. Also you can not edit the pages or demos with WPBakery these were made with tagDiv Composer and the pages need to be edited only with the editor that were made.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can try to set the ads in header and footer using the theme panel ads or if you are using a pro demos or cloud header edit theme with tagDiv Composer and set the ads there.-> https://i.imgur.com/EqeQ3HZ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Mgyv42E.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Please provide me a link to your website where I can check your homepage, in this way I will be able to provide you a better answer.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually this problem appear when you are using tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you’ll need to choose only one of them, if you are using WPBakery please deactivate it and check again.
Thank you!

I am using the license formally.
The following message is displayed.
Invalid reply from server endpoint.
Hello !
Unfortunately that option will not become editable. We recommend you to switch to cloud library templates which will become fully editable using the tagDiv Composer.
Thank you for your understanding !
Hi Vijith,
Did you regenerate the thumbs ?
Also if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on the “Related articles” and set the image size that is look better -> https://i.imgur.com/QN2HLqh.png
Hope this will help!

Hi.
For our website we have installed the publishpress multiple author plugin.
For all the single posts, we use the template loop-single-5.php, where we have altered the author bit from this
<?php echo $td_mod_single->get_author();?>
to this
<div id="publishpress-author">Door <?php do_action('pp_multiple_authors_show_author_box', false, 'inline');?>/div>
However, in the overview page, located here: Camera eye overview created with the cloud library, we have something strange going on.
Our editor, ‘Jan van Den Bulck’, has created a post (right at the bottom of the page if you scroll through, above the “laad meer” button) and designated the author to ‘Nathan Dobbelaere’. This specific overview page uses the flex block module 1.

Then something odd happens, while the author on the post itself is correctly attributed to Nathan Dobbelaere, as can be seen here: post of the kooks, the overview page shows Jan Van Den Bulck.

To further deepen the mystery, this doesn’t seem to happen to all authors and randomly on top of that.
Suggestions on how to fix this ?
I have already altered the td_module_flex_1.php to show additional details next to the title, such as concertlocation and concert date.
Originally in the theme is this:
<span class="td-author-date">
<?php if( $author_photo != '' ) { echo $this->get_author_photo(); } ?>
<?php echo $this->get_author();?>
<?php echo $this->get_date();?>
<?php echo $this->get_comments();?>
</span>
Currently I have this:
<div class="post-title">
<?php get_the_title( $id );?>
<?php echo $this->get_title($title_length);?>
<h3 class="entry-title td-module-title">
<?php $datum = get_field( "datum" , $this->post->ID ); $concertlocatie = get_field( "concertlocatie" , $this->post->ID );//etc...?><?php if ( $datum ) : ?><a>post->ID);?>"<span class="cemetadate"><?php echo $datum ; ?></span></a><?php endif; ?>
<?php if ( $concertlocatie ) : ?><a>post->ID);?>"<span class="cemetacelocation"><?php echo $concertlocatie['0']; ?></span></a><?php endif; ?></h3>
</div>
…
<span class="td-author-date">
<?php if( $author_photo != '' ) { echo $this->get_author_photo(); } ?>
<?php echo $this->get_author();?>
<?php $datum = get_field( "datum" , $this->post->ID ); $concertlocatie = get_field( "concertlocatie" , $this->post->ID );//etc...?>
<?php if ( $datum ) : ?><span class="frontce"><?php echo $datum ; ?></span><?php endif; ?>
<?php echo $this->get_date();?>
<?php if ( $concertlocatie ) : ?><span class="metacelocation"><?php echo $concertlocatie['0']; ?></span><?php endif; ?>
<?php echo $this->get_comments();?>
</span>
Could you help me with this please ?
It would seem that there is an issue with the $this->get_author getting to see the correct post id, which I can not replace as simply as I did with the loop mentioned above: <?php do_action(‘pp_multiple_authors_show_author_box’, false, ‘inline’);?>
If possible don’t mention that the publishpress plugin isn’t tested, I already know that.
It seems a bit odd that it works on posts but not on the cloud templates.
I am working with the older version of the theme 9.6 and plugins.
I have refrained from trying the X version since I want to iron out the final mistakes first.
Thank you. To clarify, I was editing the plugin editor to edit the theme files but was not able to get that to update properly (like it did in September 2019). I would much prefer to not have to make this update every time a new version is released.
I was able to create a single post template through the Cloud Library. However, even though I set the sidebar to appear to the right in the default position, it is showing on the bottom. This occurred using multiple templates. Any idea on how to get the sidebar to appear properly when using/applying a Cloud Library template? The preview shows it correctly but when I apply it it doesn’t work.
Hi,
Please try to regenerate some images and check to see if these will appear better -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
I do not quite understand the problem with the style 4 and 10 for me is look normal -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jVhsGyB1NUXa also the number of standard post style do not correspond with the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, therefore for the post style 4 (standard) in cloud you’ll need to use the single post template 5 -> https://i.imgur.com/wbYThjD.png for post style 10 in cloud it will be single post template 9 -> https://i.imgur.com/gVfOuiv.jpg
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
The background image will be set on the element that you have selected if you are set it using tagDiv Composer on cloud header, if you have a standard header and you set the background image from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/OnBjBuH.png then the background will be stretch, what you can do is to set a background color and the content of the page will be boxed https://i.imgur.com/IUyNQzL.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vH4YOQd.jpg
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
