I’m currently facing specific issues with my website using tagdiv’s Newspaper and Magazine Pro templates, particularly with The Events Calendar. The main problem lies in a small detail within the tagdiv settings, and I’m unsure how to resolve it.
Specifically, under wp-admin in Cloud Templates, none of the Page templates are used, so I assume this is not related to the Magazine Pro theme, but likely solely to the Newspaper theme.
Specifically, the issue revolves around adjusting the line in html code (F12 Developer):
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-container-wrap td_cl tdc-row stretch_row_content td-stretch-content”>
to:
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-container-wrap”>
If anyone has experience with this or suggestions on how to tackle it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
Please check the pages and see how they are broken. If you use the advice I wrote above with F12 and manually edit or delete the specified classes, the problem disappear.

Hi All,
I’m trying to use/create a template for pages. If I add a new page, and click “load templates,” I get this message: Invalid reply from server endpoint.
Likewise, if I go to the Cloud Templates, within the “Page templates” section, it says, “No cloud templates. Please import one or more templates from Cloud Library.” But then if I click the “+” sign, I get the same message: Invalid reply from server endpoint.
When I go to the new page I created, at the top of the page, it says it’s a mobile template. It’s as though new pages are created with a default mobile template, and I’m unable to change it to a regular page. Nonetheless, it doesn’t make sense why I can’t download page templates from the cloud?
Please let me know.

Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.

So it is obviously something that has to do with the single categories block.

Hi Bettina, I get that cloud templates are CPTs but when echoed on the page, get_the_id() shows the ID of the currently queried single post, not of the CPT template file.
When we use a conditional statement using if ( is_single (12345) ); it doesn’t recognise the 12345. We’ll have to try and design a workaround if you’re suggesting this is custom work. We’d still have expected core WP functions to work within templates.

Because the cloud template is actually showing when you visit a single post page. The cloud template acts like a proxy between the visitor and the post.
get_the_id() works because cloud templates are CPTs.

Hi Newspaper,
We uploaded our logo through theme panel >> Logo&Favicon, but out logo is not showing. Then we tried another method, we went to Cloud Templates, and then went to Header Templates and edited with TD composer, trying to upload our logo again but it’s still not showing(the logo on our main page is still “DOWNTOWN Magazine Pro”). What could be the problems and how could we solve it?

To remove the url you need to use Yoast SEO and choose to not index the cloud templates: https://i.imgur.com/6BRLmIs.png after that you need to reindex your website on Google (or you can reindex only that link).

So the templates are imported per language. Please note that they have to be set per language so they change when the language changes. So in the cloud templates dashboard you set the desired template for one language https://prnt.sc/LiDJgOU4Jaxu and then for the other https://prnt.sc/3-Ir6tMOvUhL
You do not need to set the header using the header manager. All that is needed is to set the templates per language in the cloud library dashboard.
The templates are set correctly, and they change by language. The only unusual thing I found was a code in the wordpress custom CSS https://prnt.sc/N1sUflwbQekN That code always made the website RTL, even on English. I’m not sure what its purpose was exactly, the website should not be RTL on English. I commented that code.
You can customize the templates with the composer further if you want. If there are more issues, please let us know and we will take a look.

We decided to do a completely fresh install of NP theme after the problem experienced with the ‘Critical Vulnerabilitiies’ issue. So we have created a completely fresh install of NP theme in a dev site at dev.onlineinvestmentconference.com. (Our main NP site, the one we are replacing, is at onlineinvestmentconference.com. I assume there is no licensing issue?)
We’ve installed NP theme but when we try to activate the Composer Plugin, it creates a ‘Critical Error’ message that kills the website. Then we have to delete the plugin using Webmin, and everything works fine again. But with no Composer. We tried also the Cloud Library plugin and same problem. The only other difference is that for the first time we are using WordPress Multisite. Could this cause a problem? I hope not.
What do think the problem is and how do we fix it?
Hi – I just activated the Real Estate plugin and set the appropriate Real Estate global templates at Cloud Templates > CPT/Taxonomies. However, when I click to view a published property, I get a 404 error page. I also get the same error page when I want to view any of the Real Estate templates for taxnomies etc. Why is this happening??

From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Unfortunately, AMP is not working with the cloud templates because the AMP’s layout is not fully customized.
The AMP version works best with default templates and not cloud templates. That’s why we integrated it with the Mobile theme plugin.
The feedback from our clients about AMP was negative and it is not used anymore, that’s why we didn’t add more customization options. We no longer recommend using AMP because it is deprecated https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp

A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.png – https://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.
The pages are created with tagDiv Composer which is a page builder, when WPML is used it cannot translate everything that was built with the page builder and must be edited for each language separately. Please open the page in the editor and click on translate – https://i.imgur.com/TXH6y1c.png. After, if you duplicate the template, you can edit it to change the logo, menu, and whatever you want.
When you make the corrections, make sure you are on the page with the language you are editing, and if you use the cache, or object cache, please clear it.
