If you are on a page, make sure that you do not have the option for unique articles enabled, if you have it please disable it.
Also, if you are on a cloud template and not a page, please make sure that you set the right filter. For example, if it is a cloud category template, you need to select the filter current category https://i.imgur.com/8HjGA8c.png, for tag, current tag.
Another settings that can be checked are the options for offset from the block – https://i.imgur.com/4ixKaTa.png make sure it is set only if you want to skip a number of articles.

To have a replica website, there are a few possibilities.
1. Use the duplicator plugin (it will need to clean the articles, maybe categories, when the site is set on the new domain, but will be duplicated 1:1).
2. Using the method you did but you need to do more than setting the theme, theme plugins, demo and the theme panel, you ned to import the cloud template and the pages you made. This can be done using the wordpress tools, but the main site should have the same plugins https://learn.wordpress.org/tutorial/tools-import-and-export/
Alternatively, you can use the copy-paste method: simply copy the cloud template from one site and paste it into a cloud template on the other site.

There was no new version for the plugin because we received the confirmation that the problem is resolved in the tagDiv Cloud Library version 3.9.2, and the message continues to pop up because of the way the version is displayed for our theme plugin, the answer was that it should be only Version 3.9.3 and our plugin displays Version 3.9.3| built on 22.10.2025 10:59
But now that we’ve mentioned it, our developers are already working on an update to the theme, but it will most likely be released in January.

This can be done only if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library (then using tagDiv Composer, you can set teh ad box element in the position you want). If it is a standard template, then you can use only the theme panel> ads sections for setting the ads in the positions mentioned there.

More than 30 days have passed since the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin was flagged by Wordfence and similar scanners as vulnerable and the warning is still present in the latest database of threats update.
Maybe it could be a good idea to release a new version of the plugin?

I have a problem with my website not displaying most recent post on different pages like tag, category and on Flex Boxes on the main page. If I deactivate tagDiv Cloud Library, tag and category pages display the most current posts as expected. Same if I load another theme…
This has been ongoing for a few months since I installed this theme, I currently have the most recent version with the latest compatible wordpress version. I have disabled all other plugins and caching (cloudflare), to exclude plugins conflicts.
The block filters for my “Latest News” Flex Block 3 are as follow:
Category Filter: “–All categories–”
Sort Order: “Latest”
I have tried changeing it to “Random post from last 7 days” and the most recent post does appear sometime but when I select “Latest” again, it disapears.
All other options are empty or the default one.
Any ideas what is causing this issue?

So the way I have set it up is
1) I have used the header cloud template
2) under header template it shows “global header”
3) in custom ad I have added “[the_ad id=”135690″]”
I expect this “header template” to follow in article (https://www.shippingandfreightresource.com/articles/) and single page template (https://www.shippingandfreightresource.com/freight-industry-moving-in-shock-waves-than-cyclical-waves-dimerco-panel-discussion/)..
But this ad doesn’t work on the homepage (https://shippingandfreightresource.com) alone.. But if I try the ad code “[the_ad id=”134182”] it works fine.. Only this ad code is working on the home page, others are NOT working but are working on the article and single pages..

We have a blog for 1 of our brands. Newspaper theme.
Over the years we’ve spent a lot of time tweaking it to meet our requirement.
Now we need to replicate it, exactly as it across other blogs we own.
1. We installed the tagdiv plugins.
2. Activated the license.
3. Found the same Newspaper Pro templates on the other site and marked them as Global.
4. Theme Panel – Exported from the main site, and imported in the other sites.
However to my disappointment, the site does not look anything like the first site, which we’d like to clone.
It seems all the modifications we made in the cloud templates of the first site, are associated to that site only on your servers.
We want to use the same global theme across all our sites. They need to look exactly the same.
Ideally, if we make a change to the cloud template of 1 site, it should automatically update on all sites.
Please advise how we can achieve this.

I am using the default Theme Header (no Cloud Template assigned), but in:
Theme Panel → Header → Mobile Header
there is no option to change the mobile header background color.
The mobile header is stuck as black, and:
The panel does not show a background color picker
Custom CSS does not override the black background
It seems like my installation is using a header style without mobile color controls, or the CSS is hard-coded and overriding everything.
Can you please tell me:
How to change the mobile header background color (I need it to be #1e40b0)
Whether my header style should have a color option
Which selector controls the mobile header background in my version
Whether this is a bug in the Newspaper header system

Could you please provide a screenshot of the ad you’re referring to?
Typically, the theme displays banners only when a pre-built website with demo content has been installed. In that case, pages, articles, categories, banners and templates are included by default.
Please also check the Theme Panel to see if any global banners have been added in the ads section https://i.imgur.com/SGHrog2.png, and check the pages and Cloud Templates in tagDiv Composer to verify whether an Ad Box element has been added.

If I understood correctly you want to show all the articles ordered by the most recent, if so, then you don’t need a category, but just a page where you can use a block, like flex block 1 and which is sorted by latest.
I think it is much more efficient to use a page instead of a category if all the articles will be displayed anyway, but if it was only a part, then it made sense to be a category, because there were only the articles in that category.
Regarding the situation you have with the category cloud template. When a cloud template is set as global, it will apply to all categories (this case), if you want it to be applied only to a specific category, you must have another cloud template (you can duplicate the existing one) and assign it individually to the respective category https://i.imgur.com/fTZlLJK.png

The cloud templates should be excluded from the sitemap, they don’t have any value or reason to be included.
Most SEO plugins have options for excluding types of content from the sitemap. I believe you are using Yoast, so you can exclude the cloud templates like this https://imgur.com/6BRLmIs You can exclude other types of content as needed. Please try it.

To use the responsive version, just make sure that you do not have the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin (or/amp amp plugin). After this is checked and confirmed, this plugin is not used, or in case it is, it is disabled and deleted. Please check if you have made any mobile pages https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ if you have mobile pages make sure those are not assigned on pages and cloud templates (for templates, is simple, you can see it in cloud templates if there are any mobile templates – https://i.imgur.com/mgvfs0y.png )

The newspaper theme has three available solutions for the mobile version:

This issue can occur for different reasons. One possible cause could be a plugin conflict, so please run a test using only the tagDiv plugins and check if the verification process works.
Another possible reason could be the permalinks. Please perform a test by setting the permalinks to ‘Plain’ and then check if the verification process works.

Some AI debugging info:
TagDiv themes (Newspaper/Newsmag) implement their own “Primary Category” logic using td_primary_cat meta.
When WP versions change (especially 6.7+ → 6.8+ / 6.9), the taxonomy metabox structure changed, breaking older JS that TagDiv uses to capture the radio button selection.
Common causes:
1. JavaScript conflict or deprecation
The TagDiv metabox JS that listens for the “Make Term Primary” click fails to run.
WP changed DOM structure inside the metabox.
2. Theme or plugin outdated
Version 12.7.3 of Newspaper is known to have primary category issues with newer WP versions.
3. Autosave overwriting meta
If Gutenberg autosave is active, it can remove td_primary_cat before final save.
4. REST API conflicts
Security plugins or caching layers (Cloudflare, LiteSpeed, WP Rocket) may block the POST request saving meta.

Did you perform a clean update? Please make sure that the theme and theme plugins were not overwritten or replaced. Also, check whether you’re using a child theme—if you are, please disable it temporarily and run a test.
Regarding the tagDiv Cloud Library, you can install Query Monitor to identify which request is causing the issue. It’s usually related to an element that was updated, especially since the problem appeared after the theme update.

I have reverted to WordPress 6.8.3.
The Theme Panel, where it shows System Status, did have issues with 6.9. It wasn’t loading or showing any information.
6.9 is also not compatible with Cloudflare plugin. Also as soon as I started a new post or began editing, the CPU and RAM usage reached its max and website went down. Creating/editing a post became a headache.
You also need to increase your WP Memory Limit and Max Vars for WordPress 6.9 to function properly, especially on the backend/admin.

I recently updated my website from version 11.5 to the latest version. After the update, the site takes an extremely long time to load and eventually shows a 505 error. If I deactivate the Cloud Library plugin, the site loads normally, but the layout and content (may be not complete content) display incorrectly.
