We are having an issue with TD Composer not updating our changes to the header after saving. It’s stuck spinning and won’t apply any updates.
When we refresh the builder on TD Composer, then the save sticks, but initially, after changes, it doesn’t save.
Can you please help look into this?
Let me ask it again, so i am not missing any thing here (considering mobile theme and AMP is ON)
for mobile, i cant use any customize home page, all i have to get sattelled with the mobile theme option whatever it has to offer ? in > theme panel > Mobile theme.
even cloud template (for mobile) can’t be used with mobile theme and AMP ON ?

You can not use it with cloud templates because there is a conflict. You should use the AMP with the Mobile theme.

Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, add and place the Header logo element in your header, and there you can add an image.

3. I explained how at point 2. You can have a row and split it into two columns. The second one can be your sidebar, where you can add any elements. In order to do that, you need to have a single cloud template.

I understand that you won’t provide support for third-party/untested plugins. Can you show us how to add a custom code (mentioned below) to the theme?

This code will fix our redirection issue. The redirection is caused by the theme and cloud library. Now I just added this code to the tdb_functions file in the td-clod-library plugin, but it is not a proper method and the change will get lost if the plugin updates.

Wonderful! it’s worked out! Am I correct in saying that I have to assign a template for each taxonomy? if so, things will soon get a bit confusing in the cloud. Or are categories planned for the next update?

Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions

If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Better deactivate the mobile theme plugin.

I have a valid license of Newspaper that I was using perfectly until few minutes ago but after multiple bugs on a template and having tweaked the settings too much, my website was upside-down so…
I uninstalled everything (newspaper theme + all tagdiv plugins +other plugins), delete the browser cache and want to start from scratch hoping that it will solve the problem
But now I have a bigger issue! When I want to reactivate my license, I first get the confirmation pop-up that everything is OK but when the page refreshes, I still get the red error message :
Your license of Newspaper Theme is not registered!
But my old custom template under the section “cloud templates” are still there…
It’s weird, why everything is not back to 0 as a fresh start? And most importantly, why I’m not able to register my license again?
How can i convert the front page (downloaded from cloud template) as out mobile theme page ?

Hi, is there a way to use image background, single image, or any image individually in different pages -not post entries-? I mean, if I create one single page like “About Us” with a banner/image and if I create another like “Contact”, not a duplicate from About Us a single unique one, it repeats the banner/image, so if I delete it, change it or do anything, it changes the other one like if they were the same but different URL. Same happens using revolution slider even changing the slide alias in each page, it autocopy the alias and I get the same banner in different pages.
I tried using Unique Articles and many other things, but same results. Even using Cloud Templates happens the same.
Anny suggestions?

Hello, it is quite clear from the description of the problem that Mobile theme plugin is used.
I have the same problem. Additionally I made sure local browser cache was cleared as well as wordpress cache, Cloudflare cache purged and checked with a few different browsers on various devices (mobile, desktop).

When I want see a AMP preview of posts it is not displaying correctly. Also it displays default logo of probably cloud template (how to get rid of it?). After post is published and shared on facebook from mobile device (when link contains /amp at the end) it also displays scrambled page with default logo (on desktops).
Please advise how to fix that.

You cannot assign a single post template to a category or revert. The single post template is for posts and articles only.
If you want to use CPTs, then you can find the CPT cloud templates here: https://prnt.sc/RYaKPwiytMkh, and from here you can assign a template for your CPTs.

You can achieve this more easily by using the theme panel settings:https://prnt.sc/UsVxLX131Fja ( For the posts in the architecture category, it is assigned that single post template.)
In conclusion, you can assign a single post template for the posts that have that primary category. For the next category, you can choose another single post template for its posts. There, you can see all of your categories (theme panel -> categories).

I was wondering if we are able to assign different blog post templates to different blog post categories from the tagDiv composer OR, should I create a Custom Post type/taxonomy for one of the categories and assign different post templates to these different post types. (I am talking about global templates, not changing each individual posts’ template one-by-one).
Details:
Say I have 2 categories of my blog posts: “News” and “Training Resources”. “News” is a standard blog post that can use a single post cloud template, no problem.
But, for the “Training Resources” posts, I want to have a different template. To be able have a different page template for these, I need to achieve this by creating a custom post type for “Training Resources” and assigning a new cloud template to this post type, right? OR is there an easier way?
(I don’t want to change all the “Training Resources” posts templates one by one, I want to use a global template for each “Training Resources” post).

Do you think it is possible with the elements we have in the tagDiv Composer or the nice looking menu I sent is maybe done by another plugin like Max Mega Menu plugin?
3. Is Max Mega Menu plugin compatible with Newspaper theme & Cloud templates? (I think I can use it by shortcodes of the max mega menu plugin?)
