I don’t know what is the issue with the theme it just doesnt work anymore, it breaks down every third day, with no reason.I have followed up through email and we have purchased support for 12 Months but with very poor response time.In logs it shows all the error coming from td_cloud,td_template.

Please tell me why you don’t have access to the cloud. Generally, if the theme is activated, you should have it. Also, it is not recommended to make changes to the theme files.

Most of the time when this situation appears is when the internet band is small. For example mine is 500 Mbps and for me is working without problems.
Similar reports comes from users with 5-20 Mbps.

Also, please notice that the changes from 9.7 to 11.5 will need to enable the extra plugin tagDiv Standard Pack (in case that you are not using cloud templates) so you can keep the old design.

I need to know how to exclude my navigation menu items from cache.
When I turn on cloudflare APO, my drop down menu arrows wont work on the front page. They will work on every other page, But for some reason not on the front page of my site http://www.techbusinessnews.com.au
No need to mention rocket loaders or other things. I know about them.
You will see the blue menu on my site. When I turn on APO the drop down arrows cannot be clicked to bring down the menu. When I turn off APO the issue resolves
So this must be to something to do with cache and scripts
I am using litespeed plugin (no I will not change to your recommended because I have a litespeed server)
Please tell me, how can i exclude the menu items from cache, so I can have APO turned on and the menu also working
litspeed plugin has cache exclude sections and options. But what to out in here to stop caching of this menu script
When i submit a form it loads a weird version on my website and sometimes when i reload it comes back to normal, this version shows the footer and header from Mobile Settings on Theme Panel, But it does not load the page template on Cloud Template. It does not work together, this mobile theme and amp is crap

Cloud templates are not working properly, I believe due to latency its taking too much time to load the templates from your server on our end, Also sometimes timeout is also happening, can you please let us know if we can download all the cloud library and store it locally along with the theme for quick use?

Please edit the page normally and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because I think you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination and these are not editable by the tagDiv Composer plugin.
The standard pack plugin became deprecated, so I recommend using cloud templates.

The tagDiv Composer is a page builder, and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates but not for creating posts. For this, youāll need to use the Gutenberg or classic editor.

You can edit the category template with tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/. You can design it as you want.

This is possible when you will use a cloud/PRO template. In order to have different elements(ads) inside for every category/post, you need to have a different template for each category/post.
If you want the same style of your categories/posts, then you can duplicate a template/layout for every category/post to have a different template, make the specific changes and assign it to that category/post.

While trying to edit header and footer cloud templates, it’s now not displaying properly and not letting me edit.
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

I have problem in category image: https://drukowanka.pl/k/kolorowanki-dla-chlopcow/ all image are cut š I create category in Cloud templates ā category templates. I check many blocks like: blocks 4,5,6,7,8 itd but all block if I choose cut this image.
I tested all option but nothing work
Is possible change this option, I can pay of course

The āImport/Export theme settingsā will only import the settings made in the theme panel. The settings made with tagDiv Composer will not be imported.
If you made a page or a cloud template and want to import it, then you can do it manually by copying -> https://imgur.com/Wo4yp58 the code from the page/cloud template and past it on the new site in an empty page/cloud template.
An alternative is to copy the database because all the theme settings, pages, and cloud templates are stored there. Unfortunately, sitting is not as simple as copying and pasting the content of a page/cloud template.
