Hi,
Yes, if the problem is local, it is indeed harder to check.
What I can recommend is to make sure that the same plugins from the old version are still installed, especially the tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack plugins. It would also help if you could provide some images or a video of the problem.
Thank you!

Hi,

This is because the cloud template is set as global for both CPTs, you need to create a new one for Release CPT and assign it to that CPT, example: https://i.imgur.com/nrlYwOW.png

Hi,
Please go to your website plugins section and remove/delete the plugin tagDiv Cloud Library after that, reinstall the plugin from Newspaper > plugins.
Also, make sure that the theme requirements are set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

hey, i have created two CPT’s: releases and reviews. i can find both of them in the cloud template under CPT/Taxonomies. I started building the one for Reviews from a Blank template, but somehow it is linked to the Release CPT as well. What am I doing wrong?

Hey Team,

I have a website Eurasian Times — where I’ve integrated the Newspaper theme along with the following plugins:

  • tagDiv Cloud Library
  • tagDiv Composer
  • tagDiv Mobile Theme
  • tagDiv Social Counter
  • tagDiv Standard Pack

Currently, the AMP pages are being displayed using the tagDiv Mobile Theme settings, as shown below:
TagDiv mobile theme setting

However, I’d like to customize or update the AMP page UI. I’ve tried creating a mobile page using tagDiv Composer, but the AMP version still loads the tagDiv Mobile Theme layout.

Does anyone know how I can update or override the AMP page design?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,
I think you most likely have a demo that uses cloud templates, so you need to edit it using tagDiv Composer homepage, select the menu and check the style area – https://i.imgur.com/TzXCAo6.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
For the problem _load_textdomain_just_in_time from td-cloud-library, please download and reinstall the plugin from here -> https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/td-cloud-library.zip
Thank you!

Hello,

My apologies on the late reply. The problem with tagdiv Composer persists. There is nothing in the Cloud Library, and if I try to edit the current template Header Template, it ends up in Error 500 throughout the website after a few tries.

My host is saying it could be malware within your template? They said they saw some ‘unrecognized’ scripts running, and when they disabled them, the site came back up. They are running a scan now.

Something is off and I am hoping for your help.

I will send you email to contact@tagdiv.com with access you requested, and I am hoping for your help.

Hello tagDiv team,

After updating my site to WordPress 6.7, I started seeing the following notice when debugging is enabled:

Notice: _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly.
The translation loading for the td-cloud-library text domain was triggered too early.
This usually means that some code in the plugin or theme runs before the ‘init’ action.
Translations should be loaded on or after ‘init’.
This message was added in WordPress version 6.7.0.

It seems that td-cloud-library (bundled with the Newspaper theme) is calling load_textdomain() too early — probably during file inclusion instead of on the init hook.

Could you please check this and release an update that ensures translations are loaded at the correct time (after init)?

Environment:

WordPress version: 6.7.x

Newspaper theme version: Version: 12.7.1

td-cloud-library version: Version 3.9

PHP version: 8.1

Site URL: https://www.lunil.com

Thank you for your help and for maintaining this great theme!

Best regards,

Hi,

Usually, the theme panel is used for tagDiv Standard Pack. There are still options that can be used globally from the theme panel, but those will be applied in case there are no individual options set on cloud templates. But, yes, to have access to anything and to be able to make it as you want it is necessary to manually edit the elements to achieve the results you want.

Thank you!

Hello,

Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/

Thank you!

Hi, if you want to use the french , the make sure that your wordpress is set to French, also load in the theme panel https://i.imgur.com/liHKG3b.png the French https://i.imgur.com/vEorQDs.png after that what you need to do is to edit with tagDiv Composer the pages and cloud templates that still display the text in English. Select the element and change the text (this is text that is manually set and can be only manually changed) – https://i.imgur.com/UTb9plX.jpeg https://i.imgur.com/HdmZKjT.png

Yes, I checked according to the document you provided. Except for the “php.ini memory limit: 40MB (recommended: 256M)” part—which I didn’t change because there was no error message—everything else was fine. In addition, I tried selecting the “Trucking Services” website template under “Cloud Templates,” but I couldn’t find the corresponding menu bar or footer template.

Hi, as of now, I am using Co-author along with the Newspaper theme, but the cloud template doesn’t support the Co-author plugin. Is there any way I can show multiple authors below the article?

Calin

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no documentation showing all the theme blocks in parts; there are too many possibilities to be created with our theme flex blocks. You can even create your own modules using the module builder.

The flex blocks from the theme can be adjusted in many ways, and if you want, you can check some pre-made blocks that can be generated from the cloud. You can see them here – cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks

Thank you!

Hi,

I totally understand how frustrating this is a 20–30 sec load time is definitely not normal, and we’ll get it faster.

Just to clarify: the Newspaper theme itself isn’t the main problem. A website’s speed depends on more factors working together:
Hosting: If the hosting plan is small or shared, it can limit performance. Upgrading to a stronger plan (for example, VPS or managed WordPress hosting) can make a huge difference.
Examples: SiteGround GrowBig / Cloudways / Hostinger Business.
Optimization & Cache: Make sure you’re using a good caching setup (like WP Rocket pro plugin or LiteSpeed Cache free/pro) and have images optimized (via EWWW Image Optimizer or Imagify).
CDN: Adding a CDN like Cloudflare or BunnyCDN helps load content faster worldwide.

Even the Newspaper can run under 3 seconds when these parts are properly configured.

Thank you!

Hello tagDiv team,

I’m contacting you regarding a serious security issue I’ve been investigating on a WordPress website using the tagDiv Composer plugin.

After noticing a large number of fake user registrations, I performed a full audit of the system, including blocking the REST API, disabling XML-RPC, and adding multiple CAPTCHA layers (Cloudflare Turnstile + image CAPTCHA).
Despite all these protections, fake users were still being created automatically.

🔍 Findings

After enabling detailed logging on the user_register hook, I discovered that all unauthorized user creations originate from this file:

/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_ajax.php

The log entries clearly show that the wp_insert_user() call (or an equivalent function) is being triggered from inside that file, even when public registration is disabled in WordPress.

I verified that:

The file path is valid and part of tagDiv Composer.

tagDiv Composer PLUGIN Version 5.4.1 | built on 29.04.2025 10:27

The site is running the latest version of tagDiv Composer and the Newspaper theme.

After reinstalling a fresh copy of the plugin, the issue still persists (which suggests either a persistent injection or an unprotected AJAX endpoint).

Hi,
This situation appears when the theme plugins are not installed/updated. Please go to Newspaper plugins and make sure that the theme plugins you had before the theme update are installed and activated, those should be: tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, in some cases, tagDiv Standard Pack. IN case that there are othere shortcodes appering after you activated those plugins, then please provide some screenshots with them.
Thank you!

Hello tagDiv Support Community,

I’m using Newspaper Theme v12.7.1 for my site https://www.diplopolis.com.

I’ve created a custom taxonomy called “Location” using the Custom Post Type UI (CPT UI) plugin. Based on all that I have read, the taxonomy is attached to standard Posts and set to be public, queryable, and has archives enabled.

My goal is to display articles grouped by their Location — for example, all posts tagged “Europe”, “Ukraine”, “Russia”, etc.

What I’ve tried so far:

Confirmed that the taxonomy appears in the WordPress admin and that posts are assigned to their respective Location terms.

Flushed permalinks by going to Settings>Permalinks and Saving Changes.

Enabled the taxonomy in Theme Panel → CPT & Taxonomy. I see Location listed there.

Attempted to use tagDiv Composer → Flex Loop / Loop Grid/Custom Field and couple of other elements, but I cannot find a clear way to filter posts to be displayed by my Location taxonomy.

I also created a Cloud Library → Custom Taxonomy template and assigned it to “Location”, and made it Global but the archive pages still do not display the posts as expected.

I’ve read the documentation on CPT, but I’m still unable to get posts to display per Location on either the archive pages or custom pages.

Could you please guide me step-by-step. It would be very helpful if you could provide me all the steps just in case I have missed something:

Which Element/Module to use for display and the correct way to configure the element/module to show posts filtered by the Location taxonomy.

Any additional theme settings or steps I might have missed to make the taxonomy available to Composer filters.

Whether there are any known compatibility issues with CPT UI in v12.7.1.

Any screenshots or references to the right documentation/video would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your help!

Best regards

Hi Calin. Sorry to hijack the thread. I am using option 1, but we have a few custom post templates and it is a big job to update them all.

Using option 2, we have mostly the default wordpress widgets to use, and it looks terrible.

Is there a plan to add a sidebar template to the cloud templates? So we can call it on each custom template?

Thanks
