Hello, we are having lately strange issues with how the single posts are displayed.
We use Cloud templates to define looks, different for desktop and mobile. Its very important for us to have that, because we show different ads on desktop and mobile.
The issue is that on latest posts its all mixed up. Mobile templates shows on both, desk and mobile, but even on mobile its not displayed properly.
For instance this post is displayed correctly:

Also we use caching plugin that is recommended, but still images are very slow, could you recommend how we can speedup this?
And last but not the least, recently we have to modify css because suddenly FB button (top right sidebar) disappear, with this line: .facebook-like-page .td-element-style {position: relative !important;}

1. Unfortunately, there are no options to disable the animation on mentioned elements, sorry!
2. The Featured image can be adjusted using tagDiv Composer. Edit the single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/SRyLgPp.jpg, select the featured image and change the image height -> https://i.imgur.com/TQHk5IP.png -> https://i.imgur.com/47F5k2S.png
3. If you want that the featured image to have the light box option, then you’ll need to replace the “Single Post Bg Featured Image” with “Single Post Featured Image” and apply this option -> https://i.imgur.com/aHwCpN2.png (and you’ll no longer need to make the step 2).
4. The footer is a cloud templates, therefore it is full editable with tagDiv Composer, when you select the text should be display like this -> https://i.imgur.com/XZ4XBAn.png

At the moment you only offer featured audio via SoundCloud. Compared to featured video option, where you offer multiple player links just as youtube and Vimeo, only SoundCloud for audio is a little less. This is a paid service, don’t think every podcaster will use it. We host with Anchor.fm, are actually on every single available platform listed you don’t need to pay for. Are there any plans to add other options next to SoundCloud? We would love to create featured audio posts in the future.

This is now fixed.
I rebuilt the home page from scratch, following from your team’s comments that some code/elements may have caused this error, and it did not re-occur.
I did use the same elements entirely, so there was clearly some corruption present, which was only brought out when the page was proxied in Cloudflare somehow. (Switching off the proxy stopped the issue, but that was not wanted.)

I just checked the category Lagos legends and now there are 3 posts in it -> https://i.imgur.com/nRqKFQE.png -> https://i.imgur.com/sfTQoxT.png so the posts are display in the category, but the problem is that is not displaying the posts from the current/selected category. I think that this is because the flex blocks from the cloud category template are not filtered, please edit it with tagDiv Composer and set on all flex blocks in filter tab the current category -> https://i.imgur.com/ACMqpT7.png this should solve the problems with the posts from the categories.
The category Peculiar People display all the 5 posts -> https://i.imgur.com/AIuUnC1.png only that the first 3 are not form the current category, this will be solved after you set the filter mentioned above.
The Change makers indeed display correctly, because I think that you set the filter for the 3 posts of category on this class, or the last 3 posts were added on this category.
All, the problems will be solved after you’ll set the flex blocks from the category on current category.

1. Dedicated core i9 16 cpu
2. 64gb MEMORY
3. NVMe HDD
Cloudlinux
Litespeed
For my installation only: 6CPU, 6gb MEMORY.

I uploaded the theme to my wordpress and I have never seen the composer. Though it, along with “tagdiv cloud library,” “machform shortcode,” “tagdiv mobile code,” “tagdiv newsletter,” tagdiv social counter,” and “tagdiv standard pack” are the only plug ins that are active on my site.

The setting from Theme Panel is for Standard Post Template from Theme Panel, where you can set only one Article Inline Ad.

Is there any sort of workaround we can program ourselves that will allow us to use cloud templates with custom posts and taxonomies?
I have found that if you create a taxonomy page in the theme so “taxonomy-name.php”. Inside this theme, I have taken the shortcodes from the cloud template and it does load up the CSS correctly but I am unsure how to modify this to query posts for the taxonomy as the data showing is incorrect. Replacing category_id=”‘.$term->term_id.'” will populate some of the shortcodes with the correct data but not all of the shortcodes have this argument. I could add it to the theme code but it would lock me out of updates in the future then, so not ideal.
Considering how easy this was to do, surely it isn’t a massive obstacle to add cloud template support for custom taxonomies and posts?

We were doing some checks in our website through the search bar and looking for a brand, but others come out as well. Via debug console (firefox) we saw that there are invisible rows that have name-brand that has nothing to do with it. This only happens with article posts that have been created via cloud templates.
Specifically we found this (an invisible submenu that we never created)

I have a few issues I need help with:
1. TagDiv composer is stuck on loading, and I cannot edit any pages as a result – image
Note: I have already checked mod_substitute and followed the guide to set it to 10M
2. The main navigation menu is glitched, and I cannot access the submenu – image
3. In the theme panel > template settings > image loading – animations (LazyLoad), if I enable ‘use loading animation image’ then my site will not display the images. This is the issue that lead to all of the above issues that I am now left with, and here’s the backstory about what’s going on:
The site was working perfectly fine on Feb 18th. No additional changes were made, and when I came to look at the site again after the long weekend on Feb 22nd, I discovered the issue where the images on the site were not displaying. After a whole day of trouble shooting, and restore backups to Feb 19th and before Feb 18th, I discovered that the way to get the images to show up was to disable the loading animation in ‘3.’ (from above). Now the images, work and I am starting to discover all sorts of issues with the website (point ‘1.’ and ‘2.’ from above). I’ve checked the system status, and the only one that is not green is the mod_substitute, which I have already followed your guide and updated correctly. I’ve reinstalled the newspaper theme and am running 11.4.1. I updated wordpress and am using 5.9.1, I even tried with the previous older version and it still was not working. I am using supercache and cloudflare to the exact recommended specifications. My hosting provider is Siteground, and I have already gone into there to reset permissions. I am completely stumped with what’s going on and have accepted that the theme is not behaving normally, but at least I need to be able to go into TagDiv composer to be able to make up for the issues.
It happens frequently that in random URLs old single post pages show up, with old headers and old footers.
It’s like if my website would use cloud templates that no longer exist and are no longer active.
The problem is that, is when this happens, my page doesn’t show ads, and it happens randomly a few times every once in a while.
I have already cleared my DB, cache on cloudflare, OP cache, WP Rocket cache, devices cache.
Also this only happens on mobiles.
I have tried everything and nothing seems to solve the problem.
Would anybody know how to fix this?

I am currently experiencing the same issues described above. My website is running on a dedicated cloud environment (4 vCPU and 8GB RAM). On average with even up to 400 to 800 concurrent visitors, I only use about 12% to 55% CPU.
However, multiple times a day I get 100% CPU usage to the point where my site either crawls to a halt or is not accessible at all. During the 100% CPU usage times, I only have about 50 to 100 visitors. I’ve been monitoring this for weeks and after checking my logs over those weeks, the thing that keeps standing out is I have extremely high calls here: “/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=11.4”.
These calls are killing my DB.
I’m using CloudFlare, I’ve confirmed that I am not being attacked, and it is not a bot issue.
Can I also get some assistance with this please?

is only on one specific page, then please use the revisions https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/ because it is possible that the problem to be from the last changed from that page/ cloud template.

1. A workaround is to edit that post normally in the Gutenberg or Classic Editor, set an excerpt there and it should appear only that text which you set it up there.
2. If you have a cloud template, then you can disable/hide them while you edit them with the TagDiv Composer.

The issue seems to be limited to the home page.
With cloudflare proxied for our test site, the console error in my screenshot still shows but only on the home page. But all other pages I’ve edited in TagDiv so far have saved content. I thought I had seen this issue on other pages at least intermittantly, but I can’t reproduce it.
