The option shown in the Video “Article Auto Loading” is not there in the Cloud template “Single Post Template – Default Pro” which is used by me. In the Video the template being used is “Single Template – Week Pro” whihc seems to have this option.
Do I need to change the Template to use ? Or is there a way to do this in the template that I am using.
Hi,
I have a problem with my Footer module in the cloud templates (Footer Template and Footer Template V2). They are no longer accessible in “Edit with TagDiv Composer” mode so I can’t change them. When I edit it in classic mode, I can’t change anything because it’s just syntax. Moreover, in the Cloud Templates tab, if I look at the header, it shows “site” for the “Used On” column, and nothing is indicated for the two footer modules.
Can you look at this and help me, I don’t see how to solve this problem.
The header and footer are selected in the Themepanel Newsletter.
Thanks
Gilles
Hello,
I’m having the following issue:
At the category page (no matter which category) there is a popup error above the whole page saying:
Warning: Undefined array key “tdb_templates” in /home/good2cyo/eclac.good2.cyou/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php on line 489

Hi,
I’ve tried the suggested solutions; added the line in .htaccess with no succes.
Also looked at the error logs, havent seen any errors on admin-ajax.php and i also dont use cloudfare (yet) or rocket loader.
Hello @honlim!
If you use a cloud/PRO template, then we recommend to insert a shortcode with the TagDiv Composer. The shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”.
Thank you!
Hello @Minoumax1967!
You can’t edit/modify the default global footer with the TagDiv Composer. You’ll need a cloud/pro footer template, so you can import a cloud one from Cloud Templates or you can do it from scratch also by importing a blank footer template: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
For a cloud/pro footer template, you can access the homepage and edit them with the TagDiv Composer(scroll till down for the footer).
Thank you!
Hello @desirevp!
1. If you use cloud templates, then you have the possibility to add any ad code/image easily where you’ll like. For example, if you add the ad codes in the theme panel, then you should select the ad spot, so the shortcode/element will know from where it should take the code to display the ad.
2. If you want to hide the ad on other viewport, then you should select the viewport and there is an option on the element to be hidden in the CSS tab: https://www.screencast.com/t/kWi3UGn7kyG
Thank you!
Hi,
The pagespeed do not depends only by the theme, there are a lot of elements, like page elements, external resources, ads, extra plugins…
As I see on your website, there are no theme problems, but maybe you can optimize better the pagespeed for your website:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

I hope this will help you
Hi,
Like the option suggest the elements are only hidden, so those will be loaded in page source, but will not be display.
To make a mobile page with a small content, please try the mobile page option -> this can be use for pages and cloud templates. -> https://i.imgur.com/o31zeIb.jpg -> https://prnt.sc/26cu0mc
I hope this will help you!
Hi AnarGa,
I think that opening a new topic will be better, because those are quite old topics.
The screenshots that you provided are related to the mega menu. Now there are no options to control the posts from the mega menu. A mega menu it is created by using a category and if this do not have subcategories, then will list only the posts from that category, now if has subcategories, will look like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rpKHbze4ABe and will be listed the subcategories. You can check our guide for mega menu here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Now if you are using a cloud header, then you have the possibility to adjust the mega menu layout and you can adjust the subcategories limit -> https://i.imgur.com/7dpTZqk.jpg
Thank you!
Hi,
You can find more single post templates from tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single
Also, if you want to use a standard template, please activate tagDiv Standard Pack, but it is recommended to use Single Post Template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/ because you can customize it with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
I couldn’t find this theme in your Cloud Templates, please help me.
Hello @msakande!
If you use mobile pages, then you can have a mobile page to any cloud template. You can find and edit them in the Cloud Templates or while you see the pages in frontend: https://www.screencast.com/t/cI3kmlNrcklY
Thank you!
Yes Calin, obviously it has to do with the settings. This is why I asked you so that your developers can tell you which js, css, php pages calls are involved so that I can exclude them from both cloudflare and the optimizer.
Can we have this list please?
Thank you
Hi Bettina,
As I wrote, I’m using a child theme. But because of the template are from the plugin td-cloud-library I was wondering how to override the behavior of this template in the child theme. So I make a proper use of the childtheme.
Thank you
Bettina, I changed the Article Inline Ad in Theme Panel. As I visit the relevant Single Post Cloud Template, I can see the Article Inline Ad 1 entity after the 3rd paragraph of each article (seen by tagDiv Composer), as per Theme Panel settings, but the ad code displayed is not the current one. Please, watch an article example: https://www.bet3.gr/stoixima-prognostika/euroleague/thelei-na-chtisei-seri-o-panathinaikos/
My e-mail address is vorilask@gmail.com, if it is to address directly to me, so as to find out what’s happening. Please come back because I change Article Inline Ad settings, but they do not actually change.
Looking forward to hearing from you again. Thank you very much in advance.
Best regards,
Konstantinos Vorilas
Hello @vikasnangia!
I just replied you here in your own topic about CPT, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cloud-templates-for-custom-post-type-and-taxonomy/#post-431064
Thank you!
There is a difference between Cloud Templates not supporting custom post types, and your theme not supporting custom post types.
How can we make custom post types work with your theme, if we decide not to use Cloud Templates?
Hello!
Please note that Cloud library templates do not work with CPTs.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello Stavros,
For Cloud Templates you need to copy-paste the code => https://i.imgur.com/SSgIAGm.png from a template to a new template.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this requirement is not displayed in System Status.
Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.
Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and try to open the WP Editor.
Please check the console if you have any errors when you try to open the wp editor, maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Thank you!
This is a deal breaker for long time. it has been asked by many individuals. having it on roadmap and some timeline would be helpful.
If not possible, then some example module that can be followed to manage CPT with cloud template, as it was for CPT using standard template.
Hi,
I managed to change the 404 response for non-existing / deleted posts to a 410 by modifying
wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/wp_templates/tdb_view_404.php
added : header($_SERVER[“SERVER_PROTOCOL”] . ” 410 Gone”);
It would be much better that I could that in the child-theme functions. As when the theme will update the code will be removed.
I would even prefer that I could create a special page for the 410 response like doing something like this:
$custom_410_page_ID = 76761;//Error 410 page ID
header($_SERVER[“SERVER_PROTOCOL”] . ” 410 Gone”);
header(“Refresh: 0; url=” . get_permalink($custom_410_page_ID));
Could you explain how I can add this functionality in the child theme?
I have the development site on .website and the production site on .com
I want to design a new footer. So, I am looking to design it on .website and I would like to ask you if there is any way from mysql may be to export and import only the specific template that I have to .website to .com
I hope to be clear of what I am looking to develop.
Thank you,
Stavros.
Hello @iamratnesh!
You can import some sections which you like the most from the Cloud Templates. Please search them there and import it in your website design.
Thank you!
