1. We usually recommend only in extreme cases to use the child theme, usually with Pro Prebuilt Website you can customize it with tagDiv Composer without using the child theme.
2. Yes, you can use the prebuilt website but please notice that if you editing the content that is coming with the prebuilt website and you want to try another prebuilt website those changes that you made on the content from the first prebuilt website will be lost. We recommend to make your own content (if you can copy-paste the content that comes from a prebuilt website and this way will not be lost), or you can use the elements, cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library.

We are using tagDiv with user name sanjeev. Our Website is https://rashtrajyoti.in.
Few days ago, I raised an issue over mail & forum that tpcomposer isn’t functioning properly and gives an issue while editing the Posts, it shows outdated and gives an option to update (instlly/activate), but once we try to update it, it shows ‘failed’ in front of the feature we try to update. Hence, you have asked us to delete the plugin and manually install through evanto. Today, we did the same and tried updating tdcomposer, td social counter & td cloud library manually. Hello,
I installed the homepage mobile template (Scuba) from the cloud library. It now shows in the header for editing with TagDiv composer. It pulls up for editing and allows me to edit. However, it is not showing “live” on the site when viewed on mobile device. I have also checked via Chrome dev tools under mobile view.
What am I missing to get this template live for my site? Thanks
The whole front page loading can be somehow accepted
But from the time I switch the theme the main problem is with adding, edition or publishing the post – this taking forever.
I disabled almost all plugin keeping only the mandatory for theme
I have powerful cloud server 32 GB RAM, 8 vCPU, 640 GB SSD dedicated only for this wordpress website

So in this case SOmething else is setting the headers and not just W3 Total Cache. For example, the Referrer-Policy: in W3 Total Cache is set to no-referrer-when-downgrade, and On your files have strict-origin-when-cross-origin. This means that either you have some nested .htaccess or those are defined in httpd.conf

A cloud/PRO template can be edited with TagDiv Composer plugin, but not the default style template. For them you have only the Theme panel settings or custom code for some design issues.

1. Is possible to some elements on the homepage that are prevent the fonts to load, some times is fixed if you set an icon with tagDiv Composer over the menu.
2. That is a plugin conflict usually this situation appear when you use cloud templates and Bakery. We recommend to use only one of theme and disable the odor one. Usually we recommend to use tagdiv cloud library.
3. To display in category page only posts from that category, you need to edit it with tagDiv Composer select the flex block and in filter tab set the filter for current category -> https://i.imgur.com/4gZMXVV.png

Hi,
When you use for category a cloud category templates, then you need to use for that category a single poste template, the standard post templates will no longer be availed.
Therefore the only option is to use different single post templates per each category where you’ll like to have a different sidebar.

Can you please help me site wide cloud template is not showing on all posts. but if I log in to the dashboard I don’t have any issues with the cloud template because it is showing to all posts. How can I solve this issue?

The problem may be due to a plugin conflict, so please please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again. There may be a conflict between WPBakery and the tagDiv Cloud Library.
Please notice that we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).

I’ve tried a lot but I can’t seem to get rid of the standard ‘Classic’ in my header when it’s on mobile. You can probably see it here on a mobile page https://padelscene.nl/2021/02/23/een-uitleg-over-overgrips-en-waarom-ze-ontzettend-handig-zijn/ I tried multiple things with headers in the cloud library and I’m just using the standard header template. I did change some things here and there to get to the right one. Does anybody know what I’m missing here?

Unfortunately, there is no option to remove the single post template without disabling the standard pack plugin. If you choose to use a pro prebuilt website then you can disable the standard pack plugin and it will display only the single post templates that you get from Cloud Library => https://i.imgur.com/T0fEI5Q.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vtVuqvA.png
If you want to use only 2, 3 standard post style and remove the rest of them (no cloud templates) can be achieved only with custom work.

My ‘leave a comment’ section on my mobile single cloud template just turned to code. I have not edited this template at all recently, so I’m not sure why it happened. Would love to know how to fix it.

Hi,
I have created a page with 5 blocks on 2+2+1. The blocks are derived from the ‘Get a membership – Spa Heaven’ block from the cloud.
The same margins and settings are used as you can see on the screenshots. However I keep having blocks which all have a different size and aren’t horizontal aligned.
How do I get the blocks in the same sizes and have it horizontal aligned?

For our website we are using WordPress 5.6.2 and the Newspaper theme in version 10.3.9.1.
We have built a custom cloud template for the footer. One for german and one for english version of the site.
In the frontend we are selecting these via frontend composer for each language.
This works as long as we are using a custom template for the post detail pages.
However if one of the premade styles is used there is no option for choosing footer template so we can’t use the template depending on the language.
How is the implementation of the diffrent footer templates needed to be done in order to have them translated?

I have created a template for the category (from cloud).
The problem is that when I use a template created from cloud, the option to customize the sidebar by categories disappears. Even if I leave the default post theme.

So, I want to use a template created from the cloud. But I want to be able to perosnalize the sidebar of the articles in that category, using a default template for the articles.

Thank you that did solve the total reload of the menu not entirely but for the most part it is static now. The entire theme seems to shift a few pixels on a reload it is asif it moves 5px to the right then 5px to the left again after the load is complete.
The solution did help it is a pity as the MORE function is really usefull but we can add a more option to the menu rather than have it auto generate.
There seems to be alot to be done before the cloud template system can be used for the headers in full but thank you for helping disable most of the entire reload.

If you want to have a slider with posts instead of the featured image (replace the featured image), then can be done with tagDiv Composer on a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library.
But if you want to have a slider with featured images, unfortunately, our theme doesn’t have this option.

Some demos use the default templates that’s why you can not find in cloud. You can choose the default template from theme panel -> post settings -> default post template, but you can not duplicate the default templates only cloud templates.

I’ve taken a recording with my phone to show you the behaviour.
You can see that when you flick between menu options the header remains but the main menu goes white (disappears) and then reappears and it repeats that with every change.
This is extremely bad UX and avoidable. The standard header options so if cloud templates are off does not do that so it is an error with how the menu is load via Cloud Templates as the browser/cms is not treating it as part of the header.
