Good Morning. My hosting provider, we would highly recommend bringing these logs onto your TD Composer plugins support to see if they could provide any fixes regarding these aspects or not.
Most of the slow logs in the server point to these:

So maybe you could share these slow logs to your plugin support and see if they could help with improving these within the plugin side or not. If its a known use case with their plugin, they might also have fixes for this.
When I try to load templates I get the message “Invalid reply from server endpoint”. The tagDiv cloud library plugin is active.
I got something working now. It seems there are two notions of headers – one that comes with the theme (in the theme panel) and “header templates” that you can import from the cloud library. Both have sticky settings. The first one you have to set in theme panel and the second in the manager in tagDiv composer.

Although all my custom cloud library templates are set to ‘No Preloading’ for content, i still see
calls to admin-ajax.php when monitoring my page load.
This has a significant impact on performance and overall page size
Please advise.

I have attached an image in which a user with the role as the subscriber is able to edit the main site templates and change them at will,
Because of this problem, I am unable to add authors and users to by news website.
This is a major security issue
The image has an account of a contributor role who is able to edit and delete the templates
I request a quick response to this problem and urgently.
I have those options if I use Flex blocks, but shouldn’t I have those options too, when I try to edit the demo content? What is the purpose of the demo content if it can not be edited?
There is no option to edit this imported header using tagDiv composer.
Also, when I try to use Cloud templates, clicking on add new I get this Invalid reply from server endpoint.
cloud templates plugin and all templates visible to the editor and authors on the panel. How can I remove the access of authors and editors from the plugin?

From what I see on your topics I would suggest to replace your demo with a PRO one or start creating templates for what you want to edit. For example you cannot edit your header because you are using a standard header. In order to modify it you will need to use a Cloud library template for it. On homepage you will have to replace the BLOCK with a Flex Block and on your category page you will need to use a Cloud library template for category as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/

Our cloud template can be open in WordPress backend only in classic editor and those can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
For example , if you have installed a pro demo (magazine pro) then you have selected in theme panel> footer a footer template like this -> https://i.imgur.com/pM36QLM.png if you want you can edit it using tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/lcdNhPF.jpg after the homepage is open in tagDiv Composer, go down to footer and edit it -> https://i.imgur.com/l1XV8mb.png

Our tagDiv Composer is base on shortcode and this can be use on pages and cloud templates, these cloud templates can be edited only in tagDiv Composer, also the pages that were made with this builder can be edited only with it, buy if you make a new page, you can use other builder or the Gutenberg editor, but not more then one builder on the page.

I think that the problem with support was only until your account was registered, I hope that now there is no problem to access our forum for support.
The problem with that post is a cache plugin between tagDiv Cloud Library (from this cloud are use the templates for pro demos) that is not compatible with the WPBakery plugin that we provide as option, if you do not want to use tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, to solved this problem, just disable that plugin and everything will be display as in our demo!

After the migration of website “roma.metropolitanmagazine.it” i have the error “Invalid reply from server endpoint.” when I go to “Cloud templates” section and click on “add new”.
I cannot see all my categories, post, etc from cloud templates and when I want to go on my category from the homepage i have the error 404 NGINX.
How could I resolve this problem?
When I create a new page, the created page is overwritten in the others, and from that created one, new pages that are created next are updated.
Also when I create a Template Cloud for a category, when assigning it to the category it looks very distributed but in the preview it does look correctly.
I need to fix this issue.

On Category Templates from cloud library the Category Sibling is showing either sub categories or all categories. How can I make it only show sub categories?

I’ve installed and enabled classic editor plugins as I’m comfortable with older editor.
Now, all Cloud templates were assigned with classic editor.
“Footer – Default PRO — classic editor”
I’ve disabled plugin and tried – still getting classic editor only.
is there any way to revert this?

You are using a cloud footer from tagDiv Cloud Library and you can edit it using tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and go down to footer section.

If you are not using the mobile theme plugin, then the only option is to set with tagDiv Composer in a cloud header a search form as on desktop.

Hi, unfortunately for the moment we still recommend to set disable the rocked loader option for CDN -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ but this is just a recommendation, if you want you can make a test and activate it to see if everything is working correctly.
