In spite of numerous attempts, I have been unable to activate the theme via the Dashboard/Newspaper/Theme Panel/System Status link. Every time I click on the link to activate, the system returns to a screen telling me that “I am not allowed to access that page”
I am logged in as the system admin and because I am unable to activate the them, I do not have access to any of the cloud template resources. HELP!
after active a theme. when click on load cloud templete the cloud tempelete in not appear and show this error Invalid reply from server endpoint. but it is working fine before activation theme.

That depends, if you are using a cloud template then yes, you can do that using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/A76SPhb.png, if you are using a standard footer style, you can set the content in footer 1 in appearance wedges -> https://i.imgur.com/G8PDojA.png.

Firstly, thanks a lot for your reply..
I had no patience waiting a reply at all so I had already done the below :
I loaded the template from tagDiv cloud library.
My problem now is that this template I have loaded does not follow “Post and custom post types” rules from : Newspaper-Theme panel/post settings.
So for example I disable “SHOW AUTHOR NAME” but I can still see it.. :-/

Where you want to apply the code, if you want to align Justified the post content this can be achieve using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer click on single post content and set the extend direction “Lift & Right ” https://i.imgur.com/TRXJLvD.jpg

Please note that cloud templates can not be set in child theme, these are from tagDiv Cloud library and are saved in database.
If the single post template is set as general -> https://i.imgur.com/x8yXjTk.png the the posts should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/7wxjNKv.jpg if the post content is not appearing pelase check if you do not made some changes in single post template with tagDiv Composer, check if single post content is set -> https://i.imgur.com/QuHqcY8.jpg

It is appearing at top of https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2020/06/17/obituary-keith-tippett/ in Firefox, not in Chrome or Safari. I have cleared Firefox cache and restarted it.

The original issue is stemmed from our current header, which is why I thought about using the cloud header to try and clean up the issues we have with the header in general… Our actual header problems can be seen here: https://www.equipmentjournal.com/
Issue we have:
1. when viewing in tablet, the header doesn’t collapse properly. the header ad stays in an awkward position. We would like to fix that.
2. When viewing in mobile, our brand logo is gone from the header, and all that appears is the header ad.

Unfortunately tagDiv Composer can be apply only on pages and cloud templates, is not working on custom post type.

Unfortunately the newsletter plugin can not be set in mobile theme plugin, this can be set only with tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates.

I already tried several times editing from TD Composer from my home page and it doesn’t let me like it is a “ghost” footer runing on the backround.
I use influencer tamplate and when i imported a cloud footer from the tamplates it lets me edit it from the home page (and not from the cloud templates page) but it seems like there is a second footer runing on the backround… You do not see the second footer in live site, but you see two same footers, like douplicates, in the editing mode of TD Composer from homepage…!!! As a result of this, a lot of conflicts are taking place in my site, it slows down, when you scroll down in some parts of scrolling the megamenu apears without the mouse being at the menu, and also it cuts the lower parts of my articles in the infinite loading from the second article and down…
Also when i import a footer from the cloud templates, the section from the Theme Panel that controls the footer section (instagram etc. etc.) doesn’t have any choises any more… they just desapear or diactivate… I can’t control the footer section from the Theme Panel any more…

I have set the themefont to “ubuntu” as default for everything on the website, the font is visible on desktop but on android mobile phone and ipad I get a other standard font. I have set the fonts inside my cloud templates all to ubuntu and just changed the default font in the themepanels themefont to ubuntu as well. I even disabled the load of the default fonts used by the theme (Open Sans and Roboto) but nothing changes. Any idea how I can get the right font to show on tablet and mobile phone? Thx!

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
For the problem with infinite loading, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also for the moment the sticky sidebar can be use only for first article in infinite loading.
If there are still some problems, please provide some more details with some screenshots and a link where I can check these problems.

That modules are from mega menu -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ unfortunately for the moment there are not some many settings for this element, if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can edit the layout using tagDiv Composer.
The mobile layout can be adjusted by setting the mobile viewport -> https://i.imgur.com/wtl2CxM.png and just edit the elements you want -> https://i.imgur.com/loB7F89.png (this will be display a little different because the mobile device are usually using a smaller resolution).

So you want to have a header on homepage and a general one for the rest of your website, if is so then you can set the general header from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/4cM24pn.png and ho on your homepage and edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/mKND4xq.jpg click on manager and choose the header you want or import a new one -> https://i.imgur.com/kks3A86.jpg you can do the same on all cloud template and the header will be apply for the posts/categories where you want to have a different header.

In Newspaper v10.3.3 was add a better support for WPML plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/vAjt3aG.png now you can set the header, footer, category and single template on each language in them panel, for this you need to use the translate for cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/Y99kgbB.png in this way on each language you’ll have only the templates made for that language, for example https://i.imgur.com/UJbzFFp.png -> https://i.imgur.com/TWZLxQZ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/CjsSkAC.png
You can duplicate a cloud template like this -> https://i.imgur.com/BLYyLc4.png after that you can edit it with tagDiv Composer.

For the moment I see that you do not have any posts, just page.
Also if you had before a demo installed or cloud template and this was set to full width then your website was set for full width (if was a demo, then the entire website and if was a cloud template the section that was apply).

I installed the theme new version v10.3.5 and re-activated all plugins. There are some problems;
TAG Div Composer does not work on cloud templates
All page settings are broken and although I do most of them, the following problems still persist;
footer and other pages (I used cloud templates)
The sidebar of all pages is not visible.

So with the new update, there is a new item on the WP admin bar more cramped.
You have these items currently:
“Theme Panel”
“Theme Support” — which I don’t get why it should be placed in a prominent position.
“Edit with TD Composer / Cloud Template editor”
“Live CSS”
What you can do:
Consolidate them under one head menu and the rest are under it. Name it as “TagDiv” or something.
We have other admin menu items too so you guys taking 4 menu items is really annoying.
Please fix this.

We’ve been experiencing an issue for a while now with both Newspaper 9 and Newspaper 10.
The issue is that the default Posts template keeps changing in the Theme Panel, from a cloud template set by admin to the “Default” template.
We’re not quite sure what is triggering this and it’s hard to replicate on demand – under what circumstances would this setting change? Does it indicate a problem with the cloud library template we are using?
Hi Vlad – so following this conversation we installed the Standard Pack (which brought up the breadcrumbs options), disabled the settings for breadcrumbs and page title in there, then turned Standard Pack off again.
We’ve noticed some other issues like this, but mainly affecting the Mobile Theme. Since the Mobile Theme inherits settings from the default settings rather than from an TD Composer templates, the Standard Pack has to be installed to change things like sharing settings and turning off the Facebook like button etc for mobile and AMP pages.
Not installing Standard Pack and removing unnecessary features is a good thing for Cloud Templates, but for a site that uses AMP it does create some issues.
