Hello,
I try to update to patch 4.9.4, but it fails. Here is what I do :
1- I turn off my cache plugin WP Super Cache.
2- I upload batch 4.9.4 via FTP.
3- As a result, my website turns blank.
4- I reactivate WP Super Cache, and I got an error message “a critical error has happened on your site” with a link that says “learn more about debugging” https://www.screencast.com/t/nDXOoXuCGC.
What did I do wrong ? Is it because I use Cloud Flare ?

I have adjusted the ‘Browser Cache TTL’ setting in Cloudflare to ‘Respect Local Headers’ and I think things are now working better. Is that what I should have it set as?
(1) Why i cant enable AMP on cloud templates?
(2) Sometimes When i open my site icon like menu button and social icons got disappeared
and only a square appears on place of icons?
finally problem solved after enabling and importing header menu using cloud header but server heavy load is major problem , fix plugins isuue.
i have purchased newspaper theme today from themefores and but after installing theme and tagdiv cloud library plugins my server get crashed everytime when disable this plugin via ftp then site is working fine but when enable cpuy load entry process and RAM usage goes to 90% of my dedicated hosting.
so i decided to disable that plugins after install newspaper pro demo and now my site is not showing logo and menu.
how to do? because i have already set all thing in theme panel option.
another problem is header code and footer code like google analytics is also not working while i have pasted in theme option.
Problem with my website tvblackbox.com.au – im finding it is often opening the mobile homepage in desktop browsers. ive tested it in the main four browsers and the problem is happening everywhere. The homepage is often missing the most recent blog post which I assume is a cache issue. We publish a new post each hour, sometimes more. Ive currently got Cloudflare set up but im not using any other cache plugin. Advice??

Currently I am using an image of dimensions 980*430px for my posts (no sidebar is being used) but the image is not responsive on my homepage. For example, when am using a big 3 grid, it shows part of my image. How can i make my images responsive please so that it adapts to every grid used.
Also, I didn’t receive the tagDiv Cloud Library when I purchased this theme, please advise.

I tried logging into my site through WordPress and was greeted with this message “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I checked the email and see this was the problem

i am facing issue with tagDiv Cloud Library. I am not able to import templates from “tagDiv Cloud Library”.
Whenever i am trying to load it shows an error https://prnt.sc/s9lii5. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible. And also please let me know how to use external shortcode in my page using theme elements.

Hi, I have a problem with the footer. Using the default newspaper one, between the settings I managed to modify only the first column, that is “info content”, while the other 2 columns did not. I also tried to follow the documentation and insert the new elements into the footer widgets but added them below and not in place of Footer 2 and footer 3.
So I tried to use a “Cloud Library Templater”, I downloaded one and modified it, everything was fine, the moment I had to make other changes I got this message: “Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.
I tried to download another and made the changes always gives me the same problem. How is it resolved? If possible tell me how to change the default footer? Thanks.
Yes, 100% sure that they were built with TagDiv Composer, importing a template from the Library. I think that the error message appears after I modified the page name or SEO content. I did it with the WordPress editor. I didn’t modify the content of the page, only the page title and SEO content in Yoast editor. Is it something that I should do differently ?
After importing a template from the Cloud Library, can we modify the name the same way (choosing “Modify” and doing it in WP editor)?

Hi,
I have tried to set different cloud headers for Categories and pages and it works well. All my categories have different headers each.
However, I am unable to do the same for the Single posts under a certain category. It keeps showing the default headers.
This is what I did.
Set a Cloud Library post template for posts of this category. Like this
Then on the single post template for that category, I set the header like this
When I view the post, the template is different but picks the default header which I did not choose.
Help me out.

It shows that my logo isn’t showing in the header. My website is valorvortech.com, upon entering the URL and going to the homepage, the header logo might show, but after clicking to a new category, or a new post, the header logo disappears and the logo is gone, but the box it was in, is still clickable.
I’m not sure why this is happening, it was fine the entire duration since I got this theme. On the tagDiv editor, the logo is showing. On the theme panel, I have verified that I have inserted the correct logo. On the header cloud template, I have ensured that the logo is inserted.
I’m not sure why this is happening, please advise me on how to fix it, thanks.

3. This tdb_action=tdb_ajax is related to the infinite loading functionality, the ?tdb_action=tdb_ajax can be found in wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_ajax.php
4. The icon that you click is in a link and the link have set the href “#”, when the icon is click/touch the action is generate and is set in url # -> https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_href.asp
5. If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).

I think that you are using footer style 1, if yes, this is a premade footer and it can not be edited -> https://i.imgur.com/a2Cnksj.png therefore you can not edit the elemnts from it, you can only add more in footer 1,2,3, if you want to edit the footer you can choose an empty footer and set the widgets you want in it -> https://i.imgur.com/dhVshoH.png -> https://i.imgur.com/WnezpeD.png or you can use a footer page.

I have the code issue also everytime I edit a specific page without TagDiv-Composer, but sometimes it’s necessary – for example, to change sites title in Gutenberg.
I don’t want to use Standard Pack, because you recommend to build the site only with Composer + Cloud Templates (https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/). But the error still occurs also with Standard Pack activated, as you can see here: http://test3.skispringen.com (user / userpasswd).
So what do I do wrong?

You can import any cloud header you want from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer and add the elements you want.

Is possible that tagDiv Cloud Library to not be compatible with Paid Membership Pro plugin, also this plugin was not been tested with our theme, therefore we can not provide support for it, sorry!

If you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can set the color by editing the template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Juif01I.png click on element and look for stars color -> https://i.imgur.com/EbkZsqS.png
If you are using a default post style, then you can achieve this with a custom css.
