I updated today 5 websites from 9.7.2 to 9.7.3.
All the menus and sidebars were broken on all websites.
I’m using cloud template for posts and header.
All websites have WP up to date.
> I updated and activated all plugins. Same problem.
> I deleted tagdiv plugins (td composer and cloud) and reinstalled. Same problem.
I had to restore all websites because all websites are live, so I can’t show you the issue on a live website.
Any idea where to look ? what to do ?
Never had this issue in the past.

There are a few files that need to be edit, depend on the search element that you are using.
Search form -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/search/tdb_search_form.php
Widget search -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/page-search-box.php
Widget search -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/searchform.php
Header live search -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_search.php
-> wp-includes/general-template.php

Hi,
I see you are using a cloud header template. With these headers you can customize the desktop and the mobile version of the header.
Edit the cloud header template with the composer, and select the mobile viewport

Then customize the mobile version of the header as needed.
You can also customize the sticky version of both desktop and mobile header. While editing the template activate the sticky version – http://prntscr.com/ocg3gi
This option will activate the sticky mode in the composer, not actually enable/disable the sticky mode for the website.
If you don’t want a sticky header, remove all the elements from the sticky mode

Unfortunately wordpress does not have this feature. The only way to change the font size is via CSS or by using a single post template from the cloud library. Find out more about it here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ wich can be edited using the tagDiv Composer.

2. I see you have built a cloud header template and applied it. But on mobile it is empty.
Please edit the header template and check if there are any elements in it in mobile mode

When creating a cloud header template you must add elements in both desktop and mobile mode. If there are no elements for mobile, the header will be empty.

If you want you can build your own header template using the header manager from tagDiv Composer, or you can gate a header from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it.

You can use different color and hoover color and also you can build the header how you want using the Header manager -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/ you can get a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it using the tagDiv Composer with Header manager.

2. For the predefined post templates it is not possible by a theme setting. If you use cloud post templates, these can be edited with the composer, so it would be possible to set custom widths for the columns that contain the post content and sidebar

That demo uses a cloud post template for posts, so the template can be edited with the composer. That background color is set for the column from what I can see.
Please edit the template with the composer and select the column, than in the CSS tab remove/change the colors as needed – http://prntscr.com/obyeps

In the theme panel there is no setting to set a background color for the inside of the containers, like the page/post content in this case.
It can be done however with the composer. The rows containing the page content can have a background color, image or video (YouTube only) – http://prntscr.com/oby82x
The background color or image settings are available for most elements and all rows and columns in the composer.

I just downloaded and installed this theme onto wordpress. I followed all of the instructions but it will not update the composer, cloud library, or social counter. I have deleted it and reinstalled it through the newspaper theme plugin section as well as attempted to install and update from the newpaper theme one click and still nothing.

I am trying to import a template to create a landing page on my website, masteringhealthhappiness.com and am not able to get the template to import on my website.
Are you using custom template using Cloud library?
Just got with my managed hosting support and had them check all permissions. Somehow, I’m getting these messages no matter if I’m trying to update the TD Cloud Library or the TD Composer in the theme or with the child theme activated. Also, same thing if I try to auto update or manually click on “Update” in the plugin panel.
BTW, my child theme made it through the jump to the 9 series just fine. The hold up is this update from 9.7.2 to 9.7.3.

I tried to use Cloud Library but I saw that I can’t add an html block nor use the sidebar (Newspaper default)
I simply need to insert this code <? Php include (‘boxbooking.php’); ?> I can try and not use the child theme,but in which file should I enter the code to see it in all the articles?

I cannot change the ads content in the header section of the homepage.

I set the header part from the theme panel. I didn’t install it as a cloud theme. And unfortunately the editing feature does not come out for this area.
Do I have to download header template?

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. Cloud templates are included. They do no work while having mobile theme.
