The templates from tagDiv Cloud Library can be use only with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library activate, so if the website were you want to transfer those templates is a Newspaper theme then you can do this in this way:
First you need to copy the content of that template -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YyMO23usakqE -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UBI5xV0V8 now on the website were you want to set this template you’ll need to add a blank template ( in my example I copy a single post template so the blank template must be single ) -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gnfkaiCz after you import that template edit it in backed, it will look something like this ->https://www.screencast.com/t/JZYR2U135, now delete all that content and set the one that you copy -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RKzg5HXe after that you can update the template and set it on posts ( also you can change the name of template ).

So if I’m right you want the width/stretch of row, if so then the simplest way to achieve this will be to create or import a full width templates from the cloud library plugin. There is no one single button push. You have to import a post style and set it as the default post template in the theme panel post settings, then you need to import a category template that is full width and set that one as the default category template. The same for tags, author pages etc:

Both way are good, but we recommend to be made via FTP because in this way you need to remove the old theme and set the new one (always make firs a backup to the theme first).

After theme update please check the theme plugins to be updated and activate in specially tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library if you are using elements from cloud -> https://www.screencast.com/t/aNq9x55w

Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. How are you integrating the plugin with the cloud template? From what I can see that plugin seems to use shortcodes, if you use a cloud post template built with the composer enter the plugin shortcodes in a column text – http://prntscr.com/n0xmex
The shortcodes should work well if you enter them like this in the composer.
