At the moment, only 5.6 version of Visual Composer is tested with our theme. We know that the latest version of this plugin is 5.7 but at the moment, this one has not been tested with the theme and we cannot release it with our theme packet, sorry! We will include it in near future updates, sorry!

You can use cloud templates, these templates can be designed with the composer, so you can add any available element in the sidebar. Here you can see all the available cloud templates, preview and even edit them

That message will not cause any problems usually, it may appear when making changes to a page in the backend then editing it with the tagDiv composer.

Unfortunately you can not use tagDiv Cloud Library to build page templates, if you want to have the same structure on page you can build one with TagDiv Composer and when you create a new page just copy and past the content ( https://www.screencast.com/t/zkxfblzK ) in the new page, after that edit with composer and change the content.

Quite unusual, the theme will deactivate only the theme plugins, after an update. They then have to be updated and activated.
The composer and social counter should update automatically but if this fails they have to be updated manually in the theme plugins panel. So only after a theme would something like this happen.
Maybe that automatic update system triggers the theme plugins to be deactivated, if this happens when updating a random plugin and not the actual theme. I can’t say why it’s happening unfortunately.

Unfortunately, this option does not exists, sorry! If you want to make your post content to be wider, like full-width, you need to use the Cloud Template Library for that, import a Single Blank Template and customize your width using the TD Composer. I think I found out the problem here. This block – http://prntscr.com/mo2rro is hidden on mobile, check it while editing the page with the composer. Click on the block and select the mobile viewport – http://prntscr.com/mo3uzw then in the CSS tab it may be hidden

So the block will be hidden on mobile, and the column on the right will take it’s place.

Lower in the page you have a block that is hidden on desktop – http://prntscr.com/mo3wys
This is displayed on mobile. Please check all the blocks in the page in all devices

This issue is caused by a combination of hidden blocks. Best to make them all display and redo your settings based on how you want the page to look.

@jackfischlum, @Truelifefitness you simply download the latest theme packet because this one will come bundled with the latest version of Visual Composer (the latest tested version with the theme). If you would read the above guide you will see that mention, sorry!

So you meant the tagDiv composer. First please check the theme requirements guide carefully

Insufficient resources can cause problems. Be sure to edit with the tagDiv composer only pages that were built with it, or empty pages.
Note the code provided at the end of the guide, enter it in the htaccess file.

If the problem remains, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can check it. Also cPanel so we can check the server settings. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Indeed, the empty page template has been removed, now you can remove the header per page, using the header manager. An option will be added for the footer. If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip

Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example

Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled

Editing the revolution slider blank template with the composer will cause problems. That would be useful if you wish to display only a slider provided by the plugin, by entering it’s shortcode in the page content, in the backend – http://prntscr.com/mo18vk
