Hi,
Update the TD Composer.
If you already update, then please delete the TD Composer from theme and install it again.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your understanding.
How can I reach “Single Related Posts” if I can display TD composer only for HomePage and Pages?
I just updated the theme to the latest version, and then activated the TagDiv Composer plugin which was deactivated for some reason after the update. But the site doesn’t load at all after that!
It works absolutely fine if I deactivate the TagDiv Composer plugin and loads perfectly, but doesn’t load when the plugin is activated. I need the plugin as all the pages, along with the homepage, looks like a total mess without it. Can you please help me solve this issue?
Hi,
Please see this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-doesnt-have-a-scroll-bar-after-the-update/
Here the version of Plugin composer Version 2.3 | built on 12.10.2018 9:30
Hi,
After updated to 9.1 (download theme package when use FTP to install). I can not activate the plugin like Composer, cloud library.
It all show: The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper:
I got this issue before, I know how to fix it, but it not successful. Here what I tried:
– Deleting plugins then install again via FTP, I use the latest one in theme package 9.1 > still got this message
– Deleting plugins then install directly from Newspaper panel on Backend website.
– Tries backup to my old theme version 8.xxx and install the plugin on theme package >> still got this issue
So what I thought
– The downloaded theme on ThemeForest is not 9.1
– or The plugin on theme package is not used for 9.1 or not update lastest one.
Whenever I want to edit a page with TD Composer, I get an error, saying “This page isn’t working, domain.com didn’t send any data.”
Need this resolved asap so please help 🙂
After updating the theme, the Tag Div Composer scroll button is gone and I’m not able to access all the settings.

If anyone had similar issues like mine and updated to 9.1, this is the response I received from support:
If you are referring to pages set as post page in the WordPress settings, after the latest theme update these pages cannot be edited with the tagDiv composer after they are set.
This was done because the page set as posts page will not be used by the theme so it will have no purpose to set it.. The homepage setting will work fine – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
You can create as many pages as needed to display your posts, with the tagDiv composer.
Hello Calin
Thanks for helping me.
The issue was solved after I updated the TD Composer.
Thank you
Hi,
I use “block header 4” for some of my widget title as well as on some block section on my homepage. After I updated it to the theme latest version, I notice the title font color which supposedly to be white changed to black color. I tried to change it on the tag div composer (for my homepage) however, it still shows the title color in black although I have changed it to white.
Any advice what has gone wrong?
Thank you

Is there something i could do? Thank you, Fabio
The problem is that when I update the theme I can no longer access the WordPress panel. With this, I also can not enable the Composer plugin.
Memory problem, it’s not. I had checked.
Is there any way for you to check my website to find out the problem?
I have created a page using Tagdiv composer. In the page, I have used some shortcodes in text block as shown in the screenshot. (link: https://ibb.co/gCvLd0 )
Since I use the Mobile plugin, To add the contents in the mobile editor, I have opened the page in the default WordPress editor. All the shortcodes included are not shortcodes anymore. I have seen their HTML outputs in the editor. Check this Screenshot ( https://ibb.co/i7tTWL ).
When the save the page in the editor, the page no longer loads properly. The HTML outputs are having layout issues. Again when the page is opened in the tagdiv editor the result changes as shown in this screenshot ( https://ibb.co/kJgCQf ). There are no shortcodes in the tagdiv editor) This creates some layout issues in the newsletter subscription form that I insert using the shortcode. The expected result of the shortcode should resemble the following Screenshot ( https://ibb.co/huuMJ0 ). Kindly fix this issue as adding the content to the mobile editor is mandatory for me.
Udpate 2: i googled, and found it could be error because of theme or plugin. I changed the name of the td composer pluigin via ftp, and wordpress admin panel showed up.
But the site structure is all messed up.
Update. I tried to update to the td composer plugin via theme panel. Now the site is showing up, but when i try to access wordpress admin, it give a blank page.
Hi,
Please make an update and active the TD Composer.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
Each theme version works with the composer version provided with it. The composer will try to update itself, but if this fails it will remain deactivated.
There will be a message mentioning if the plugins were deactivated and that you should update them
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1EFP3tx1nE
In that case you have to update it manually (by update button) in the theme plugins panel, like this example for some plugins that were deactivated
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8jMMCjOg7y1W
@Jair Prandi In some cases login issues (I believe you get a 500 error) were solved by increasing the WP memory to a higher value. For most users a 256M value would be enough

@Sydney Archdiocese If you would create a new topic and mention the problems you are facing in detail, it would be very helpful. Also we will be able to help you in that case.
If shortcodes are displayed in pages, please check if the tagDiv composer plugin is active after the update.
Thanks

not work
New error after updating to 9.1 is “TD Composer is disabled on Posts Page.” Not sure if this means development is working on an update since it seems many people are having issues, but I think I can work around it in the mean time.
Hello,
I just updated to Newspaper 9.1 (using WordPress 4.9.8). When I attempt to edit a page with tagDiv Composer I receive a 520 Error. All system status elements are green. See screen cap (https://i.postimg.cc/pL0kqGdj/systemstatus.png).
I had previously added the script to my htaccess file by tagDiv support:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Currently I cannot access the tagDiv composer plugin and update the site. Please advise how to fix. Thanks
