Then , clear cache and reset cdn files again to ensure the settings apply. If you still cannot get them to display, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it. First of all i am glad to integrate this theme on my website. Its really very beautiful.
But unfortunately i have stacked some where.
1. How to change social counter from sidebar. which is by default is there. And second i have add using widget.
So how can i manage.
2. I want to show latest or particular post on slider.
3. Visual composer is not working when i active this it says i have not valid license.
Please look my concern and resolve ASAP.

Please disable all your plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Your problem is specific to the layer slider plugin that seems to conflict with visual composer but remove all of them first to see if VC works fine on it’s own, then identify the plugin that causes the issue.

I saw and your e-mail and my advice is the same for your both requests and is the following -> please try to disable all the active plugins, because I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please consult your hosting provider and check if your server is right installed and if it has the right version of PHP installed. Also, please consult our list of requirements in order to achieve the good result, here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ If your problem is still there about these changes, please try to reinstall your WordPress and then you should try to make a fresh install. We recommend you doing a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme again and install it directly and see if your fonts work. Also, please try to consult your hosting provider and check to not being some errors caused by the server.

Hello Alan,
The new product license was added by visual composer in their latest version. It’s not added by us. You can simply ignore the message as you cannot activate the plugin as it’s a free version bundled with the theme.
If you still can’t get visual composer to work, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login to your website and take a look (we will need admin rights). Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you!

Visual Composer dos not have a similar option for galleries as jetpack, so if you want to create titled galleries I assume that using the plugin would be a good way to achieve that.

I have checked your website and I did not saw any problems with your logo. If your problem reappears, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It could be an error caused by your untested plugins which might interfere with the theme.

When I attempt to load a predefined Newspaper page template using Visual Composer the template will not load and I get this error message:

Newspaper works perfectly, and I am very happy with it.
The only problem is Visual Composer.

How does VC check it is an authorized installation?
I think it must be related to that.
As a test, it is running on a dev. subdomain. The live site is running in the document root.
The problem is there are no error messages and I don’t see a way to debug what it is doing.
– Also, I have a question –
– why, when this is licenses to Newspaper, does this v 6.7 have a “Product License” menu item (6.5 did not)

Thanks for the reply. I just did what you said, I disabled all the plugins, activated only Visual Composer and cleared all cache on the website, but the issue still occurs. 🙁

We recommend you to using our tested version of Visual Composer 4.11 because this is tested with the theme and works well. Hi, Thanks for the info, just one question regarding the update: Is it also possible only to overwrite the files from patch_6.6.5_6.7 Folder? Because I had to change some of the files from the Theme Folder and dont want to overwrite everything. Afterwards I would update the Visual Composer ofcourse. Thanks!

I have checked your website and I have noticed that you have not the featured video set it from theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/wDrk14VdzE Please ensure that you have set it your desired video as Featured video and also make sure that your theme is not influenced by some untested plugins which can cause some errors in the theme. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Unfortunately the grids from visual composer still need a bit of work done for them to properly display the posts. Even on a default theme , the grid does not change animation. It keeps the same animation no matter the settings. We will have to wait for them to fix the issues in a future update.

I know this seems like a Visual Composer default setting, but I wanted to ask anyway in case someone has the same need. There is a default pop-in animation of the Post Grid / Grid Builder of Visual Composer, and I cant find any help also on VC Forums how to disable this animation. Any ideas? Thanks!

That is the only option available that lets you control the post number. Maybe you have cache on your website and/or cdn. Please clear your cache and reset cdn files if you use it after you change settings to see if they apply.
If they still do not apply, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer as there might be a plugin conflict that interferes with this setting.
