1) Please check your homepage again and recreate it in visual composer. If you have a row inside of another row, please remove them as these situations can cause errors. Please use a default layout to see if the issue is still there.
2)You can use this custom css code in the theme panel->custom css box:

I’ve checked your site and I saw that you use and old version of Newsmag (1.5). First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. You should update to your Visual Composer to ultimate version (4.8.1). After this changes, if your problem is still there, please try to update your theme to ultimate version (2.3.2).

Before to update, please backup the whole current theme installation as well as the database and wp install: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

After this, you can use the ftp method from theme’s update guide to uploading theme’s files and remove the previous theme files before uploading the most recent ones then test this again and let us know how it goes.

The news ticker is a visual composer element and can be added on every post and page. You can activate visual composer for posts from here: http://screencast.com/t/izeKjg9rJgy The settings may look different if you have an older version of visual composer but check the plugin settings to activate it on posts. Then you can add the news ticker using the back end.

The new version of our theme did not change anything other than the social counter in the 6.6.1 version. The files were not changed and new features were not added. We just fixed our counter due to facebook changes. You can try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and your snippets plugin to rule out other plugin conflicts.

Are you by any chance using the photon feature? or maybe the update activated it. This feature of jetpack is known to cause errors with our theme so please disable it.
If the photon feature is disabled and the problem is still there, you can try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and jetpack and clear your cache (and cdn if you use it) to rule out a plugin conflict.

Another thing you can try is dissable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache and cdn if you use it in order to rule out a plugin conflict.

In order to have this option you will need to update your theme to the latest version. The option was introduced in version 6.6 of our theme. First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. I saw that you have a big list of plugins and some of those are not tested with our theme and might produce conflicts.

Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files if you use it in order to rule out a plugin conflict. Also if you have any custom css modifications, make sure they do not affect the search widget and check to see if all tags are closed correctly. This problem can easily be fixed with css as it has an absolute positioning. you can add this code to re-position it if you want:
.header-search-wrap .td-drop-down-search{
left: 680px;
}
But finding the root of the problem is more important than coming up with a workaround.

This looks like a plugin conflict. Did you by any chance activate the photon feature of jetpack? This feature is known to cause issues with our theme and we advice to disable it. If it’s not the photon option, please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files if you use it. Then check your images again.

Please make sure the grid has posts to display. If you selected a category for the grid that has no posts to display, the grid will not show up at all. It needs posts so please check the grid settings.
If this is not the case then you can try to disable all plugins except visual composer to rule out a plugin conflict.
