Also, if you have a standard Prebuilt Website you need to add the logo in Theme Panel -> Header -> Logo and Favicon (you need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin activate ), but if you have a Pro Prebuilt Website then you need to add the logo with tagDiv Composer like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/

Unfortunately, this means that all the pages have to be redesigned.
But I don’t know exactly if it is the best solution, but you could have two websites, one to be rebuilt with tagDiv Composer, and set redirect links on the other website where the pages made with WPBakery.

I disabled and deleted all tagDiv plugins and re-installed them. Looks like tagDiv Cloud Library causes the issue.
This error appears on front end only if I logged in in WP admin. If I logged out – all looks well.

Yes of course. So the problem was coming from the mega menu of the header. The mega menu was generating h3 tags even when it’s on ‘No preloading’.
For the solution, it depends whether a person want to change the title tag from the tagdiv composer from default – h3 to another tag. For me, I kept it like it was on default (https://i.ibb.co/dL3sXVr/Mega-menu.png).

Hi caker15, so if the problem has stopped once that the comment section was removed I think that it is because you do not have a login element, this add a JavaScript that it is needed.
For this please edit your website with tagDiv Composer and add the “header login” element and in case that you do not want it to be display, then just hide it -> https://i.imgur.com/wABQISu.png after that you should be able to use the comments section without problems.

Unfortunately, there is no option to tell you which pages were created with WPBakery and which with tagDiv Composer.
Also, you can uninstall the tagDiv Standard Pack, but please make sure you don’t use elements from this plugin (for example Block 1-25, Big Grid, Big Grid full) you can adjust the Flex Blocks and Big grid Flex blocks like you want like the other blocks from the standard pack, but they also have more settings than the other blocks.https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/big-grid-flex-settings/

The mobile page template can be created in a few way, for pages it can be done like this -> https://i.imgur.com/XMmuiXu.png and for cloud templates like this -> https://i.imgur.com/AoF0mUg.png but you can also create a mobile page template from composer -> https://i.imgur.com/GLbGUDF.png this can be done for both cloud and page.

Hi RSP, depends if the changes were made in the theme or plugins files and not in a child theme, then yes, those changes will be lost when you’ll update the theme. If the changes were made using tagDiv Composer or adding css in the theme panel without modifying the theme or plugins files then there should be no problems.
Also before making the theme update, please make sure that you have a full backup for your website and database, and only after that update the theme. I recommend to make the update via FTP/cPanel this is the only method that guaranteed that the widgets will not be removed from sidebars -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ (method B. For cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads.

Please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
