If you have shortcodes on the pages/posts please make you have tagDiv plugins activate (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Standard Pack, tagDiv Newsletter).

Please edit the page with TagDiv Composer and please check the element’s settings. It could be an offset or a filter which causes the problem. Let the offset field empty with no space, no value.

Try to do these steps:

1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

If you have Mobile Theme plugin installed and active, then you will find only some settings (Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme). And you can not change it so much because it has its own template.

Please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin activated, also clear your cache, from the last update, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
You can use a header template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
