I’m trying to edit category template, but tagdiv composer does not working. All templates except Home not working.
Error: Errors at columns elements: 5(models) : 6(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I’ve read all your topics about this error, but no solution works.
I have to finish this site in two days and I can’t lose my time in this problems.

I cannot do that with TagDiv Composer. Because the TagDiv Composer is not allowing me to edit with it. All other templates can be edited comfortably with TagDiv composer but not the footer. The only option left is creating a new footer. Is the problem occurring for everyone or I am the only one who is having the issue? Can you please help me with this? Thanks.

TagDiv Composer is not working on my NewsPaper theme v8.8 even i deactivate the all plugins accept tagdiv composer and i also delete the plugin and reinstall but the issue is same when i click on TD composer for the editing of my theme home page only browsing circle is running and nothing more. please guide me how can i fix this issue

This wouldn’t work for me because I am updating our live website with more than 2000 articles. So I need to add a custom size and then run thumbail regen to fix this. Can you point me in the right direction where to edit the theme files so my new image size shows up in the composer?

If you use a cloud/PRO header template, then please try to add an element called “Ad box” in your header zone when you edit the page with TagDiv Composer and write your code there: https://www.screencast.com/t/JHLCTBhWp

A solution for this could be to upload an image with 1000 X 667 sizes and set up in composer settings full size for that picture and will display with exactly sizes you want.

Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.

I checked your website and it seems you use a default header template.
Only if you will use a cloud/PRO header template, then you can achieve that by editing with TagDiv Composer plugin the homepage, click on header zone and apply this setting: https://www.screencast.com/t/hnRDpKeeZahW

Please verify if you have installed WPBakery plugin and please deactivate it.
Do not use both page builders on the same page.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer.

I have a problem with the header main menu: the categories (in the image, all but the last one (sports)) don’t work. The pages does work.
When I am in the Composer TagDiv, they do work, they are displayed and everything is normal (I add image). But then on the page they stop working. Does not react to the cursor.
So far everything was going well, I don’t know what could have happened.

After activating the Yoast SEO plugin, the article pages are white screen.
/category pages are also white screen.
I disabled all plugins, the problem persists. After the Yoast SEO plugin is deactivated, the pages become normal again.

I’ve edited theme using TagDiv Composer and CloudStyle. Everything works except one thing: I missing disqus theme panel. On typical post I have it:

How can I fix it?
And one more oddity, I downloaded the footer from the cloud template, but there is no possibility of changing it using the TD Composer – http://prntscr.com/z3qs4m

New (simpler) scenario:
I’m now testing with NewsMag 4.9.6 (parent theme instead of my child theme).
I’ve deactivated all the plugins except tagDiv Composer (and tagDiv Social Counter
because at NewsMag > Welcome it warned me that I needed this one too).
I’ve reinstalled WordPress 5.6.1 just to make sure I’m not having any issue with WP.
Then I opened this Post:
It had a Feature Image:

… but since it had a Caption text, it didn’t get displayed in our Home:

So I removed the Caption (but kept the Title and Alt text because we need to be able to search for the images in the future).
I was able to save the Post but this is how it’s displayed now on the Home:

When I open my code I see that the SRC is empty, look:

In your screenshot is the Mobile Theme plugin. And yes, you can deactivate the Mobile Theme option only on certain pages.
If you want to remove the mobile theme plugin but still have the same appearance you will have to use the Mobile Editor and create mobile templates that can be edited using tagDiv Composer. I deactivated and deleted tagDiv Composer and then installed back from Newsmag > plugins, cleared my cache but the issue is still here.

Unfortunately this can be seen only in tagDiv Composer, on website will be display a blank space. Also this can be implemented only with custom code in theme files.

If I remember correctly, there should be no problems with the captions on featured image on Newsmag v4.9.6
Please make a test, disable and deleted tagDiv Composer, then reinstall it from Newsmag > plugins, clear all cache and check to see if the problem with caption still persist.
Before Newsmag v4.9.6 there were some problems with the images that had caption, and those couldn’t be set as featured images, as result the Featured Image didn’t get saved in the post.
Unfortunately I do not know what plugin to recommend fore featured image, our theme was made different, to can display a different image as thumb, that is way you have the option for add a featured image.
If you want, you can teste some of those plugins, for example here are the most recommended https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/14-best-featured-images-plugin-and-tools-for-wordpress/

Hi,
I used tagDiv composer to design a page with a specific block design to display posts from a specific category. However, when there are no records found, I would like to display – “NO RECORDS FOUND”. Right now it is a blank when there are no records.
How can I do this? If there some conditional IF statement that will allow me to display a message when there are no posts to be displayed?

If you edit a post with TagDiv Composer, it will change the post template for all posts which share that template.
