Hi,
Something broke after I disabled the footer on my site and the width of the content area became 1164px – http://prntscr.com/z0bigm
But before that, it was 100% by default – http://prntscr.com/z0bqv9 – just the way I need it.
What could I break and where can I fix it in the composer so that the default width is 100%?
My site – https://paratem.ru/
Option with css style – .td-boxed-layout .td-container-wrap { width: 100%; } – not suitable, because when the page loads, the 1164px wide area is visible, and then expands after loading the styles.
Using the current version of the plugin and all other plugins are updated.
The, I have deactivated all plugins and reloaded one by one, with no issue until td composer is activated, then no files in media library.
Thank you
Hello!
If you use Mobile Theme, then you can select the menu from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header -> Main menu: https://www.screencast.com/t/ONC7lvY5s0OY
Else if you don’t have Mobile Theme and an old style of header, then you need to select the menu from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Header -> Main menu.
Else If you have a cloud/PRO header template, then you need to edit the page with TagDiv Composer plugin and access Website Manager -> Mobile menu. Select the mobile menu element and choose your menu from there.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
When you edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click/add on social icons and fill the empty fields from settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/wbbkHqnw
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
In our theme we have a setting when you edit the post template with TagDiv Composer. You need to disable that setting like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/JaSHpq10Y

Hello,
Please disable the option the Auto Loading on the Sigle Post Template with tagDiv Composer -> Show site wide settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/A9nO0Vy1 and check if the problem persists.
Thank you!

When i open the homepage (which has the wrong type of footer) and go into tagdiv composer and website manager i can only see the global template or no footer options. The post pages (which has the footer i want) doesn’t allow me to use tagdiv composer.
Is there a way i can use the footer that appears on my posts on my homepage and other non post pages?
Thanks
TS
Hello!
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
For this error you can check our guide also from here at point 5: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.
Thank you!
Hello,
Currently using 10.3.9.1 of the theme with all necessary plugins activated and updated. It seems like the issue is with the td composer plugin. When its deactivated you can see the files in the media library, but of course it breaks the website.
Can the plugin be updated somehow? Or does there need to be a completely new install?
Thanks,
Hello!
1. You can edit the page with TagDiv Composer plugin and delete one of them by selecting the element and click on delete basket or drag and drop the element at the bottom of the page in the red area. For more information about how to use this plugin, check our guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
2. In our theme we have a setting when you edit the post template with TagDiv Composer. You need to disable that setting like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/JaSHpq10Y
3. Unfortunately, the team member does not have an option to set a link for the image used. If you want to set a link to lead to a URL, you could create a HTML link in the description text: https://www.screencast.com/t/bNi46YVg
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check the footer option selected in Website Manager when you edit a page with TagDiv Composer. Select the global template for all website pages, then the footer will display the same on whole website.
If you have Mobile Theme, then you can not select the footer you want on posts.
Thank you!
Also, I don’t get the Edit with TagDiv Composer option on these sidebar widgets (https://snipboard.io/XyYvSp.jpg) as they are added from Widgets section of Appearance section.
Hello !
What you need to do is to edit your page using tagDiv Composer as you can see here:https://i.imgur.com/s9BMRAd.png You will need to create it from scratch. Add elements and all the text inside Column Text elements.
I hope this helps !
Thank you !
Hello!
Could be possible from that demo because it has a lot of objects added by TagDiv Composer plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can add an element with TagDiv Composer plugin called “Flex block” and you can filter the posts by writing there the ID of the category which you want to include and you can write -ID for the one you want to exclude.
Please check this screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/UbXegeIBXEg
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exclude by their slug.
Thank you!

If you have a Prebuilt Website Pro you need to change the social counter style, with tagDiv Composer select the social counter and it can be done like this -> https://i.imgur.com/qOE6puJ.jpg you can check our guide for Social counter styles => https://forum.tagdiv.com/social-counter-styles-on-newspaper/

Style 2: td-social-font-icons td-social-style2
Style 3: td-social-colored td-social-style3
Style 4: td-social-colored td-social-style4
Style 5: td-social-boxed td-social-colored td-social-style5
Style 6: td-social-boxed td-social-colored td-social-style6
Style 7: td-social-boxed td-social-style7

Hello Support!
I facing this type errors. Please tell me how can resolve this issue ?
Hello !
Now you can use tagDiv Composer to edit some parts or translate items by going into Theme panel – Translations.
Send us a screenshot of your system status and we will see which solution is the best.
Thank you !
Greetings,
I would like to ask for your help regarding a conflict we are troublehshooting between CookiePro (our GDPR plugin) and Theme’s menu. The website mentioned is http://www.secnews.gr (Actually the plugin is now deactivated as the top menu becomes totally unresponsive, so you will not be able to replicate the issue right now). CookiePro has an autoblock feature which deactivates certain functionality until the user provides consent for cookies.
After investigating we have concluded to the following:
In the tagdiv script, which controls the menu (http://www.secnews.gr/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js?ver=10.3.7) the initialization isn’t run when autoblock is running.
See below the breakpoint doesn’t run when autoblock runs.
But we also don’t see anything related to jQuery or tagdiv that is getting blocked by autoblocking, only seems to be Google Ads stuff that’s getting blocked with autoblock.
We would like to have more insight on how the script works for initializing the menu? We need more information on this to further troubleshoot.
Hi juha,
On Newsmag tagDiv Composer can be use only for pages because is a page builder, there is no option to edit the posts.
Also if this is not display in your page content, please make sure that you use the last version, Newsmag 4.9.6, disable and delete tagDiv Composer and reinstall it from Newsmag > plugins, this should bring back the button for pages.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just tested, and that problem doesn’t appear.
Please deactivate and delete the tagDiv Composer and re-install it from Newspaper plugins.
Also, make sure you have updated according to our guide => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and that the files have been replaced correctly, not overwritten.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @AasifGanaie,
Because you have a Prebuilt Website Pro, the changes from the Theme Panel for fonts will not apply, to change the font on widgets you can edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block/widget and in Style, you can change the font => https://www.screencast.com/t/sUE7ug4UIAR5
To add the last update you can use the “Single Post Modified Date” change the additional text and you can enable time ago to display how many hours it has been changed => https://www.screencast.com/t/ruU4XSeyne
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
In tagDiv editor, the multiple color option is not coming for Title background color, Title text color, and other colors.
