Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.

In Default Header Style 1, how can you edit the search icon using TagDiv Composer?
It can only be edited while using any cloud templates, but I am not using any cloud templates.
Kindly tell me how can I do this in Header Style 1?

Please make sure that mbstring -> https://i.imgur.com/FlKWoNs.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ is enable and also you have the google fonts enable in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/uE4dtWg.png, in this way the Cyrillic Letters should display.
Also the header that you use it can be edited using tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/DtPM0XK.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ilSet03.png -> https://i.imgur.com/AZ6UulU.jpg

1. Please see update above:The menus are set correctly.
2. Thankyou, changing the background of the mobile menu worked.
3. The hero section is the main photo of the girl with the flower and sunglasses. In the mobile page, the composer shows more of the image than when I view the page on my phone – on my phone, the image is cut off too short.

I have experimented extensively with this problem and I’ve narrowed it done to a couple of issues. 1. If the page is large it can just time out with your server. 2. If you want to edit with TD Composer and then use Gutenberg to edit the code or SEO it can cause major problems. Solution 1. is mentioned above–switch to the classic editor and it should open eventually. Solution 2. is easier and always works but not best-practices. If for whatever reason you just can’t get Gutenberg to open after editing in TD Composer you can copy the affected page which gives you an instant, clean look at the Gutenberg page. Make the changes you need to the duplicate page and delete your original page. At this point make sure the perma URL matches up and that’s it. You should now be able to edit your page in both Gutenberg and TD Composer.

This is a dev issue and will need to be addressed in a future update. I understand that TagDiv can’t be compatible with every page builder, but page compatibility with Gutenberg is pretty important.

I posted a topic about this right know, but I can contribute with a fresh relevant excperience here.
It seems to be a problem with the WooCommerce plugin, if you use that. I deactivated WooCommerce, and then the TD Composer worked fine. I think this is something you really need to fix ASAP. Without WooCommerce, I will not have any income… Maybe it’s the same for others, also.
Update: It seems to be a problem with the WooCommerce plugin. I deactivated that plugin, and then the TD Composer worked completely fine (not Live CSS though). This is something you really need to fix ASAP. Without WooCommerce, I will not have any income… So I simply cannot delete that plugin.

Hi, when I try to edit a post with elementor I see the message: “The preview could not be loaded. error 403”
I tried to disable all plugins and then activate it one each time.
I noticed that the plugin that generate the error is tagdiv composer.

I have seen different topics of struggling with TD Composer. When I should edit the page with this feature, it just stops with a white page – not loading at all. I also experience that the Live CSS doesn’t update at all, and I have a feeling that the cause of this error is the same.
I have seen the advices on the other topics, but that doesn’t work for me. I really hope it is a solution for this. Both WP and the Newsmag theme is updated to the most recent version. Still problems…
ok money wasted, i hadn’t read that it only works with visual composer.
I installed visual composer and the pages of the site no longer worked so I put everything back as it was and installed this other one which works with short code.
But I can’t get it to look like your block completely.

I tried to read through all the topics and replies on this subject. I have been using Newspaper theme for years and is my go-to on my 14-year-old well-established site.
I just spent over 2 hours deactivating, re-activating all my plugins and testing tagDiv Composer after each step to see which one was slowing my site down and causing havoc with tagDiv composer, guess what? woocommerce did it again!
I have finely dumped Woocommerce and installed Ecwid to create my store. No muss, no fuss.
I really wish those creators could get together and figure out the issues with each of their plugins. Stop posting theories or work around here and then post that the ISSUE SOLVED

the wp-json/td-composer/get_image_id call fail also
i don’t no if those 2 errors are the cause.

UPDATE:
issue solved. The problem was the Woocommerce plugin. After cleaning the cache and reverting to the previous version, tagdiv composer is back to working.
No trial available, I buy it.

I already tried to deactivate all the plugins, but this did not solve the issue.
I also cancelled Composer, Standard Pack, Library and cleared cache (Hummingbird pro by WPMUDEV in use).
I am not sure about this, but it might be possible that the issue rised with the update to 10.3.7.
This is issue can be observed on 2 out of 3 site where I have Newspaper installed:
1) osdife.org ->not working (hosted by OVH)
2) studiolaquilone.it ->not working (hosted by Ionos)
3) ilcaffegeopolitico.net ->working (hosted by WPMUDEV)
I did several checks to understand issues reported by browser inspection panel, and so far I can see that the problem should be with td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/td_wp_admin.min.js, but unfortunately I have no technical know how to go in deth.
I would kindly ask for your support as, above all on osdife.org, I cannot publish the new website if I do not fix this.
