When I click on edit with TD Composer, the page keeps loading. So I can’t edit my website I can only post new articles

It removes the header and footer but when I save the page and view it, header and footer are back.

If these errors appear only when tagDiv Composer is enable, is possible to be something internal, as I can see in your screens our builder can not find some code for @tdb-modal and #tdb-modal-website-manager, these elements are cloud elements from tagDiv Cloud Library, we’ll make some more investigations via email.

“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases, that just notice that the last time that page/cloud template was not saved using tagDiv Composer. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
When this message appear “ERROR: Errors at columns elements: 1(models): 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, next time when you try to edit it you’ll get that error.

I am trying to place the AMP adsense custom ad code in the Ad Box Phone viewport using TagDiv Composer but this changes the code for desktop viewport also and vice versa.
I also tried copy pasting the AMP script in AMP ad section of Mobile theme in the theme panel but that has not helped, (which then I deleted).
The main big banner ad under the menu does not appear on mobile phone for any posts, pages or homepage (under the slide).
I could not find any documentatation for the same.

If you use this module https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/single/page/Sections/1148 you can display in those flex blocks posts from your website, posts that can be filter by categories.

We have tested this on our end and everything is working fine with the latest woocoommerce. You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict but this might be 2 or more plugins which conflict with woocommerce and affect tagdiv composer. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

This “contains unsupported shortcodes” is referring to shortcodes from untested plugins, is possible that some for the shortcodes that you set with tagDiv Composer to create this problem, normal the problem appear only after you save the page and you try to edit it again. The only fix for this is to revert the page to an old revision when that code was not set.
Hope that you can understand my explication, if not, let me know and I will try a better one.

I just made some tests and for me on Firefox is displaying the scroll bar -> https://i.imgur.com/NBXk7zP.jpg please try with other browsers like Opera, Chrome or if you have a mouse with scroll you can use it to scroll in tagDiv Composer.

Hi when I try to edit the home page through the TD Composer it just doesn’t load and I get a blank screen, I just updated the theme, and now I can not edit, all plugins have also been updated. Can you please assist at all? Anyone have any suggestions on how I can edit.
I want different banners for different categories. Not only on main category page, but on all posts belonging to category. How to do that in Newspaper? I do not mean editing with Composer, because that concern Front page only.
That could potentially work for though of course media library references could differ. I am slightly concerned as when I edit new the template that received that paste (copied from template of same type) that I receive the following warning:

I am concerned that even if the template displays correctly on live that it may not be possible to edit this template in future. This would mean that when live is imaged to other environments (in future iterations) that the template will be fubar.

It appears the latest Woo Commerce updates may disable the ability to edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer.
Once I deactivate Woo Commerce, I can edit homepage with TagDiv Composer as usual.
WooCommerce gets reactivated once edits are complete.
Can you explain what it means by “contains unsupported shortcodes” by the guide? I build the entire front page with TD composer and am not adding anything else into it. When my page becomes big, it will always throw error and glitches my page
I am trying to find the root cause. I don’t think undoing it will fix it and I don’t want to rebuild my page again and again and not able to fix the problem.

I have TD Composer for my WordPress website. For the last few weeks, every time I have tried to use it to edit the front page of my website, the result has been an endless loading screen. I don’t know how to fix this problem, so if anyone has a solution I am open to it.
I have scroll bars Always selected in my system preferences and can scroll through my website; however, when I switch to tagdiv composer, the scroll bars disappear and I can no longer navigate to the bottom of my page, which is where I need to edit.
Hi Miroslav Glavić, unfortunately for the moment the social count for Instagram is still not working, our developers need to find another method to get access to it, unfortunately you’ll need to use the fix count option.
Now the problem with Facebook & Youtube, these should work, but first, please try this: disable tagDiv Composer, delete it and re-install it from Newspaper> plugins, in this way you’ll have the last version with more fix (this plugin was update after theme update), after that clear all cache and check again with Facebook id, this should work. Now for Youtube you need to make sure that your api key is still working, to be sure of this, please make a new one and replace the one that you have in theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ after that clear the cache and check the results!

Normal the featured image set on post it will be display on all blocks and inside the template, but if you want to have a different image inside the post, you can do it by removing the featured image (if you are using standard post templates, then set the style 5 or 12), if is a pro demo, you have cloud templates and you can edit them using tagdiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/VKx336G.jpg then use the right click to remove it -> https://i.imgur.com/L1ec92J.jpg then all you need to do is to set at the start of post an image and this will be display first in post content.

You can do that by editing the category template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/QkUtuK0.png add Big grid flex 5 -> https://i.imgur.com/OAXdy70.jpg and in filter tab set the category – current category -> https://i.imgur.com/jow4DAK.jpg also you can use the right click to remove the other element that you have now.

1. If you are using a pro demo that was just installed, then you can disable the standard pack without problems. Pro demos contain only elements from tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library.
2. Unfortunately in tagDiv Cloud library the standard blocs do no longer has the same “name”, for example this one is is related to block 11 -> https://i.imgur.com/MMDDXxX.png and a similar block for 22 are those -> https://i.imgur.com/AcyRTDg.png also those flex blocks can be edited using tagDiv composer and has a lot of options.
3. On that list are the elements that can be use when tagDiv Standard pack is enable, if you disable the plugin these will no longer be available, but most of theme can be replace using tagdiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, not all but most of them.
4. If you want to build a site with out standard pack the simple way is to disable the plugin from start and use the elements that remains, but if you want to change an old website with standard pack in cloud templates (pro) it will be some work to do to make it the same.
5. The objective is to can edit the entire website using the frontend editor, there will still be some settings that need to be done from theme panel, but in this way you’ll be able to do almost anything, just select the element and edit it how you want.
6.
