I have created a footer via cloud template for my home page and applied it throughout the site. When I open any post via cloud template in TagDiv Composer on my desktop and check the mobile view I can see the cloud template footer in the view. However when I open any actual PUBLISHED post on desktop or mobile phone I cannot see the cloud template footer created by me. The same cannot be seen in AMP view also. In AMP view and on mobile I can see the old footer put through the theme panel on mobile theme. I tried hiding this from the theme panel then the full footer area disappears. Again if I edit the same post in TagDiv composer I can again see the cloud template footer created by me. https://facesoman.com/

Ok…if that so.
First experience a bit exhausting using TD Composer, realtime changes don’t work properly, endless loading, same thing when you click save.
note: I have also disabled some plugins that might affect the performance of TD composer.

Dear Calin, I have chosen a plugin now. The code from the first post works perfectly with the standard-pack, but as soon as I disable it, the schema markup isn’t shown anymore. It seems that the header from the composer isn’t used… How this could be?

Please, i m telling you that the menu is NOT WORKING in MOBILE VERSION. Thats not a design question is about usabillity.
It used to work as the design that Tag Div composer shows https://prnt.sc/rs601t
Actually, when you clic in my website at first it shows you that version (pink with the discover menu) but when you try to clic in any option all the design change and it could not be used (the menu) anymore.
Please, could you check why is doing that and why is not working as it used to be in mobil a few days ago.
This is serious, please, so take your time to find up whats is happening to my theme in the mobil version and why the menu is not working there.
I cant spend all the weekend with this error, i need my mobile version of my blog working as it used to work!

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel or editing a page with tagDiv Composer, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error, if you have these errors, you will have to contact your host and let them know that your admin-ajax.php is blocked either by firewall or the security settings.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

You can use the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog

In order to edit a tagDiv Composer footer you can use the website manager: https://www.screencast.com/t/EqDe3AI3. After selecting the footer you will have to scroll down and you will be able to see the footer.

I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!

Yes, you have all the cloud templates, but you need to access them from here -> https://i.imgur.com/1k7tjcu.png as I can see in your screenshots you access them from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/iyoBSE2.png in this way you’ll access only the cloud elements from the section you are.
