Hi, I have one site that has malware placed into this position:
“<style id=”tdw-css-placeholder”></style>”malware js code here“</head>”
Any ideas how to locate where it is coming from? Tried look everywhere, but can not locate the source where it is.
Hello @westropMEF !
Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/authors-box-css-to-remove-posts-and-comments-counts/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello @lintas17!
I’ve tested it on my end and this feature should work well with text and icon separator.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.
You can also experiment with custom CSS code: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/, but the theme function should work fine if nothing is interfering.
Thank you!
The titles of the posts are in capital letters, would it be possible with css to change it? I use newspaper 11.5.1
I could verify that the default theme has upper and lower case letters, but I use Prebuilt Websites Today News
Sorry for the translation because I don’t speak English and I use google translator
How to make the tag list by popularity has # icon appear?
When I use tag list by alphabetically the icon # appear.
For example:
#newsite
#US
#Australia etc.
But this icon (#) does not work for tag list by popularity. The tag list appear plainly, like:
newsite
US
Australia.
Any CSS code to add or?
Hi, i had website developed on local from flywheel. It had subscription via tagDiv Opt-In Builder. But after migrating to live it did something to tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin. Instead components all i can see is CSS code. I have tried to reinstall plugin but after activation it shows this log. https://ibb.co/TbMjzkV
Hello @icedogg420!
You can hide/show on every viewport: tablet viewport -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh and mobile viewport -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
The easy way is to find it in the other viewports: https://www.screencast.com/t/fdFEC5yOodf
If you cannot find it, then check the other method already discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cssdisplay-show-or-hidden/
Thank you!
I just found out if I have the editor open and I make my browser window smaller it generated the same mobile view and I was able to hide them using the css option and toggled to each different view in the css option. But if I ever want to make them visible again do I have to add it as an element?
Thank you for your quick reply.
First of all, I got it setup a bit cleaner now, thanks to your answer.
First, I uninstalled the mobile plugin and the omgf google fonts plugin, then I deactivated the “use google fonts” and “use default fonts” option in the theme panel.
Then I uploaded the fonts and added css to style.css from this link: https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/fonts/comfortaa?subsets=latin
After then choosing the right fonts again in theme panel, everything seems to load properly, just SAFARI on my IPHONE shows times new roman, here’s a screenshot below. I tried google chrome mobile and it showed up just fine. Is there any Solution to this?

Also one more thing. How can I change the color gradient of the mobile theme menu to match my theme (no plugin, i use the mobile pages)?

Hello,
I have an issue with the Woo Menu Cart element. When I add it to my header, it appears way higher than the other element. I tried with some other header templates and it’s the same thing. The icon doesn’t align.
I tried to change the CSS of the icon by adding some margin but it totally changes the height of the header and I don’t like it.
How can I fix this ? Thanks (see the screenshot)
Hello @icedogg420!
Actually, that on/off toggle is not for hiding elements. If you hover over that toggle, you can see more info about it: https://prnt.sc/u9J5LU04xkXn
If you want to hide an element, then there is an option in the CSS tab : https://prnt.sc/a694nQat_PFR
Or, if you want to hide that element only in the mobile viewport, then let it “show” in the desktop viewport and hide it only in the mobile viewport: https://prnt.sc/J0iRM2ezOMQ7
Thank you!
Hi, I need to get rid of this custom CSS, because it includes the Open Sans font (which I’d like to remove to improve my pages speed).
https://gyazo.com/d4dd6adfcd1879d25f18a40196ad63d1
I’m wondering where it comes from, and how I can edit it to get rid of the Open Sans font.
If you want to change the icon this can be done with css, if you can give me the icon I will make a css for you.
Here is gettr nes icon, Please change,thank you!!

Hello @raketenaffiliate!
Unfortunately, we didn’t test any plugin that could achieve this with our theme.
A workaround here is to adjust the design with some CSS code.
Thank you!
Hello Kaitlin!
Please use an inline text element and a single background image element. Put them into a row, split into 2 columns, for example, and there you’ll have the settings to adjust the image. Also, every element has a CSS tab where you can change the margin, padding, and border.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
it seems that the links to my screenshots are broken …
Anyway … I now made a screenshot which describes my problem even better:
https://bilderupload.org/bild/ab2b02764-newspaper-problem
Please understand that I just want one thing:
Changing The background image into another picture! OR: giving the background a CSS rule to paint it white (#ffffff). Another picture would be better, but both solutions are fine for me.
Everything else (the picture at the top, boxed layout, sizings, …) should stay exactly as it is!
Many Thanks,
Oliver
I have used the blockquote for adding it. But, I also use in plain text. But, neither is working.
Please check at this picture . . .
I mean to say neither any hyperlink in the post changes by the CSS code you provided earlier.
I want to use this effect on each hyperlink in the post, including body text and blockquotes.
I am also sending you the link of the article, so you can easily inspect the article elements at your end.
I was previously using this code to green color text and line on hover. This code is applying currently.
.td-post-content p span a span {
color: #2d756e !important;
font-size: 18px;
}
.td-post-content p span a {
color: #2d756e !important;
font-size: 18px;
}
.td-post-content li span a,
.td-post-content li a span,
.td-post-content a {
color: #2d756e !important;
font-size: 18px;
}
Please feel free for ask any queries.
Best Regards,
Hello Bettina,
no – that didn´t fix the problem.
Please have a look here now:
https://www.motivationsheld.de/category/selbstverwirklichung/konzentration-steigern/
By switching the button “BACKGROUND BOXED LAYOUT” to disabled, the category boxes now take up the entire space from left to right.
This is not what I want.
I want to keep the empty space on the left and right – as for example here:
https://www.motivationsheld.de/category/selbstverwirklichung/lebensziele-erreichen/
BUT: I don´t want the featured image (of the category) to be repeated in the background.
I either want a DIFFERENT IMAGE or just WHITE COLOR (CSS: hex code #ffffff) in the background.
How can I do that?
Many Thanks,
Oliver
Hello Mark!
Every element from your page has a class that you should add it for the CSS code. For example, for the post content and blockquote links you can write the CSS like this:
.td-post-content a, .td-post-content blockquote a {
text-decoration: underline;
text-decoration-color: red;
}
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello @kjogedartclub !
In order to reduce the space there, please choose to add a new element above the flex or grid called “Title”. Delete the custom title from the block. Every element has a CSS tab where you can change the margin, padding, and apply 0 or a negative margin: https://prnt.sc/njsQ7dD71kA-
Thank you!
Hello @edanur!
It could be a margin or a padding there in the CSS tab of the element, set it 0 like this: https://prnt.sc/Pt31C05norvP
Thank you!
Hello!
The color for ToTop Button is the Accent color from Theme Panel -> Theme Color -> General Theme color => https://i.imgur.com/gvoN3sh.png
The size and symbol can be changed only if you use a custom code CSS.
Thank you!
