I will try to explain for both of you how our theme is working.
When you are using a standard demo (not a pro pre build website), then the logo need to be set from theme panel> header -> https://i.imgur.com/SmZAAOA.png but in case that it is a pro pre-build website, then this need to be set using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/vCSd8jr.png also here it is a video tutorial that should help you -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also make sure that you have those theme plugins enabled -> https://i.imgur.com/IYor1uJ.png
If you cached all those and the logo is still not change, please providing an working link to your website and also make sure that you do not have any plugins interfering with the theme.

I installed a pre-built demo site. I understand that “If you want to keep the content as your own, please create a copy of the page and use the copy as your content.”. However when I duplicate the page or create a copy of it (and renamed it), when I uninstall the demo, the page I duplicated gets deleted also. How do I avoid this from happening? I’d prefer not to build a demo page from scratch.

After installing the current version (11.2) and the Default Pro website, another article appears under the article.
This is not the case in the demo on your server. I don’t want that either! What do you have to change?

Just purchased this theme, imported a demo, but the theme panel is not registering any saves i.e. logo, favicon etc. I’ve read through the forum and its not endlessly loading like with everyone else, it loads but no changes happen. I’ve also done all the troubleshooting and its not ajax or anything else in the article. I am however getting these errors in the console:

My website got monetized, and when we add a responsive ad on mobile to the middle of the content of a post, the row margin is changing to 0. The row is set “Stretch Row and 1400px content” and “Stretch Row off” is activated, but responsive Google Adsense ad is still changing the layout of it, when is on mobile. Can anyone help me?

Normally, when you install a demo, will overwrite with the new font. Maybe, could be a plugin conflict or you have some custom fonts set it there. Please provide your website link, so I can check the font also.

Newspaper -> Prebuilt Websites -> Magazine Pro -> Design Only -> Install
what happens is that homepage layout changes (0kay) but font is still the previous (while should be rubik)
what should I do?

I’m sorry to hear this, but in case that you still want to give it a try, I will try to provide another solution.
Those form here https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/homepage-clean/ are only examples of homepages.
There is no place where to only download it like on Newspaper when you get the homepage from cloud.
But that homepage is quite simple, it can be builder in 2 minutes, if you do not like the above solution, can get another one. Once that you have installed the Default prebuild website, choose to make a new page and set for it the the page template on Page builder + latest articles + pagination -> https://i.imgur.com/pWK3lcl.png then just edit the page with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/TSTxWcy.png and set the grid -> https://i.imgur.com/7JF08tB.png then the clean homepage is done -> https://i.imgur.com/AY1zLSg.jpg all you need to do now it is to set it as homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/0EOQdjt.png

Hi Codicem, you have installed a Pro demo, and this is using cloud templates, therefore most of the ads are set on those cloud templates using tagDiv Composer. I was not clear. The problem is that on your Preview Item, Default Magazine, there are more options of “skins” for the Homepage. One is missing in the actual download. Named Clean. Please check it here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/homepage-clean/
That is the one configuration that I need and made me buy the theme.
I was surprised not to see it included.

I have purchased newspaper theme and while importing demo content of ‘local news’ version it shows following error.
tagdiv importer detected an error. the importer will try to recover and continue
I have hosted my website in Kinsta hosting which has best server configuration. I have already contacted hosting provider and updated memory limit to maximum. All PHP values are set to maximum, no errors in system status. I’m able to import pro templates. But cannot import ‘local news’ template, I like this design.

Yes, but you are creating a text link for a caption, not the IMAGE!
The whole idea here is to LINK THE IMAGE and you’re NOT doing that in your demonstration above. So THAT doesn’t answer my question.
I already know you can create a TEXT LINK for the caption, but now try to create a link for the IMAGE so when someone clicks on THAT, they are taking to the URL.
Advise.

Yes, I am using the PRO model (not the demo version) that I downloaded to my entire Romania News server. I know the possibility of deleting the element, but then option has no functionality, I mean, I can’t use it even though I bought the template?
