Buenos días, ayer cambiamos el tema activo de la página e instalamos Newspaper 9. Desde ese momento no podemos compartir contenidos en Facebook. Cuando ponemos cualquier enlace, en lugar de poner ese enlace pone la dirección del dominio, es decir, si ponemos: https://www.eldigitalcartagena.info/entrada-que-queremos-compartir, facebook pone simplemento https://www.eldigitalcartagena.info/.
Hemos probado a poner la url en depurador de contenido compartido de facebook y dice lo siguiente:
Propiedad inferida
La propiedad "og:image" debe proporcionarse de forma explícita, incluso si puede deducirse su valor a partir de otras etiquetas.
Faltan propiedades
Faltan las siguientes propiedades obligatorias: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id
Sin embargo hemos mirado el código fuente de la página y si aparecen esas propiedades.
Si compartimos el mismo contenido en twitter, Whastapp, Telgram, etc, si aparece correctamente, con el enlace correcto y con la imagen.
Nos gustaría saber a que se puede deber el problema.

If I can ask, for what do you need a child theme? what do you want to set in it?
If you are using a PRO demo then you can achieve almost everything and you can edit entire website using tagDiv Composer.

Usually our demos are using custom css to have a different design, for this it is inserted in theme panel a custom body class -> https://i.imgur.com/BM7CMnp.png in this way the custom css set for this demo it will be able to overwrite the theme settings.
To be apply your settings from theme panel for all elements, you need to remove that custom class or to use a custom css with that custom class.

Thanks for the codes but it does not work.
After I put the code in the footer template, the message “There has been a critical error on your website.” was shown in the end of the page. Furthermore, the code makes the page which was open at the laptop smaller like the mobile phone size. Attached is the screen with the codes;

Hi I just bought the template to have my website (https://callofduty.ie/) to look like https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag_scandal/
I imported demo and content but it doesn’t look the same. My main issue is I wanted the titles of the articles in the big grid to have an orange block behind the title, where the yellow one is but the options I can find in TD composer (Black bottom, tint, gradient, simple colours etc.) don’t match up with the demo.

I have set the featured image size to be 696×395 by editing the cloud template, yet the images on every post are of different sizes. What should I do to make them the same size? The size of the featured image on Demo Tech News is fine for me.

Indeed the related posts container is no longer accessible on tagDiv Composer, these elements are still present in some pro demos like the default single post template, but it’s functions were added in flex block, therefore the results should be the same.

Therefore in your example if a post has a category that the current post has it will be display on related categories.
An alternative to use the related posts container is to import a single post template from cloud library (Single Post Template 1-20) save that element using the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/40FOQJ7.png in this way you will be able to use it in your current single post template.

By the way, I asked about the footer template of the classic-pro as the classic-pro is included in the demos. I purchased Newspaper to make a blog like the classic-pro easily. So I thought the styles shown in the demos must be provided with templates.
Though I could find several templates of the classic-pro from tagDiv Cloud Library, the footer template of the classic-pro was missing.
I am curious if the footer template of the classic-pro can be provided. Currently, the classic-pro demo cannot be completed with the templates from tagDiv Cloud Library.

i understand how to set a global post/page template and i understand how to create a cloud or blank single page/post but i can’t figure out how to edit an existing page/posts’s content or post new content to the page with tagdiv! any page or post i open is wordpress and i see no option to edit with tagdiv. for example: if i want to edit one of the MANY pre-set demo pages that came with the theme (ie pages linked to homepage that came wiith pre-existing fake content) how do i change the fake articles into real ones??
i just opened one of these pre-existing pages and had to alter all of the text and photos deleting one block at a time and adding my own using wordpress because i can’t figure out how to do it with tagdiv.
with wordpress i was unable to customize the pull quotes or layout etc.
all of the tutorials say you can create a custom template and they all show how but not a single one tells you how to open an existing page and edit with tagdiv instead of wordpress. thank you.

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).

I have already tried to deactivate all plugins, server requirements are OK, we use VPS with 16cpu`s and 32GB of RAM memory. Allow_url_fopen = On is OK, solved that a few days ago, there were some problems with changing logo so I had to enable that option.
This options works in Cloud templates (for example 404 page, screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18mIwp0ne3M-n_o4-HMxMZrFKtOT3wmlU/view?usp=sharing ) but I can not change the banner image at homepage.
We use London News Pro demo theme.

I was able to fix the header and the footer (both) by re-importing the demo. There is something very funky about it.
The Instagram issue persists.
I am using the “Tech News” demo, and editing the homepage.
If I am on the homepage, I can click the “Edit with TD Composer” in the top bar, and am brought to the edit page. From there, I am able to edit the first few rows (about half the page), but anything below that, it won’t let me select.

I specifically wan’t to remove everything from the “LATEST ARTICLES” section and below. It won’t let me.
I am also wondering, if I remove the latest articles, will they only disappear on the desktop site? I am hoping the mobile version won’t change.
