PLEASE HELP , I JUST BOUGHT TODAY LICENSE OF NEWSPAPER X , BU I CANT ACTIVATE THE THEME WITH PROVIDED PURCHASE CODE.
WHEN I ATTEMPT TO ACTIVATE , IT SHOWS IT ACTIVATED , BUT RELOAD OF PAGE AGAIN SHOW THE DEACTIVATION.
EVEN DEMO IS ALSO IMPORTED FOR THEME , THUMBNAIL IS NOT SHOWING AND THEME PANEL IS NOT SAVING CHANGES .
Hello, You can check this page https://thegazettenews.co/contact-us/ and also other pages. In those both the logo in header and footer both are showing H1 tags. Which I want to remove, but couldn’t.
The second issue is the mobile menu. If you check from mobile version then you can see that the mobile menu background image is there of a blue blazer guy which is a feature image of demo post which I have already removed. So I want to change that also. But I couldn’t.
Please help me in solving these two issues.
I’ve installed the Health & Fitness Demo that is available through Newspaper10, however when I try to find a single post template in the Cloud Templates, I see none that match the Health & Fitness demo, only the Fitness Pro demo. Are the demo layouts not even available in Cloud Templates? Additionally, you cannot edit the Demo post in TD Composer. Please help me understand what I am missing, and where.

Hi, I just imported Covid Pandemic PRO Demo, While working I got stuck with the header & footer background image. Could you please guide on changing the background Image.
Secondly if I use js-composer plugin the footer breaks in post pages.

I have the most basic request for support on editing a cloud header template i like. This has been frustrating me for a few hours now so i thought i’d better just ask!
I like the London News Pro Header and want to use it on my site – this one (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_london_news_pro/tdb_templates/tag-template-london-news-pro/)
I have downloaded the theme but when i try and edit the header via the cloud template i have problems. All i want to do is replace the logo from the news pro head with my own logo. Everything i try fails.
Is there a simple way to simply swap out the UK News Blue square logo that sits on the left hand side of the menu with my own logo and keep exactly the same format?

Actually it is a theme issue, you advertise that you have Instagram integration and you even showcase it in your demo’s but you are smart enough not to have it link to an actual instagram account. New buyers are unaware about this which is false advertising because currently it doesn’t work. Some bigger instagram plugin providers, like Smash Balloon, have already made the change and they are up and running again and they made a clear announcement about the issue and current limitations: https://smashballoon.com/instagram-api-changes-march-2-2020/.

I imported the default demo, and now I am trying to change the homepage. I’m clicking on edit, but the message, “The Current Content has not been created with TD Composer” comes up and it won’t let me change any of the properties of any of the elements. If it press edit, it takes me to the back end with just a load of code, no way to visually change anything.
Maybe I am clicking something wrong? I tried going on pages too, and clicking edit on home, but the same issue is coming up. I just want to be able to customise the default home page. Thanks

I have the same problem.
I made a new installation of WordPress by Softaculos on cPanel.
I tested with 4 options of Newspaper demos and when I try to edit the Home it always gives the error below.
Errors at columns elements: 2 (models): 3 (sun). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL + Z / CTRL + SHIFT + Z)
There is no module installed.
Currently using Default PRO.

One other thing:
It seems that when I choose a demo template, in the Theme panel, for instance on adjusting the header, I see ‘CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE’ and then the name of the template. It looks like because I choose a template I’m limited in what I can adjust. Is that the case?

I have placed two menu items to demonstrate.
The first called Courses is the normal arrangement with two subpages (CEDF Courses, Santa Clara University MOBI). This would be quite acceptable except if a user clicks on the parent page they end up on a WordPress page titled Archive.
The second demo item is called Courses MM. Here I enabled the Mega Menu by placing the parent page number in the designated field in setup. When a user points at this page only the first subpage is shown in the mega box. I also had the impression that the parent page was not supposed to be clickable. But I guess I misunderstood the documentation.
So is there a way to display only the subpages without a user being able to access null content on the parent page?

Indeed, if you are using PRO demos, the settings from theme panel will no affect website, because PRO Demos are build using cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and are build/edit with tagDiv Composer. So if you want to edit the pages or templates you need to do it with tagDiv Composer, for pages -> https://i.imgur.com/FIDsl3X.png or cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/QUul6Mj.png

I have successfully install theme but I am trying to install default demo but its showing error tagDiv import defected an error. please make sure that WP_Debug is to set false &&&&& I have already set this false, and I am not getting any videos in installed default demo but I have clicked in video section then here only shown news content not any video seeing for playing.

Dear tagdiv team, i used newspaper theme last 5 years. and i used its for my many clients.
but yesterday i install newspaper theme x. and install demo then (Server Error 500 ).
i deactivated all plugins. and only tagdiv composer active. i think in my case tagdiv cloud library not working.

Hi, I am seeing an issue with mega menus that I am unsure how to resolve.
I have a top level category with two sub categories (bites and specialty shops). I am using the Gourmet Pro Demo and changing some of the names and such.
Is this a known issue?

The notice means that it is not recommended to use the categories / menu that the demo imports. Even if you import a demo with content you will have to create new ones and not use the ones that came with the demo.
