Hi,
I just purchased the theme and currently testing on the staging site. I tried installing the “Gadgets Pro” demo. While the homepage looks fine, clicking on any article on the homepage leads to the following error
Feb 17/2020 15:46:46 > PHP Compile Error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/www/wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /www/wp-includes/comment-template.php on line 1508, request: GET /2020/02/17/xiaomi-mi-outdoor-bluetooth-speaker-india-price-specs-features/, request_id: 12739da05c02d1154575a3363ede82af
Please help fix this.
Calin it seems like everything is normal, where do you think that I’ve not constructed mega menu properly -> http://prnt.sc/r3dizq and http://prnt.sc/r3djzh
Please let me know, am waiting for your reply, if you send me implementing the mega menu in screen-recording as a demo it will be grateful.
Thank You!

we havent modify anything, just import the demo and create post
Hey,
I’m using GadgetsPro demo as the base of the website. I tried to create a couple of more pages with tagdiv composer and i’m having zero luck.
When i create a new page with composer it affects the rest of the pages too since it seems to create the new elements as part of the footer. Hence it ends up on all the pages.
What do i do? I’ve tried default template (with and without content title) as well as page builder with title. Same problem.
Also, there is a problem with the footer template. I only see the ‘edit option’ not ‘edit template’ as with the rest of the cloud templates imported. This is the only thing i can think of at this point.
Hi,
How can I configure the H1 on the homepage since I am using a demo? I would like to include the logo on the H1.
Thanks
Hi,
I have done as you had quoted. In fact I had asked you if it would affect my existing cloud templates which you said wont be affected. I have not reinstalled the demo again after the theme update.
Please check this webpage from my website which is based on single post cloud templet 27 that I had downloaded and customised : https://facesoman.com/love-nature-commitment-by-chloe/
This is your Single post template 27 : https://cloud.tagdiv.com/see-who-is-viewing-your-resume-and-who-is-looking/
The fonts have reversed back to the theme font even the stretch has reversed.
Please look into this.
I must also add that if I try to edit the Footer in tagDiv Composer from Cloud Templates, the following error appears:
Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I imported Gadgets PRO without content from Install Demos.
Hi!
About Newspaper demo Gadgets PRO, how the “white background” of the footer can be full-with as this https://ibb.co/FnKZPzq ?
Thanks!
Failed to install demo as with message about wp debug false Set already what to do now?
Hi Tag Div team,
how did you make this page demo : https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/shop-page
any plugin ? or ?
thanks,
David
Hi,
I just checked this on my install and for me the changes made in cloud templates were still there after deleting and reinstalling the tagDiv cloud library.
Did you reinstall the demo too? or there are other settings that you made? because we can not recreate this problem, and if this is a problem wee need to know the steps you made to can find and fix the problem.
Thank you for your understanding!
I know you can edit the page with the tagdiv composer, but as far as I know, it’s not possible to disable/enable the smart sidebar from the composer, is that correct? which means if I’m using any cloud template I can’t customize that function?
I don’t believe you can toggle the Author name/box either, so I’d have to delete it with the composer and if I wanted to add it back in later for a different post, with the same style that matches the demo, I would have to re-apply the cloud template, which would overwrite any customization I would have done?
Thanks
Hello! I have installed a new demo – Pulses PRO, and i’m editing it on my staging site, but i noticed that one of my pages that i’m using to display all my latest news didn’t change – its the same design as my old demo. Can you tell me how to edit this page to look like everything else? I mean, to match with the new design. Thanks!
Hi,
For me the Default Pro Demos is imported without problems, please make sure that the theme requirements are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ make sure that all the theme plugins are activate, also if you have some untested plugins, please deactivate them, in this way you’ll check if there is a plugin conflict.
Installing Demos -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-installing-demos/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi There
We recently updated the newspaper theme to version 1.2 and our post background colors and sidebar disappeared.
This is what the article should look like:
https://bbriefdemo.jhnet.co.za/the-importance-of-dressing-for-an-interview/
This is how it looks on the updated site:
https://www.bbrief.co.za/2019/07/17/the-importance-of-dressing-for-an-interview/
When I switch the post template from style1 to default, the background color appears but the sidebar disappears.
The sidebar disappears whenever the article is assigned to more than one category.
Please advise.
Regards
Richard
Hello !
Please note that demos and cloud library templates are fully editable with tagDiv Composer. Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you !

I want to throw this one in as well, please.
I have been working on our staging site, redesigned it using the Default Demo Pro and upgraded to the latest version of the theme. However, I can’t deploy the changes to the live site because of an error.
Post preview from draft doesn’t work anymore. I read all the forum posts to look for related topics. I did find some and tried out the instructions you gave, but nothing worked.
I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled tagDiv Cloud Library.
I disabled the schema from the theme under post setting.
Yet, it displays a fatal error whenever I try to preview a post from the draft. This all started after I upgraded to 10.3. Meanwhile, my live site uses 10.1 and doesn’t experience all that.
Thanks.
Hi,
The Pro demos are using cloud templates and for these the theme panel settings will not apply, the theme panel will change only the standard styles/templates. In order to edit a cloud template you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer, for example if you are using a single post template you can edit it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/2nR57lo.png after that you can add and remove the elements.
Thank you!
Additionally, with the Cloud Library, the Default Pro footer gives the error ‘Invalid Template Type!’
And, the Cloud Library Default Homepage template (not the demo template) times out (but loaded).
And, there’s no ‘Default Pro Author template’ to match the Default Pro theme option.
And, there’s no ‘Default Pro’ Header template to match the Default Pro theme option.
Why so little support and attention to the Default Pro theme options and Cloud Templates?
Can you fix this and add the appropriate pieces to match the Default Pro theme?
When I try and use your Default Pro demo (in order to modify it), it will not install the look and feel of the homepage. Other themes do (such as Romania News Pro or Life News Pro), so I don’t think this is my user error.
What is going on with this?
How do I get the look and feel of the Default Pro Demo without building the homepage from scratch.
Here is the error log
getimagesize(http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/np10blue-white-retina.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
in /webroot/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 782
Login to my bluehost account. There you will find access to the wordpress login and also the cpanel or ftp account. Please, don’t reinstall the demo content so as not to start my work again from the beginning.

Hello !
Then amount of JS and CSS is given by the number of elements available in the demo. A simple demo with only a few elements will be lighter.
Also please note that any template / demo is fully editable using tagDiv Composer so you can add or remove elements if you want.
Thank you !
Sorry for maybe asking with the wrong words, but I am not an expert.
What I am trying to get since quite some time ist what you show in some of your demos:
On the startpage I would like to combine several categories in one title.
So, right now I have each category in one title with the content below:
https://prnt.sc/r1ojs1
What I am trying to get is the combination of several (clickable) categories in one title as shown her:
https://prnt.sc/r1onqw
On my page there could be “Unterricht” the main category, on the right “Tutorials” as a clickable option which opens after clicking. Is that possible?
Can you help me what to do?
Thank you very much in advance!
