The background color seem to be dictated by Theme panel-THEME COLORS-GENERAL theme colors-THEME ACCENT COLOR.

I am completely frustrated, they have removed the previous AMP plugin, only because some people requested the possibility of inserting code more “easily”, now we are all hostages of collective ignorance and we are forced to use a crap. A disgust of pseudo-democratic strategy in its development, really regrettable!
Excuse me, but I totally disagree with that “pseudo democracy” with which you intend to carry out your development strategy. Because of the ignorance of some, they have harmed us all. Have you eliminated a perfect AMP plugin, to implement this awful thing, just because there are people without knowledge to insert a damn code?

Can I update the template, without installing the new AMP add-ons and continue using the previous complementio? Or if I update, am I condemned to migrate to the new?
Otherwise I will be frozen in time, because I believe that the previous version is perfectly stable and perfectly optimized, and I do not have to be a guinea pig because there are ignorant people without technical knowledge.

Regarding the question, what exactly does this archiving process presume? You can create posts and pages normally, they will be saved in the website database.

I did a test of the site using Google AMP Tester and everything is OK http://prntscr.com/mu91fq. The AMP share buttons has 20Kb style sheets that are required in order to be able to show all share buttons that has plugin (without special options). But that should not be a problem as the regular AMP display should not have any custom specific code added. But if your theme adds for example 35Kb code than the size will be over 50000 bytes.
The AMP module of plugin itself does not add any scripts â just inline styles to show share buttons. As of the AMP limitations all special and multipurpose buttons cannot run â for example the share button. I just did a test again on site and saw that the style itself was updated and it does not have any important calls or other breaking data.
I also check the source you are using to test your site. I am not sure that is providing any useful information. It is impossible to detect with a script is a style sheet used or not. There are media queries that run on various device resolutions, a code for dynamic loaded content and etc. All that is impossible to be detected.

But we avoid to advertise the AMP support as a plugin official feature. As I remember in past another customer has a similar issue with the styles. I dig again in the history of the issue with the other customer I found the demo link that was provided in past https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/td-post-investing-take-into-account-the-legal-perspective/amp/ â if you browse the code you can see that theme is generating a nearly 40kb of allowed 50kb of custom styles. So technically they does not leave any possible option for other plugins or features to add custom code as 10kb is almost nothing.

Tried to solve it myself but can’t find the right CSS.
1. The search popup box, you can change all kinds of colors in the options except from the bar above it, as you can see it’s blue, what is the proper CSS to change the color. Would also be nice to add it to the options.
2. In your demo the categories/tags list element looks like this, I checked all 17 header templates and not 1 places the cat/tag next to the title, instead it’s all underneath it so how can I configure it like the demo?

The theme doesn’t have an option for the users to vote, maybe you use a plugin for that which may not add the necesarry structured data.

But if this is a problem for you, then you’ll need to edit the demo file and set there the header color gradient, you need to go in Newspaper>includes>demos>fast>demo_style.css

Because first time is load the style from the theme files and after that will be load the one from theme panel, also please make sure that you clear all cache after you do those changes.

When finish loading the page, the color is correct (blue). How do I avoid that effect?

Image width is 1200px, while the text is 600px.
How can I implement this on my website?

I have installed default demo content and it worked great, thanks.
when I moved site from local to dev (using pantheon), All icon (search, social, prev/next etc) failed to work. I think they are controlled through css as i can’t see any images in the markup or css for the same.

A week ago, the Post edition has disappeared “Post settings”, so we can not modify the edition of the entries or introduce some concepts: Subtitle, Name of the source, Name of the second source, etc.
I tried to install the latest version of Visual Composer 4.5, but the whole Thema is dismounted.

Available blocks in demo has a filter tab which let you filter post and category tabs. however this is very limited. Is there a way to extend this.
e,g I want to show posts from category selected and all its children. at the moment, it only shows from current selected category
