The wide view does not mean full width. I guess that you do not understand what’s the difference between, right? If the demo still won’t load, you need to check if you have the correct permissions on your upload folder. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the Cpanel, please contact your hosting provider. Another thing you can check with your host is to unlock the demo if there is some setting which blocks access to it. Try again and check the results.
If all of these will not do it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request the manual installation and we will provide the XML file for the specific demo you want to import.

Yes, the latest version of the theme is Newsmag 4.3. Ensure that installing has been made via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
As a hint, try to install the Newsmag Travel demo and check the functionality of mega menu and try to replicate it on your website.

Notice that each demo has own design of layout which will be automatically added when the demo will be imported. If you like the Clear Voice demo, you should import it without content. Notice that the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to create/change your actual theme style with a demo style layout but only through importing a demo. This setting is for the background of the menu item or line below it, depending on header style used. The text color of the menu item will not change, some demos can contain customization for the menu. Like the gadgets demo which uses header style 5 with custom design for it
