Dear support team,
I just bought the theme, uploaded and activated it with demo import (3 different attempts made).
While at the beginning it seems fine, as soon as I try to operate a change, or simply navigating, it does not work.
In particular, pages appear “deconstructed” (see screenshot https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/3009611/2ec929af1227cbd8b52e90c25fc05e77). Sometimes it turns back to work, others not, but I was not able to understand how and why. The theme in installed on an existing website, with a lot of contents, on a VPS (register.it) in a staging site (stage.ilcaffegeopolitico.net)

I am trying to replicate the homepage of Carnews demo, but without success. Can you please give me the exact sequence of shortcodes of that homepage?

I installed ver. 8.5 yesterday included js composer Tagdiv composer and multipurpose. All works fine, but i can’t figure out how i can add parallax to image in The new Hero Element. I saw a demo that had parallax effect but i just can’t figure out how to make it work in Tagdiv Composer.

I can see the parallax choice under css fane, bit nothing happens when i activates it.

Can you please help me with that?

On the list of demos I see one named: World News demo.
On the installed theme this demo does not exist.
Is it a problem with my theme/download or has it been removed as a theme but not from the sales-demo’s on websites advertising the Newspaper 8 ? I find it misleading that I see it online but no on my theme.

Please help explain this – I would like to install the World News demo.

I have just tested the new version 8.5, and really it is very nice. Last week I had many problems using visual composer plugin in your template, but now at least for me, with Tagdiv multipurpose I guess it will be perfect. But, I tried some demos and I can´t edit the text content, I mean I can´t edit the description of the different elements. I don´t have the option at the end, now only appears “save shortcode”. I also watched the promotional video and I could see you can edit the content through “description”, but in my case I dont have available this option.

I found the “newspaper_gadgets” demo is using “Full big grid 8 – Style 7” when I applied it on my website it doesn’t look same. it’s looking like this with default settings. https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-8/

Can you please guide What settings/fonts and where to apply those settings to look that “grid” exactly like gadget demo.

PS: I am looking only grid setting not for complete home page.

Along with greeting your team, we bought this newspaper 8 theme and we use the demo: Default Demo
-We wish to modify the names of categories entries, but they are only changed in the topic panel but it is not updated in the web page.
-As we can start the store on the web page, since it is created in a page creation system and added to the menu, but there is no such virtual store on the website.
. We add new entries but they are not reflected in the website.
.Also, when you change the Theme in install demo to see another option, all the information that had been previously entered was deleted, since the content include option was checked.

I just instal demo Heaven Spa. But in footer appear shortcode [wpforms id=”398″ title=”false” description=”false”] and this don’t work live demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_spa/
I think this theme miss plugin has wpforms shortcode.

Hi,
I have bought this template because it was “ready to use”, as writtene everywhere. First of all I downloaded the travel blog demo, and on the frontend the revolution slider plugin was missing.
I followed the instructions to install the missing plugin, but then that it’s correctly installed frontend there is a blank space with the sentence: Slider with alias td-travel not found.

I am not a developer, and honestly this is not what I mean for a “ready to use” plugin. What am I supposed to do now?
