If your post pages were been created from scratch, then you will do not lose any data because all of these are located in your database. Otherwise, if you have imported the demo with dummy content and if you have edited them with your post content, notice that if you will change the demo with another one, you lose all posts that have been edited.

Unfortunately, these types of scrips do not come from our theme, sorry! Most likely, it comes from your such a plugins used by you. If you will check the source page of our demo preview you will do not find these scripts. Try to disable all of your untested plugins, purge all CDEN files if you are using the CDN system, clear all the caches and check the results.

Please also test without plugins as there might be a plugin conflict. The demo can be installed with or without content. If you need just the homepage, install the demo with content, edit the homepage and copy the content from the back-end on another page. This way you will ensure you do not loose the page when uninstalling the demo. Now, uninstall the demo and install it again without content so you do not have the extra posts and content.

Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. Css needs some very specific selectors in some cases 🙂

This seems the theme was not installed properly.
Please use this guide to properly install it via ftp and follow each step properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
If the install was done properly, there should not be any error. If there is one, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Also try to resave permalinks and uninstall and install the theme demo again.
