How do you control the number of text allowed to be displayed.
For example: In one of the featured article on the front page your demo displays “All right. Well, take care yourself. I guess that’s what you’re best, presence old master? A tremor in the Force. The last time felt…” and it cuts of there.
However, when I put my content, it displays quite a lot more than what it appears in the demo version. I tried putting a read more but that still doesn’t work.
Please advise!

Please notice that the playlist from your example is used on the homepage and not on the post page. My client wants to switch to the black version, took five months with this thema ie is not a new installation. Yesterday we installed the Black Version from Newspaper> Install demos not include content and we will change all theme options and widget, in addition also erased us home page, was not even in the trash, all a disaster, we had to restore a copy of security. My question is, is there any way to activate the Skin Black Version without having to install the demo, because when you install the demo and see what happened.

Please ensure that you fully updated your theme to the latest version of it only via FTP because this is the surest method regarding the updating theme. Also, please make sure that you have updated the required plugins to the latest version of them (Visual COmposer->4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.0). Also, if your problem is still there, please try to make a new sub-domain and try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Hi,
1) The head tag can be found in header.php in the main root folder of the theme. I cannot provide any recomendation on hgow to implement the code. It has to be implemented exactly as the instructions for it say. Usually you add the code in between the head tags.
2) The heading title tags are a full on debate. We decided to add them as a h3 so the user can add h1 and h2 tags inside the content itself. They should be what you want them to be. There is no standard on what item should have what tag. You simply need to have the tags present. This however is veeery debatable. Lots of people have different opinions on this. You can find many more online resources on this topic so it remains for you to decide if this is the best way to go about it.

Am inspectat site-ul tau si am vazut ca imaginile nu sunt taiate corespunzator pentru bloc-ul 7 ce il folosesti in josul paginii (pentru telefoane). Dimensiunea la care sunt taiate imaginile sunt corecte (100*70 px) insa nu este corect systemul de cropare. Dupa cum se poate observa, tema noastra foloseste un sistem de cropare care taie imaginea de la centru spre top (from center to top cropping system) dar la tine se pare ca imaginea este decupata de la centru spre josul ei, ceea ce nu este corect. Suspectez aceasta problema ca provine din cauza plugin-urilor pe care le folosesti si nu sunt testate cu tema noastra. Am rugamintea sa dezinstalezi toate plugin-urile active, sa lasi doar Visual Composer activ, sa golesti toata memoria cache, fisierele CDN daca folosesti CDN system si apoi sa instalezi doar plugin-urile care vin la pachet cu tema noastra pentru a exclude conflictele care pot aparea in tema. Deasemenea, daca ai customizari suplimentare ce ar putea afecta acest aspect, te rog sa le stergi si sa testezi tema fara ele. Dupa cum se poate observa pe demo-ul nostru, pentru blocul 7 (ce foloseste modulul 6) imaginile caracteristice sunt taiate corect -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-7/ Incearca sa aduci tema la un stadiu cat mia initial si sa testezi cum functioneaza.

Unfortunately the mobile menu is the same whether you use the mobile theme or not. The mobile menu got a face-lift and is now animated as can be seen on our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ The mobile theme is different from the mobile menu itself. Unfortunately if you do not like the new menu, you will have to revert back to newspaper 6 as there is no way of switching to the old menu.

1.Featured Video.Only can use youtube and vimeo’s video. Cant use youku.com’ video. so,geek of tagdiv,can you add some code to solve this problem? can use iframe or embed or flash access.

Please keep in mind that all the demo styles are custom made for each of them. If you want to achieve the same layout and design for your block title, you will have to check the demo baby blog custom CSS source and try to implement yourself this design because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry! Please notice that if you switch your demo to another one, all of these customizations which were made in that demo will be removed when you uninstall the demo and the new demo installed should work smoothly with on your side with the default state. Please try to clear all your cache and check the results.

The block you pointed out is a block 24 on the cars blog demo. If you want to have the style you must install the cars blog demo as every demo has it’s specific custom made style.

Sorry, I forgot to add a URL but have set some demo placements up on individual article pages (that aren’t showing).Previously, it showed a white space where the ad should have been inserted, now it just shows nothing, but inspecting the source code shows the ad scripts there

I have recently installed the Newspaper 7 theme, and it IS awesome!
But, there is one category in the main navigation in the demo “HOMEPAGES” which is great because it allows me to test different layouts instantly… but I need to ‘hide’ that navigation category for now.
How can I ‘hide’ it, without ‘removing’ it altogether?

Previously before updating to newspaper, i was using the technews demo, after the update there were new demos added. I uninstalled technews demo and imported recipe demo, after saving the recipe demo, my homepage visual composer still had the previous settings regarding the categories.
But recipe demo wasn’t showing, the homepage block contents properly, so i uninstalled the recipe demo and switched back to previous demo, still homepage blocks aren’t showing visual composer contents. But the backend editor shows different blocks.
How do I fix this?
