Actually, if you check our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-3/ and select style 4, you will see that it is the way they behave.

For the ‘sticky’ part, i don’t see where the text ‘sticks’ to the picture, but your picture in your big container is too small to fit. You can try either to upload bigger images or use a plugin called thumbnail upscale to stretch your images to fit the big containers.

If you want a lighter style, you can chose style 4 and if you don;t like the background-color of the title, you can remove it with this custom CSS:

background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.4)
}

You can change the color and transparency in the code to the one you like best.

For the contact form you will need the plugin because the theme has no forms implemented.

You can also try and test the minified version we use on our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wp-content/themes/011/style.css?ver=6.5_d38 but make sure that you use latest theme version.

We use cloudflare’s mifnication on our demo without any issues. We still need to test this more rigorously and we will do that in the next few days so we can be positive in this regard but you could try it yourself and see how it goes. We will update this tread once we test this and have and accurate answer on this.

@shopunwritten We recommend Seo by Yoast plugin to control the og meta data, as the theme doesn’t control that. We use this plugin also on our demo.

We did not use plugins to create our content. Every plugin we used comes with the theme.

The camel image, as other images on the theme demo, are not included in the package. You will have other sample images as we can only sell WP themes, not images. If you want to add an image on a page like the travel demo, you can by adding an image to a row in visual composer.
