Unfortunately, when it comes to the Filter Everything Pro plugin, we can’t guarantee how it will work. This plugin has not been tested by us, so we can’t confirm whether it is fully compatible with the theme or if it functions as expected.

The excerpt displays the content from the beginning of posts if there is no excerpt set in the excerpt zone → https://i.imgur.com/BLvoT6p.jpg. Please check the excerpt.
If text is set in the excerpt zone, it will be displayed in full, and the excerpt length will no longer be applied.
Alternatively, you can use the option in the Layout tab to disable the excerpt on the Flex Block.

It seems to be an issue with the “Posts Loop Block” with a class of “td-flex-home-cat” specifically.
Additional detail: I’m using a Flex Block Builder block to view the filtering results.

Please rest the settings for the flex loop builder on search template and see if after that the results appear (make sure that you select again the module for the flex loop builder).

and the second question is about categories. We have an acf field for categories. show_category is a boolean field.

Created a mobile page and added Flex box 1, went to Content – excerpt and set to 0, it shows still, set to 1, it hides for some but not for all.
The more I play with this theme the more bugs are popping out.

To add a video to the forum, it needs to be hosted on a platform as you did now.
It appears that my colleagues didn’t upload all the cloud templates for doctors to the cloud 🙁 but, do not worry, I will provide each template you need.
Now the CPT template, the one under the Cloud Templates > CPT/Taxonomies – https://i.imgur.com/4XyThJL.png will be used only on CPTs, (doctors is a CPT in taht case), now, in provided screenrecord I see taht you try to edit an article, so for articles will be used the Cloud Templates for Single Post Template, those are under Cloud Templates > General – https://i.imgur.com/eABjPhi.png (you can edit it the same use tagDiv Composer, select the flex block x and remove the cpt “tdcpt_doctors” from filter taxbs after taht use the module tab to chnage the module layout).
To add a module to Flex Block X or Flex Loop, you need to edit the template or page with tagDiv Composer, select the element – https://i.imgur.com/GfWkUEM.png first in the general tab, and remove the CPT type “tdcpt_doctors” – https://i.imgur.com/zPaJKVa.png after that from the Module tab, change between Module 1 and Module 2 – https://i.imgur.com/YgyJY9Y.png – https://i.imgur.com/nSJJZVy.png
For the flex block, the CPT that needs to be removed is under the filter tag, after that do the same with the modules, change to module 2 and back to module 1. Use the one you like the most – https://i.imgur.com/IpWFX3l.png
I would have to add listings of specific custom taxonomy types to a CPT category templates, along with custom taxonomy filterings… But those custom taxonomies filterings would have been needing to be on the bottom of the page.
This didn’t work out so well with Flex Loop Filters module because changing of taxonomy categories reloads the page, which jumps the page to the top (instead of loading new content async via AJAX and updating the URL programmatically).
For now I have created a separate page with those specific custom taxonomy listings.

The Flex Block Builder is the correct element to use when you want to manually add taxonomy filters for your Custom Post Types. You can see an example here: https://i.imgur.com/C0reStv.png.
The Flex Loop Builder, on the other hand, works similarly to the Flex Loop and Posts Loop elements. When it’s used within Cloud Templates, it will automatically filter results based on the template context. For example:
– on a Category template, it will automatically filter by the current category.
– on an Author template, it will automatically display posts from the current author.

I am using Flex Loop Builder with Module template. Module has a date box where the abrevation of month is properly formatted in local language. However, when I have pagination on and use < or > pagination arrows, the date format resets back to English abbreviations after pagination is clicked.

Those are old blocks, and they are working correctly, but you need to set the theme according to the construction they have (small columns, full columns …), using the flex block. This can be edited on any type of column you use by selecting the thumbnail you want to use and adjusting the height and width of the image.

Indeed, old blocks do not have this option, have a preset thumb that can not be changed, only the flex blocks. Just for a test, set a flex block and see if it looks better.

I have tried the column order settings, they seem to work. For example in a row with 3 columns, with a custom order set for mobile https://prnt.sc/vgrhp0 -> https://prnt.sc/vgri6i Be sure to activate this setting for that respective row on mobile https://prnt.sc/vgrj33 It should work the same for you.

Usually, this is related to the cache and cache settings. Check to see if the flex block has any cache set on the block https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Also, if this is resolved after you clear the cache, it can be from a cache option from your cache plugin.

Hello, in our site we have a flex block 1 item in our homepage which sometimes duplicates the titles of the last post (see img – ).
After clearing the cache it is fixed, but this is a temporary manual fix. Could you tell us why is this happening and what could be a permanent fix? Thank you!
