Loaded the basic demo and it only shows text for my logo, even though I uploaded logos & favicons in the settings. Also it’s not showing the demo theme or anything after the Header medu and when I click on the green edit with TagDiv button I get a red error on the right saying “Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Then I tried to load a template and it hangs on install

Another possible cause could be a plugin conflict. Please try disabling all plugins except the theme’s required plugins and check if the issue still persists.
If the problem remains, please provide the website link along with a few screenshots clearly showing the issue so we can further investigate.
The tag and author pages does not work at all. They show 404.
Also all archieve pages does not work in the dekstop version of NewsMag . No versions of NewsMag does not help. I tried to revert old version , to update the newest version, and no posts shown. Only tyhe header posts ( 2 posts) are shown. Also the pagination does not work. I have newssites and it is a big problem.
I have license and the newsmage theme is regitered in my websites. Can someone help!

The theme has 2 different headers, one for desktop and one for mobile, so you can use tagDiv Composer edit the website – https://i.imgur.com/hdQvNx2.png – https://i.imgur.com/761rSUg.png to set an ad on the mobile header, use the mobile viewport and add the ad box in the place you’d like to be (just check to be on header one – https://i.imgur.com/EHiF1SD.png
For the problem with tagDiv Composer, could you provide some more details? Some screenshots or a short video?

Sir, first of all, I apologize. Secondly, I have solved most of the problem — about 70% — and only a small part remains.
At first, the reason the mobile design was not appearing was this: I had designed the Section in TagDiv using the desktop, tablet, and phone design options, but I did not properly create the mobile page itself. The mobile page was empty because I had not created it and I did not understand that part.
When I created the Mobile Home Page, I copied the mobile header and footer. Then I converted the header and footer using TagDiv, and the design appeared completely.
However, later I noticed another issue. The design I created for the category using TagDiv — when I edited it — the post content does not appear; it shows empty.
Why is it not pulling the content and category data according to how it was designed in the “All” section design settings? Why is it not displaying the posts and content properly?

Perhaps because I uninstalled and installed again twice due to my Issue with Google who restricted my site URL (Perhaps the errors caused by the installing of too many plugins and Ad codes place incorrectly…) hours before I sent you a message for help, I had disabled your Theme and some plugins via SFTP FileZilla (During restriction, not allowed to access normally that’s why… After that, I cleared files, Caches… And reinstall Your Newspaper Theme and plugins… I didn’t check widget before the disabling of the Theme… But after reinstalling, I checked the widget and it was locked, grey out and when I tried to edit Theme with the TD editor, I couldn’t scroll down the whole theme (stick at half of the theme)… Is this error? Also I watched all the video tutorials on your web page and Youtube still cannot find a way to show Header Ad on Mobile and 2 more ads placement on homepage do not show up or I can’t find where to place them in Theme panel… If you scroll down on my home page realspill.news you will see no ads pop up ( I can’t find how to place ads on those placement)…. Sorry for this long complicated response.
I haven’t installed tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin yet… I wanted a Header Ad showing on Mobile devices. So do I need to install this tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin or not?

Could you please provide some more details related to the problem you are facing? I just checked the site and the header seems to be using the header style 10. If you want to have more control over the header and create it as you wnat you can use cloud header templates, which can be edited on frontent – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

To create a custom mobile menu, first create a separate page that will serve as your mobile menu. Design this page exactly how you want it to appear on mobile devices.
Next, edit your header using tagDiv Composer. Switch to the mobile viewport, add a Popup element, and set the Page ID of your mobile menu page inside the Popup settings.
Once configured, use this popup as your mobile menu.

thanks for this hint, after installing and activating the tagDiv Cloud Library the header looks ok.
Unclear is the reason for the inactive Cloud Library, my last action in the tagDiv Newspaper context was on 2 February – update 12.7.3 to 12.7.4 – and after that the header was ok.
On 6 February I updated the WP plugin Advanced Post Types Order and right after this action the header showed the shortcodes. Maybe this update deactivated the Cloud Library.
On 6 February 2026 the header section of our Newspaper based website suddenly showed no content but code looking like tagDiv code:

Recent changes to the WordPress of the site:
- tagDiv Newspaper was updated to version 12.7.4 on about 2 February
- WP was updated from version 6.9 to 6.9.1 on 4 February
- The WP plugin Advanced Post Types Order was updated to version 5.9.3 on 6 February
I tried to fix this header issue with these actions:
- Deactivated plugin Advanced Post Types Order: no success
- With Newspaper Time Machine returned to version 12.7.3: no success
- Had a look at the homepage with tagDiv editor: the HEADER MENU shows a mix of this [tdb …] code and EMPTY COLUMN and EMPTY INNER COLUMN placeholders. The CONTENT parts look ok.
- Installed the WP database backup of 1 February: no success
- Uninstalled the tagDiv Composer plugin (the only active tagDiv plugin on our website) …
- … and installed and activated tagDiv Composer via Newspaper theme/Plugins: no success. I noticed while the tagDiv composer was not active the site showed the header: a logo and the main menue of the site.
At this point I gave up.

Using the Newsmag theme, the only way to get a bigger logo in the header is to use a different header style – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-styles/ you can choose from style 7, 8 and 10.

I am experiencing a display issue with the hamburger menu on desktop/laptop view. When I click the hamburger menu button, part of the website header remains visible, as shown in the attached image.
On mobile view, the behavior is correct: the header hides properly when the menu is opened, and it reappears when navigating back. However, on desktop or laptop screens, the header does not hide as expected and overlaps with the menu.
Expected Behavior:
When clicking the hamburger menu on desktop/laptop, the header should hide completely, similar to the mobile view behavior.
Actual Behavior:
A portion of the header remains visible instead of hiding fully.
Please check and fix this issue so that the hamburger menu behaves consistently across all devices.

I am using TownTalk theme and added theme for mobile homepage, single, etc. In the preview it looks good, but when I try on my mobile device, it does not look the same and shows the generic Newspaper theme. I read about clearing caches and applying theme, but I must have missed a step or two.
I hope someone can help, with visuals is better. Apologies if there’s already a thread on this (please point me to it).

Ok, so I just rechecked using the browser as in your video, and the mobile menu seems to be working correctly on the entire website, except the posts. When you are on a post, it no longer works.
From what I see on the source page on any page the module for menu is loaded in the page – https://prnt.sc/ub-jGK0hdFxY but not on posts https://prnt.sc/LKgcSkaIIZn5 so one possibility is to have a different header on the single post template, another possibility is to have something in the single post template that is blocking the mobile modla to load.

The duplicator is the best when is coming to moving the webiste exact as it is on staging, but if you want to move only some pages or cloud templates, then you can use the copy and paste method
For the copy-paste method, go to Newspaper > Cloud Templates on the main domain. For example, if you want to copy a header, edit it, hover over the three dots, and click Edit: https://i.imgur.com/FUHR4iN.png
If you only need the Cloud Templates and want to import everything related to them, the best solution is to use the WordPress Import/Export tool and export only the Cloud Templates.

Sorry for the delay.
From what I see, what happens is normal. The news ticker is in the desktop header, so it won’t be displayed on mobile. Then the titles of those 2 blocks aren’t the actual titles of the blocks, they are standalone title elements, both in their own inner row, so on mobile they are displayed one below the other. It’s just how the page was built.
It is however strange that the page looks different while logged in. Unless you are maybe using a mobile page. Then the explanation would be that while logged in you see the mobile page, which has the correct design, and while logged out we see the desktop page, which has problems. Normally if there is a mobile page set, it should be displayed for logged out users as well. But dedicated mobile content such as a mobile page is sensitive to the caching used on the website. It depends on what caching plugin is used on the website, or if cloudflare is used.
In my opinion it’s most likely the caching used on the website. For example, usually adding a simple parameter after the website URL bypasses the cache, so I see the correct version like this – https://prnt.sc/P5jcuAmOrCR2 So you are most likely using a mobile page. Could you let me know what caching you are using? I can;t log into the website, I tried with an old user and pass but they aren’t working anymore.
As a note, in case the caching you are using doesn;t support dedicated mobile content, then the only solution is to stop using a mobile page, and fix the desktop page so it looks good on mobile as well.
