Hello… i have a problem with the “td-demo-header-menu”
After the update (6.6.3 ) when i try to change the menu… add some menu items, delete or rename category – sub … then i lost the last category and subcategories items and the menu dissapeared form the theme… I must choose again the menu place of this menu….

If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware with the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this for your because we cannot provide custom services at the moment,

Hello, I have installed the demo but it has some errors on Header.
The problem is that the header is showing a blank space (I have already removed ADs so that Blank space does not correspond to an AD) on top of it and also the Trending Now Label should be stuck to the Menu as Demo. I have installed the theme on MAMP and it works perfectly fine but when I do it on my live site the error appears.
I have tried re-installing the theme but no luck so far.

Hi guys ! I have two questions and a comment . The comment is that documentation on ads does not work the link to the first three points (header , sidebar , article ) .
Questions:

Fixed it — font awesome fonts needed an .htaccess file addition:

Okay, disabled WPTouch for testing. Right away I don’t like the way the site looks. Also, I can’t get my ads and widgets to display correctly for mobile now. There’s no way to specify certain widgets for mobile or desktop only. Same with my ads. I can get the header one fine, but the floating footer doesn’t work. I was able to put the code into the footer ad section in WPTouch, but Newspaper doesn’t have that. Not liking this so far.
I’m aware of how ads work in Newsmag, but there’s something I’m trying to do and I’m not sure how to go about it. (By the way, I’m quite impressed with how seamless the integration with Google AdSense seems to be.)
What I want to do is use Header 6 (top menus + logo + ad) with a 728×90-sized ad, but instead of putting an AdSense ad there, I’d like to create my own clickable ad from a 728x90px image I’ll create myself in photoshop. The reason I want to do this is so that all of the essentials I want to make available will be readily, blatantly accessible to my visitors. They’ll be able to navigate the menus, click my logo to go back to the homepage, or click my ad in order to go to the page of one of the services I offer.
So in effect, I’m trying to use Header 6 with a 728x90px ad, but I want to put my own ad in there rather than an AdSense ad, and I can’t figure out or visualize how to substitute my own image into that spot.

I found the header-menu.php file, but I don’t figure out what should I change to have my different headers as I have on the desktop version ? Should I change the “true” or “false” values ? Sorry I’m not really into coding.

What if i need to block all the adsense ads(header, inline, befor post, after post, fotter) on multiples of posts.
I want to use Header type style 7 or style 8, but the size of the logo ist very small. Is it possible to change the logo size?

The Mega Menu layout is one. Even if I create the WP standard menus and select for each Category the Mega category, specific Menu will show Mega Menu always with the same layout, but prioritizing the first vision for the category you select, however, will show all categories in this Mega Menu.
For example, if you create the categories.
Technology
Health and Fitness
Fashion and beauty
Investments
… and Technology category at the Mega Menu, I select the related category (technology) and do the same to the other. So, when you hover in categories, for example, technology, will show the Mega Menu giving priority for the posts of technology. However, the left will display all the existing categories.
So, I was wondering if it is possible in each category, I select in the Mega Menu, the specific category and so, when you hover in the category, be shown only the posts without the other existing categories on the left.
If there are subcategories, so when you hover over the categories, will show subcategories and hovering in a subcategory, will show the Mega Menu window with only the posts of this subcategory. The only difference in this case of subcategories is that on the left could show the other subcategories of that category.
If you do not have how to do that, so stay as suggestion for you to do, because the theme is to create an Online newspaper, usually ends up having several categories of different subjects, as well as my site that talks about technology, Health/Fitness, Languages, investments …
Another suggestion would also each category can have a Custom Header Menu, IE, being able to have a custom color, a custom logo, and also for each category to show in the header a menu with only the subcategories in this category.
See how I did on my site http://proddigital.com.br/where for each category I customized the color and logo. And the menu header I put the categories, and when I go to a category, for example, http://proddigital.com.br/saude/, you will see that the header menu keeps showing the different categories, so in place of these categories, to show subcategories.

I deleted my old newspaper folder via FTP and I got it successfully updated using new theme file from my themeforest account. The issues regarding pagination on home page and an awkward alignment of logo on header got fixed already.
Still trying to figure out a way to get rid of the drop shadow. Re entered the code into custom code area but its of no effect.

For example you can use a theme custom ad 1 spot and add this shortode in each of the loop files coresponding to the post styles you use:

i’m going at theme panel -> Header -> Logo & FavIcon, i’m changing logo to another (mine logo) , i save changes, but when i’m refreshing with “header style 6” the logo remains the same (default logo from demo site). If i change header style, the logo is changing corectly, if i return at header style 6, again the logo is the default logo from demo site.
I observe that this is happening with all header styles where there is color at the menu “Like full dark, or green”, If the style has white in the area where logo is rendered then the logo changed with the new logo i have uploaded.
Why is that?

The indicated site uses Newspaper theme which have a different implementation for header styles, that’s why appear that affect. However this can be done using custom css in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/MY1mVJ5x

One more thing, on my mobile view i changed my header colour to white cos of my logo. But now I cant see the menu button cos its also white. How do I change it to black?

This is the functionality of this kind of header style. All the time, the logo of this style will be below the main menu and on the sticky bar will be in line with the main menu, in the same bar. If you want to achieve as you want, please change the header style to another one that has this functionality for your logo.
