When I check your websites, I can see the headers. So, for sure, you use some caching tools. Please ask your host provider to check in on your server about some caching tools, object cache, or some security tool that can block the tagdiv composer. Also, I can see you use a lot of ads.
If your PHP version is 7.4, then it is okay.

Please activate the standard pack plugin if you want to use a standard header.
To set ads for mobile you can use the ad box element and set it in the mobile header https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/

Trying to set a global header up using the cloud templates. We have been using the theme Headers styles and that has been working fine. But we see that id we upgrade to the latest version of Newspaper, those options are going away.
I have created a new cloud header to use as our “Global” option. However our ads which pull from Google Ad Manager will not serve into the mobile area. Not sure what is causing the conflict since the ads all run just fine now on lodgingmagazine.com. I tried to use the same “Header” ad as the source. Leaderboards show fine, but when you go down to mobile, we get nothing. When I turn the ad space on in the mobile, the other bigger ad areas disappear.
Not sure what is going on.

Well, in addition to Search Form block, seems like Header Live Search block also have issues.
1. This new demo you just released uses Header Live Search. The issue is: Form elements do not have associated labels.
2. The second issue with Header Live Search is: Elements with visible text labels do not have matching accessible names. This happens when the additional text is placed in “Text” field under General > Search Icon section. Put, for example, Job Search, and the pagespeed will return error. From what I understand because aria label is set for “Search” by default, and doesn’t change to “Job Search”.
So basically, seems like none of the TD search blocks work properly.

Hi, we had a similar issue, it seems we lost a number of Header Templates after updating:
Left is the live site. Right is the dev site. looks like things were removed.
Please confirm:
Are we supposed to create a global header using the cloud set up for what we used to get from the theme in that “Header Style” area.?
With the last update, they started to remove different template options. Forcing us to move to using the cloud stuff.

I do not have any footer template either but it is displaying correctly.
If I had a cloud header template before it was the one connected to my website theme (Entertainment).
By the way, even if I select a cloud header template (for example, I downloaded Header Template 60 – Black Pro just to try) it does not display correctly (it is white instead of black), and even if the theme panel seems to accept my edits (background, font, etc.) they are not applied to my website header.
What can I do?

I think that you had before a cloud header template, so please check in the cloud templates and assign it, because now you have a standard header template and maybe that is why the header is not the same.

Hi, I just have one header template in the cloud templates, but it looks like the homepage has two ways to interpret this header.
1. version (on pages): https://www.behoerden-spiegel.de/
2. version (on articles): https://www.behoerden-spiegel.de/2023/09/29/digitalisierung-souveraen-und-sicher-gestalten/
The ad should be on the right side like on the start page. I do not know why the ad is under our logo at the article pages.

Hello,
I have just updated my website (www.filmedintorni.it) to the latest version of Newspaper (12.6) and suddenly the header is not working anymore: the logo disappeared, even though it is still there on the theme editor, it is white while it is supposed to be black on the computer screen while on mobile the logo is still there on the header of some pages but it is duplicated two times below the header itself.
What should I do to have the header back like it was and not have this kind of errors?
Really hope this bug can be fixed soon.

I’m unable to copy exact header for my website even after importing the prebuilt website(newspaper default pro). I’m not able to see my homepage button and when I’m hovering to categories section some kind of glitch I’m seeing this is not exactly same as the newspaper default pro pre built website. also when I’m using footer section in theme pannel there is no option is visible to me so that i can edit i’m just seeing two options no template and default pre built template.

The page header displays correctly in Edge and Google Chrome.
In Firefox the header does not display at all.
Hi, I’ve reset the formatting for that zone area but it seems that the template header and footer don’t align with the mid zone (content block)
The problem is that we want to use this template sizes as it fits the theme we would like, it’s just the zone / row for the home page content does not seem to align.
Any suggestions?

after updating the theme, I am running into an issue in which some of the blocks are not working, and the EDITOR does not allow me to replace/remove/fix them
For example on a blog post:

I am stuck here, ad Guys say the script is not firing in iframe of newspaper theme in infinite load and you are saying its problem with the script.
I put it in the RAW HTML in the header. That did not work either.
I even put it in custom HTML.
