Hello, I just installed your Newspaper theme and imported the https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_downtown_pro/ but for some reason, it’s not loading as in the demo. Images and topics are also different. Also, the top header color is white, and can’t see the menu. How do I fix this? The whole reason I purchased is to get exactly that demo as is shown on the demo site

I’m having trouble with the header covering the top of my site, rather than being above it. I want to have the menu sticky, but it covers some of the content.
I am using the Say What? prebuilt site, but am having to use the ReelNews header as there doesn’t seem to be one for Say What?
Also, when logged in as admin, the admin bar is over the top of the header.

I just bought the theme and while trying to install it to WP I get the following error:
Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a templates/index.html or index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

My old logo was a square resolution, I updated it with a new logo but with a high resolution proportionate (272×90). While I was testing the new logo in a subdomain it fits perfectly and shows full logo size. But my old website was a bit old, and it doesn’t show the full logo but only the size of my old square logo. The logo from its left and right side gets hidden, and only displays what fits on the square size.
What is happening?
Unfortunately doesn’t work because when I download an header template like “Default PRO” everything appears shifted and with wrong elements like in the attached pic https://imgur.com/FLoGxn4 do you know why? what is wrong with my template?

Hi all,
I’m trying to set up Google Tag manager by putting the code on both HEADER SCRIPT CODE (and AFTER BODY SCRIPT CODE) sections of theme panel. I’m getting the code from Google Tag Manager site so I’m not manipulating the scripts at all.
The problem I’m facing is that once I click on SAVE SETTINGS, the configurations are not saved! Indeed, if I reload the theme panel page i still see the old configurations.
Setting only the AFTER BODY SCRIPT CODE works fine but I need to set up the HEADER SCRIPT CODE as well.
If I try to paste any other script in HEADER SCRIPT CODE section, it is saved successfully! My guess is that the procedure fails when saving (maybe due to character escaping problem).
Do you have experienced something like that?

Hello dear Team, I did announce this earlier and followed your recommendation to try the CSS Analyzer in order to solve this issue. However this unfortunately did not help.
Well, looking at the HTML code of the start page there might be indeed some double coding etc. caused eventually from copying initially older content for post and pages of another wordpress theme. So I might need somebody to have a close look at the HTML coding of the website and recommend dedicated action what to do.
I tried also to replace the header, footer and using the basic post / pages application instead of a cloud template but this was obviously not successful.
I was also thinking about using a complete different theme from the cloud templates?
Thanks for some input or even a quote if someone of your team has to work on that seriously.
I never had this issue before using TAGDIV for some years and maybe its really the copying of content from another word press theme causing the trouble. With Google we are doing alright although there is still room for optimization 😉
