website: harrisonbands.org

My mobile pages are displaying different header formats. I am using Header Template Default Pro for my site. I have created a mobile template for my home page. I have resent all my logo attributes and logo text on the theme panel to reflect a shortened “Harrison Bands. Still, my mobile home page is displaying as in Photo 1, and my posts pages are displaying as in Photo 2. (photos as shared link below) Ideally, I would prefer all mobile pages to show the logo image centered, with the tagline below, and the menu and search bars visible. Or, I would prefer ALL mobile pages to display as the post page here. What am I doing wrong?

Hi again,
I made a new page to test it, and I see that using the Default Template the header and footer remain the same. And using the BLOCKS it’s easy to replicate the current layout, and I can adjust the “latest news” settings.

So, I might just do that: create a new homepage with the Default template.

Thanks!

Hello,
The header ad will be display in the header for entire website. If you do not want it there for entire website, then yes, you can remove it.
Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately, the Newsmag has only global header.
If you need only to hide elements, then it can be done using css.
The footer is also global, you can edit it using the settings from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/JgHgh1B.png to remove and add your own elements in footer, choose a footer that has empty columns.
Thank you!

While trying to edit header and footer cloud templates, it’s now not displaying properly and not letting me edit.

Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

If I do this, then should I get rid of the header ad? I think I had this but then it was showing some weird blocks of white space

Hi,
I would like to ask how to change the header setting for the onepage site.

I have set to HOME5-ONEPAGE and looking at the theme setting’s header section, but the TOPBAR, SEARCH elimination and changing the button text seems not to be working from this area…

Also I think it might be the same reason… but I can’t disable the footer which I would not need.

Thank you in advance.

I can’t update a page in the body by editing it via tagdiv. For example, when I edit an element within that page. and when i press update It cannot be updated. and the bar that shows it has been updated It will only come up to the Header and Footer section.

I have done a website with one page style no header no footer but 9 big images (1920 x 1080)
I just use 9 rows with 9 Single Image elements
When page is load both desktop and mobile Images are show with delay when scrolling down page even if stay longer on first image at top of the page, some time also scrolling is more longer.
This is not related with site speed for sure.
I have done a test with a page and images set in html divs with simple code like following
and everything was fine, open web site and all images there scrolling.
Is there some effect or delay for Single Image Element ? Must use a different element ? How to remove effect delay than ?
Thanks
Francesco

Hi FinPrepper,
If I understand correctly you have different logos on mobile and desktop. Also, you do not use the mobile theme plugin.
IN this case what you need to do is to edit with tagDiv Composer the homepage and select the mobile view port then select the logo and set the one you need (the mobile and header headers are separated) -> https://i.imgur.com/dyxKPTR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zHbJCdV.png
I hope this will help you!

Hello,
Using the Newsmag theme you can set in the post content 3 ads, 1 at the beginning, 1 in the middle and one at the end of content -> https://i.imgur.com/lkstDBn.png
You can check more in our guides from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-ads/ -> https://i.imgur.com/8Kt7sCG.png
Thank you!

Hi, I did what you said, but it does not make a difference. I also cleared the site from ezoic cache. It’s only in chrome that the website gives the corona virus header from the cloud template + a different layout on homepage.
Any other suggestions? https://www.reisverhalen.info
Thanks

Hello!

We are in the process of updating our website from Newspaper 7 to Newspaper 11. In this dev environment Newspaper-child 11 theme is active. The plugin td-standard-pack is also active.

We are trying to add some ad units divs into the pages with code, however, any code we add in the -child theme’s folder is being ignored.
We are following the td-standard-pack’s structure, like in the tutorial (https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/). For instance, we want to add a header ad unit div (top banner), so we added the page ads.php like this (/td.r4you.co is our dev environment):

/td.r4you.co/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/parts/header/ads.php

What we are trying to achieve (production environment — Newspaper 7): https://www.tenhomaisdiscosqueamigos.com/

Thanks in advance.

Hi, if I update the theme, will my existing theme configurations persist?

As for cloud templates, I’m using them in header, footer, homepage, 404, single, category, author, date, search and tag. If I remove any of them, the design consistency will be lost.

Hello,

We’re trying to update one of our client’s website but when we proceed to the update of the Newspaper theme (so including the tagDiv plugins), we got an ajax error on all tagDiv plugins.
The error message doesn’t give any further information about the issue.
The theme is registered correctly.

Would you be able to help us on that please ?

Here’s the website URL : https://tribumedias.be/

And the WordPress status following.
Note that we restored a recent backup because trying to update breaks the site design etc.

Thanks and have a great day.

Hello,

Please let me know if you have the mobile theme plugin activated or if you use the mobile page.
If you have a mobile page, please edit it and go to Manager -> Header and check if is set on No header -> https://i.imgur.com/jFU8vjZ.png

Hi Anamaria, Thanks for your reply. Please can you help me further?

– The guide that you sent (ie https://peachleafstreet.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Screen-Shot-2022-09-19-at-09.43.59.png) seems to be outdated, as the Google AdSense menu at least for me is different and there are not the same options (ie mine looks like: https://peachleafstreet.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Screen-Shot-2022-09-19-at-09.38.28.png and the guide looks like: https://peachleafstreet.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Screen-Shot-2022-09-19-at-09.59.51.png).

Do you know possibly another guide?

– Following your guidance I have removed the code in the header section of analytics (Theme panel > Analytics/JS Codes > header script code), but isn’t this just for tracking? Not for placement of ads? I’m not sure this is a good idea as it might affect the data in SiteKit. Please can you confirm this is only for ad placement?

Unfortunately, it seems to have made no change to ad placement.

– Ads for Google is switched off, but the ad is still there. I have cleared cache.

https://peachleafstreet.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Screen-Shot-2022-09-19-at-09.57.47.png

https://peachleafstreet.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Screen-Shot-2022-09-19-at-09.53.34.png

So, coming back to my original query, I had added an ad box to my page which now I cannot remove… I understand Google will fill it, but if I remove the box surely there is not way for them to fill it?

In other words, is there no other way of just reversing this particular action of placing the ad box?

Many thanks
Carrie

Hello, I would like to insert an individual text into the header menu. Which block can I use for this? My problem is that if I use the shortcode column text for example, the block is not displayed inlined with the other blocks in the header menu, but appears below.

Hi Calin,

thanks for your quick reply! RAW HTML does the same (opening and directly closing the tag). I’m using WebPExpress, and alter the HTML for my site via filtering hooks. By doing so, unfortunately, it doesn’t transform the featured image that automatically gets placed on top of an article (and also not the logo in the header / footer). So I was trying to wrap the featured image in a picture-tag, but I’m not sure if that will help anyways.
When I change to output buffering it works on the whole site, including featured image and logo. But then I have the problem that the logo is flashing when switching between pages, which doesn’t feel so smooth then anymore. Having CloudFlare (Free) as a CDN, so I can’t switch to replace image URLs.

Do you maybe have a solution / an idea how I can tweak this best?

Thanks again and best regards,
eC
