With Newspaper Plugins & shortPixel SPAI plugin as the ONLY plugins turned on and all newspaper lazyloading DISABLED – this tag is still added to my CSS.
Additionally, the tag > data-spai=”1″ < doesn’t appear to be controlled by anything in the front-end of the site.
Question: What is this css-selector for? How can I turn it OFF for my header & footer images? It doesn’t appear to cause issues with other parts of the site & images being picked up by shortPixel.
Please let me know what data-spai=”1″ CSS is doing?
What can I do on the front-end to disable it for the header/footer?
Theme: Live Pro.
When data-spai=”1″ is removed from the CSS (Chrome/Firefox dev tools) the header logo and footer logos show up.

The tag shows up as part of the CSS for the header & footer. When the tag is removed (data-spai=”1″) – the header logo and footer logos show up.
Is there no way do to this in the mobile header.php and in the style.css?
In the style.css –> td-header-wrap –> change height from 60px to what you want 🙂 So I have a bigger size, but how and where in the style.css I can achieve that the text-logo moves to the middle/center of the box?

I just inspect your website and you are using a PRO Demo. When you are using a pro demo you are using cloud template and the settings from theme panel will no longer apply directly to the theme, these options are only for standard demos. For pro demos you’ll need to edit the page using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Eb38wUm.png select the ad box from header and select the adspot -> https://i.imgur.com/QPbXbVx.png or you can set the code directly in ad box -> https://i.imgur.com/WIVb6oF.png

If you want to have more control over the website header, you can use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer an you can achieve better results -> https://i.imgur.com/KonzFQJ.png

If the ads are in pages you can edit the page and remove the ads.
If the ads are in widget sidebars in posts and pages, maybe create sidebars without ads and set them.
If the ads are in the post content (top, inline or bottom ad spots) the theme does not have settings for specific posts. All it has are general settings to hide them per device

Hiding them with CSS is permitted by Google when using media queries

Setting a display:none without media queries is forbidden by Google

For header ads you can use two header templates, ( both from tagDiv Cloud library, or only one with out ads ), you need to have set a global header for all pages/post and an individual one on the pages where you do not want to have the ads.

What you can do is to set a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library with out ads and make a copy of this template and set ads in it for the post were you want to have ads ( the ads in single post template can be set using tagDiv Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dYEh4nIv you can set as many ads you want using the ad box -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IiAlsDAT -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7ua8g3oti).
Maybe use a plugin such as Adrotate to better manage the ads in the website. There are many theme users that recommend this plugin. I believe it has settings for what you have to do per specific posts.

Unfortunately our Newsmag theme do not has an option to disable the header and footer, but maybe I can help you, please provide some more details, do you want to remove these elements only for some pages? also please provide some links where you do not want these elements.

I am able to use the TagDiv Composer for every other page except for the “Front Page”. When trying to use the td composer the screen shows a tiny sliver of its top menu and then a blank loading circle. The console is also showing this error.

When using a pro demo, is there really no way to change the backgrounds? For instance, the blueberries in the header on Gourmet Pro, or the martini glass on the 404 template for Royal Pub?
I love these demo’s but those aspects seem locked and inaccessible.

You can add and remove the margins using tagDiv Composer also using this bulder you can add the button too. The thing is that in this header https://cloud.tagdiv.com/header-template-25/?edit_url=null the header is set as overlay over an image -> https://i.imgur.com/VxHJ1iC.png -> https://i.imgur.com/clKDemY.png

So the settings that you made were to not use a cloud template (setting made in theme panel) and you inherit in Website Manager for the selected page/template the option from theme panel. In this you you can use a standard footer template or a footer page -> https://i.imgur.com/0mstlH1.png

If you are using cloud template or pro demos (these are made only with cloud templates), these can be edited only with tagDiv Composer, the settings from theme panel will not affect theme.

Important: Although the mobile banner size is defined, there is a setting in Google adsense, that Google will still alter mobile ads. You have to disable this option.

But I have a few questions. I went into my cloud templates, imported this one, and it didn’t look exactly like the header shown.
I also would like to know if there is the ability to add a button onto this header template (for example under Kathy Richardson).
I’ve looked through the links online but none of them seem to be helpful. Is there a video tutorial somewhere?
