The logo should occupy the full height of the header (100%), it is intended. You could use some CSS to make it smaller and add a margin but this CSS can only be entered in the plugin itself. The AMP plugin does not have a custom CSS section at the moment

If you want to insert some JavaScript in header you can use The option from the Newspaper>Theme panel>Analytics/JS Codes

I removed the left margin of the logo and added the removed value to the right of it.

You can modify the value to the right if needed.

@bestword1 Hopefully the new header builder that is being developed will allow greater flexibility for designing a header style.
I can give you a code to position the ad to the right, you can use the other code from above if you want the logo aligned to the menu. This would be the result with both codes

This is happening because there is no more space, and the social start to a new line, what you can do is to increase the width or menu , in order to do that please go in Newspaper>Theme panel>Theme settings Force full width and set to header-menu a width that match with your needs

Code entered in the theme panel will be saved in the database, so updating the theme will not affect it in any way.

Maybe double check your code and make tests, it should work same as before

Try to enter the code in the header template directly, where the ad should appear. Multi-purpose header styles are in the composer plugin so you would have to enter the code there

These modifications will be lost when the theme/plugin is updated however. That will be the case for the parts/ads file, unless you modify this one in a child theme.

So the setting from the theme panel will apply only above that width, while below it it will always be of the specified values. If you do not want this, either remove this condition from the theme stylesheet or use a code to override it
